- Raewyn (7/5): It was ok - Loved the staff. All beautiful kind people who took care of you from the get go. Peter is an exceptional bar man and made the best vietnamese coffee this side of the border. I didnt like that we had requested twin beds but this was not set up for us. Our room was too small to have twin beds in them. Our room was on L6 and the elevator only went to L5 so we our heavy bags were left for the staff to bring up. The hotel is located on one of the busiest streets in Ho Chi Minh city. It was a quick prayer before running across the road to get to the other side.

The location in the heart of District 1 was very convenient, with easy access to many attractions. We really enjoyed our time here. The TV in our room did not work during our stay.

- Oskar (1/5): TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - money grab - Very unhelpful staff contact I booked this hotel but due to the situation in the Middle East, I had to move/ cancel the booking. I asked in 24 hours before the stay, contacted the property to ask if we can move or cancel the booking… they declined multiple times stating that it’s their policy because of booking.com. What makes it worse is that the booking was accepted 3 minutes after my request was sent, clearly making this a money grabbing scam. Booking.com customer service got involved on my behalf and asked the property to move/ cancel my booking but they were not replied to. I was asking to move it by any date in the next 6 months (asked to a week, month, 3months, 6 months…nothing accepted) with the possibility that I might have to cancel at a future date if I can not make the flight. All in all terrible customer service.

The receptionists were all friendly and helpful; they are available 24 hours a day. The complimentary coffee / tea every morning was a great bonus!

Det eneste man skal være opmærksom på er larmen fra gaden, hvis værelset ligger ud til gaden. Det er dog en del af charme at være midt i inferno af HCMC.
- Antonia (5/5): - Be careful when booking extra for a room with a “balcony”. We did that, and rooms with balconies do not exist - it is an open door with a mini ledge. As we paid extra, we simply asked reception if we could have a refund of the extra we paid. The guy said “I will ask my boss”. He never followed up with us so we asked politely again, 3 days later. He then said when leave, he will possibly put a refund through. Obviously he just said this and we paid full price in the end.

The street is very busy and we have been on the 4th floor but the room was to the street and it was very loud all the time. As we travelled with a 3 year old and had jetlag, it was difficult to sleep properly. It's the main reason I wouldn't choose the hotel again.

- Tea (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Everything was excellent – from the very supportive and friendly owner and reception staff to the hotel itself and the room. Our room was located high up in the building, on a very lively street, but despite that it was surprisingly quiet and easy to relax and sleep. When you want to, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the busy city, which was truly special. The location is perfect, right in the city center, so I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a great central area. The hotel was also very clean, and it offers spa facilities which I personally used on a daily basis. Overall, nothing but praise for this hotel. /

- Saverio (10/5): - La posizione è eccezionale, a soli 20 min dall'aeroporto e sei praticamente nel Distretto 1 cioè pieno centro. Hotel molto bello, e lo staff molto accogliente e professionale. Da ritornarci sicuramente. Unica pecca purtroppo I vetri della finestrona della mia camera erano sottili, per cui si sentiva praticamente ogni romore provenire Dell esterno. Ma questo non ha per nulla minato il mio soggiorno

- gerardolim (9/5): - Good hotel, big rooms with very attentive staff, manager was particularly very nice. Location is pretty good, close to Ben Thanh and lots of restaurants around. I really like that there are only 3 rooms per floor so it can be quiet, depending on your floormates! Room with a view - view was a blank wall of the building next to it. Whilst inside the hotel is quiet, outside is a different story, they should invest in double glazed windows as all i can hear was people shouting all night, plus dogs wailing - not sure what is happening outside!

- AYAKA (8/5): コスパよく泊まれます - ・立地が良く、どこに行くにもアクセスが良かった。 ・ウェルカムドリンクのお茶がとても美味しかった。滞在中もお願いすれば無料でコーヒーやお茶のサービスがあり、コーヒーもとても美味しかった。 ・ミネラルウォーターが毎日1本無料だった。 ・バスアメニティが充実していた。 ・コンセントがたくさんあった。 ・部屋の掃除をお願いすると、タオルの交換をしてくれていた。 ・スタッフの方は皆さん英語が喋れて、親切だった。 ・シャワーのヘッドが固定できず、くるくる回っていて、使いづらいかった。 ・洗面所のドアが開けづらかった。 ・早朝に大きな音楽？カラオケ？が外で流れているので、熟睡できなかった。また夜中に犬や猫が鳴いている声が聞こえ、うるさかった。(部屋に無料で耳栓が付いています。)
