- Tanja (1/5): Better stay somewhere else… - Unfortunately, my room had a weird smell from the beginning. After a while, I realized it was coming from the air condition. The air in my room was also moist and moldy. After two nights, I felt very sick, my eyes hurt, I was dizzy. I checked out a day early and informed the staff of mold and the threat for my (and everyones) health. All of a sudden, the receptionist who had spoken pretty good English before, did not understand the langauge anymore. In my opinion, the staff know very well about the mold, let people check-in and only offer better rooms when they ask. Really don‘t recommend staying there to anyone!!! Also, breakfast was not good and there is super annoying and loud music everywhere, at the pool, in der Restaurant…

- Pierre (8/5): - Our stay at the Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa was okay overall. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the services available on site were nice. However, our nights were a bit rough, as the room was not soundproofed at all. Even with the windows completely closed, we were woken up multiple times each night by a rooster (the hotel is surrounded by farms) that sounded as if it were right in the room with us. We were also located directly in front of the pool, and although it was supposedly not accessible before 8 or even 9 AM, this rule was not enforced. Once the chickens finally quieted down after sunrise, we were then woken up around 7 AM by kids playing in the pool area.

- Joseph (10/5): Delightful escape - The staff was incredible. They were so helpful and responsive to all of my needs during my stay. Tina was especially useful and helping me understand how I get spend my time in Hoi An. The spa and pool facilities were also lovely. The bed was uncomfortable. However, I did not it to reception and house keeping immediately came to add an extra mattress topper. They were quick to find a resolution and do everything to make my stay more comfortable.

- Klaudia (10/5): Cudowny pobyt, polecam! - Cudowna atmosfera, cisza, spokój - lokalizacja trochę poza centrum ale bez problemu można w 10 min dojechać skuterem. Pokoje czyste, zadbana zieleń dookoła, piękny basen, bardzo dobre śniadania. Personel także bardzo miły i pomocny.

- Dominika (10/5): Amazing place ❤️ - I absolutely loved this place! I stayed here for 9 days and everything was perfect. The rooms are huge and beautifully designed. Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. it was the best hotel I stayed at in all of Vietnam!

- Mansfield (4/5): Very disappointing - won't return - The location is quite and peaceful, but with short distance to the ancient town. The staff prepared a towel and rose display on the bed which was a nice touch. I have stayed at Eco Lodge several times, but this time was very disappointing compared to previous times. We paid for the "club suite" room but, in my opinion, it wasn't worth the extra money. It was a basic room - nothing special at all. Other rooms were much nicer and half the price! The breakfast was TERRIBLE - greasy food, most of it was not labelled (as a vegetarian, I didn't know what the items were), the serving spoons were also all shared between several dishes (another nightmare for a vegetarian), and there was nothing to keep the food warm so it was mostly just cold and greasy. Checking in took nearly an hour, and checking out also took more than 30 minutes - the staff were disorganised and confused with many simple things, even after we explained to them several times who is staying together in a room, who is staying alone etc. It became stressful and was just a big shambles. I went for a massage at the spa. I arrived a few minutes early, but there was no one to greet me. I waited and they eventually arrived a few minutes after the appointment time. They did not ask for any of my preferences (I would usually expect to fill in a form detailing any request - e.g. soft, firm, any areas to avoid etc. - but nothing was asked). The massage was rough and hard - not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. The spa area was messy and felt unclean. I was counting the minutes until it was over. This was supposed to be a romantic and special trip as we got married the day before our arrival, and were staying here with friends and family. A lot of the rooms smelled mouldy and musty - my parents had to move room twice! My mother-in-law had an air purifier in her room that kept flooding and leaking water all over the floor. Cleanliness was not up to standards at all. Honestly, it was quite embarrassing that we had recommended this place and brought our family here, as nobody was impressed with their stay.

Ils nous ont changé de chambre dés notre appel, suite à un problème de son très fort d’une ventilation collée à notre mur. - les piscines. - rapport qualité/prix imbattable. - lieu très calme, loin de l’animation d’Hoi An. - shuttle gratuites de l’hôtel à Hoi An, très pratiques ! - il n’y a même pas de moustiques ! Par rapport à d’autres hôtels dans ce style. - Le sol des salles de bain (de la première et deuxième chambre) pas toujours propre 100% - interrupteur cassé et caché derrière la tête de lit, pas facilement atteignable pour arrêter le ventilateur - la climatisation faisait du bruit, elle n’avait pas un mode silencieux, donc on devait la couper la nuit

- Katie (10/5): Loved it - We had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Eco Lodge and Spa. We stayed for 4 nights with our 19 month old and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The complex is big, spread across a few sites, with several swimming pools, which meant that it never felt crowded. We had a club suite room and initially were allocated a room upstairs but requested to change to the ground floor (due to little one) and this was sorted quickly (would recommend putting preference when booking). The breakfast has a lot of options, and restaurant menu is sufficient and all food /drinks we ordered were tasty. We used the shuttle bus a few times which was punctual and nicely air conditioned. Grabs are cheap / easy to sort to Hoi An if the shuttle bus times dont work for you. Loved being outside of the main town so that we could have relaxing days by the pool and then explore Hoi An in the afternoons / evenings. Spa treatment was lovely and fairly priced. Would 100% stay again. Thanks to all the team xx

