- Brian (3/5): Disappointing stay - The location was good for us as we wanted to be near the port. The property is in a degraded state, including significant water damage on the walls and ceilings. There is also a strong sewer odor coming from the bathroom. Furthermore, the hot water supply is insufficient for a full shower. We also experienced a major disturbance at 3 a.m. due to loud neighbors, as the building lacks adequate soundproofing.

- Dirk (1/5): The worst I’ve experienced in the last 10 years - I stayed at this hotel for five nights during a trip to visit relatives and explore Barcelona. While the trip itself was fantastic, the hotel was without a doubt the worst I’ve experienced in the last 10 years—and I travel frequently. To start with the few positives: the room had two basic bedrooms and the beds were acceptable. That’s about where the positives end. The noise insulation is practically nonexistent. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms, making it very difficult to rest. The mini fridge in the second bedroom was excessively loud and constantly humming, which made sleeping even more challenging. The bathroom was honestly the biggest disappointment and completely unacceptable. The door had a broken lower hinge and wouldn’t close properly. The floors were dirty, and there were visible pieces missing from the wall. The toilet kept leaking after every flush, and the window wouldn’t close properly either. On top of that, the shower head was badly positioned, making it almost impossible to shower normally. Service was equally disappointing. The reception during check-in was average at best, but throughout the stay, the staff were unhelpful and far from friendly. Any request or interaction felt like a burden to them. Considering the price paid, this hotel is a complete rip-off. The condition of the facilities, the lack of maintenance, and the poor service simply do not justify the cost in any way. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

- Oscar (1/5): Horrible y dramática. - Es complicado mencionar algo positivo cuando han sido tus dos peores noches en un hotel en toda tu vida, y has estado en infinidad de hoteles. Pero como positivo, podría destacar el personal. Que no me ofrecieran una alternativa de habitación al quejarme ya la primer noche que no pude dormir por los clientes que habían en la habitación de enfrente, y no tener, ni que me ofrezcan ninguna compensación por la horrible experiencia vivida durante mi estancia. Lo único, una disculpa y que esperaban verme pronto….