- Bartłomiej (4/5): My far worst choice during whole Vietnam trip. Felt sick after first night and switched hotels. - Breakfast was descent. I had to switch rooms 3 times. First room that we were shown had mold on every wall that wasn’t covered by tiles. Second one had a little bit of it but it was still visible on walls next to the bed. If it would be only visible I would be okay with it but the smell made you sick after first 10 minutes or staying in the room. The third one which was in the different building across the street from the reception it was okay visually, but after the first night you could already feel the mold in the air. Probably it’s in the main A/C unit. I also noticed a spot on the whole where the mold was just painted over. So I switched hotels the second night. I was promised a refund for 2 nights I didn’t stayed in that hotel, but never received it. I highly don’t recommend that hotel as it’s not worth risking getting fungus in your lungs in exchange for a nice pool.

- Clotilde (10/5): Séjour très agréable - Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'hôtel est magnifique et l'environnement est calme, loin de l'agitation de Hoi An. La chambre était très propre, le ménage était fait tous les jours. Le personnel était très attentionné. Enfin, la possibilité de louer des vélos était très pratique pour se rendre dans la ville.

- Eric (7/5): Hôtel qui a tout pour être top mais... - Les 3 piscines sont appréciables et le petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits frais. Cependant la même musique en boucle au petit déjeuner finit par insupporter surtout quand on reste plusieurs jours. Le système de navette est pratique, ainsi que la location des vélos. Le rapport qualité-prix est très correct. Nous avons été influencés par les très bons commentaires. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour le calme et l'environnement au vert. Hélas pour le calme, cela tombait pendant les festivités de la fête du Roi : plein de familles et enfants dans les piscines. Il n'est mentionné nul part dans les commentaires qu'on est réveillé par le chant du coq dès 3 heures du matin donc pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, mieux vaut le savoir. Notre chambre était située dans la 2 ème partie de l'hôtel et avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur un spot de lumière la nuit et n'avait aucun rideau de sorte que nous avions la lumière artificielle la nuit et le jour très tôt. Impossible de dormir le premier jour. Heureusement l'hôtel a réglé le problème dès le lendemain. Un petit geste commercial aurait été appréciable au regard de ce problème. L'hôtel en lui-même manque de charme et les parties communes sont juste fonctionnelles. Dommage, ils ont tout pour en faire un superbe endroit.

Spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast with an amazing choice. Very comfortable room. There was nothing!

- Adi (4/5): - After staying here so many times over the past 3 years I was really disappointed that this time it was not good. The breakfasts were drenched in oil and stale. My family who were also staying there had mold in their rooms with damp moist smells and musty air in the rooms. Checking in was a nightmare for them and took more than 30 minutes for the receptionists to figure their bookings out, and checking out was also a nightmare. It’s such a pitty that their quality of simple customer service has gone downhill.
- Howe (8/5): Sehr gut und zu empfehlen - Toller sehr schöner Pool und eine wirklich schöne ruhige Atmosphäre. Gutes Frühstück wo nichts fehlt. Toller Service mit den Shuttle Transport in die Stadt. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Kombination Toilette mit der Dusche wo schnell alles überflutet ist. Etwas zerklüftet die Hotelanlage durch die Erweiterungen.

Idéalement situé à 4km du centre très rapide en Grab ou via la navette de l'hôtel . Idem la plage n'est pas très loin. L'hôtel prête des vélos , je recommande vivement , la balade autour des rizières. Très bon petit déjeuner . Les chambres sont clean et modernes , la double chambre familiale parfaite ( avec deux enfants de 5 ans et 10 ans).. la literie top ( la meilleure de notre séjour ) Je recommande ++ un. Vrai coup de coeur Rien Peut être améliorer l'espace bar , pour donner davantage envie de se poser le soir à l'hôtel mais c'est un detail

- Simon (10/5): Wunderschönes Zimmer mit tollen Pool und sehr nettes Personal! - Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit besonders Cong Cuong hat uns mit all unseren Belangen immer sehr gut beraten. Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft schön angelegt. Wir haben sehr oft Billard gespielt und den Pool genutzt. Der Spabereich sah wirklich sehr toll aus, leider hatten wir keine Zeit es zu nutzen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Alles war top!

Wir konnten nach auftreten von Geräuschen in unserem ersten Zimmer problemlos wechseln und haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück

The taxi was not prepaid as I thought the reception confirmed it to be So much in Hoi An is better with cash that I just had enough left to pay our driver

- Rose (9/5): Hôtel reposant - Les chambres sont grandes avec belle vue sur la piscine. L''hôtel est bien arboré. Très bon petit-déjeuner Le prêt de vélo est un plus car l'hôtel est éloigné. Nous avons pu circuler 2 jours à vélo, l'hôtel est situé à mi-chemin entre Hoi An et la plage de An Bang. La route dans les rizières est sympa. La navette gratuite est pratique. Nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel manquait d'âme, un peu tristoune. L'espace salle de bain est grand mais il n'y a pas de crochets, pas pratique du tout, on ne sait pas où poser ses affaires. Qu'une seule table de chevet, nous avons dû utiliser la petite table du salon. Dommage car la pièce est spacieuse. Un petit séchoir serait bien utile sur le balcon pour sécher les maillots de bain et serviette. Du coup tout est posé sur les fauteuils.
