• Koç (10/5): Temiz, ferah, konuksever bir tesis. - İtalya seyahatimiz boyunca kaldığım en rahat ve en temiz tesisti. Odamız gün içinde temizlenmişti ve atıştırmalık bir şeyler bırakılmıştı. Ortak mutfakta sandviçlerimizi kolaylıkla hazırladık ve mikrodalgada kızım için hazır çorba ısıtabildim. Tesisin hemen önündeki duraktan havaalanına çok kolay bir şekilde ulaştık. Tesise çok yakın olan metro durağından da şehir merkezine ulaştık. Merkeze biraz uzak olması dışında her şeyden memnun kaldık.

• Claudia-Simona (6/5): O cazare plăcută, dar un raport calitate/preț mic, nu aș mai alege aceeași locație. - ”Il sono in Rome” este un apartament mare intr-un bloc care a fost impărțit în 3 camere cu baie proprie și bucătărie comună. Este mobilat cu gust, arată ca în fotografii, patul este mare, curat, este aer condiționat( deși în această perioadă nu e necesar). Locația este aproape de metrou, linia roșie, iar in fața blocului este o stație de autobuz, așa încât se poate ajunge ușor în centru. Nu v-aș recomanda totuși autobuzul deoarece întarzie, este foarte aglomerat și dureaza mult( a durat circa 1 oră până în piata Venezia). Micul dejun a constat în cafea nu prea bună si cate ceva de ronțăit, nimic consistent. Camerele nu sunt prea bine izolate fonic, auzeam vecinul de vizavi cum tușeste. Din păcate, probabil din lipsa spațiului, baia noastră nu a avut bideu, iar dușul a fost destul de mic. La bucătărie nu exista ușă și trebuia să aștept dimineata până la o ora rezonabilă ca să nu trezesc vecinii, eu fiind destul de matinală. Nu există televizor în cameră, deși la descriere este menționat Netflix.

• Robert (8/5): Voor een verblijf in kamer Monti zou ik zeker willen terugkomen. - Kamer Monti is de beste kamer van alle 3 kamers, omdat alle faciliteiten werken uitstekend. Kamer Frastevere was het minste fijn. Hopelijk wordt de druk van de toilet flushing al gerepareerd.

De la aeroportul Fiumicino, vii cu Shuttle Bus-ul care oprește chiar în fata cladiri iar dacă pleci către Fiumicino iei autobuzul din aceeasi stație. Camera a fost curată si confortabilă. Doamna Velia este foarte amabilă si te ajută cu informații dacă ai nevoie sau recomandări. Micul dejun este stil italian, dar dacă vrei și altceva găsești, la supermaket-ul de la parterul cladirii(intrare prin lateral).

Torradas, geleias café, leite. etc..Só não tem frutas. Proximo ao metrô. Espaço clean, bem decorado e muitíssimo funcional. Ainda tem a facilidade de deixar as malas na recepção depois di ckeck out e busca- las depois. Recomendo. Gostei de td Duas camas de solteiros que formam uma de casal..para mim não vejo problema

• Santa (9/5): Super consigliato - Il B&B si trova sulla Cinconvallazione Aurelia di Roma, zona ben servita… Camera molta grande e spaziosa. Fermata della Metro Cornelia vicinisssima, 2 minuti a piedi, se sei in auto, parcheggio privato a pagamento a 1 minuto a piedi, ci sono tantissimi ristoranti, bar e supermercati nella zona, segnalo in particolare Ferro e Ghisa. La Signora Velia è stata gentile e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente… Super consigliato

Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the bathroom. The owner of the facility took care of the issue but our problem could not be solved.

• Gonewiththewind (8/5): Very good - Good location, close to a metro station, restaurants and shops. Well equipped kitchen. The room could use a carpet on the floor, to make it cozier and warmer. The walls between the rooms are thin. Also, if the other guests are loud in the kitchen area during breakfast time, that can bother you as well. The kitchen is small, so if you overlap with others you might have to wait in order to have a seat at the kitchen table.

The bathroom door needs to be fixed, it didn’t close. There is no room cleaning service and we stayed 4 nights.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable and conveniently located close to two subway stations, a shuttle stop to Fiumicino airport and a supermarket.

The location though further out was great due to Metro being - Clean, breakfast excellent, my metro on doorstep plenty places to eat and buy food. Right above a supermarket. Very noisy early morning with deliveries and staff clearing packaging. Shop alarm kept going off. Couldnt get hold of staff when needed support when my phone was stolen. The numbers on stationery no longer available!

• Igor (10/5): Nice stay in Rome - We were travelling as group of 8 people that needed 4 separate rooms, so had rented the whole flat and it was an excellent choice - we had enough privacy but also had a common area for evening chats. The place actually consists of 3 separate units with own bathrooms (one unit has two rooms, other two are single rooms) and common kitchen and lobby. There is a perfect connection to the airport (direct bus line, stop is literally in front of the building), metro and bus stations are very close, supermarket is in the same building, restaurants, fast-food and pasticeria places are in the neighborhood. The building and the flat are nice and clean, the surrounding area is residential that looks very decent and safe, The kitchen is well equipped, the provided breakfast supplies had all needed for various tastes, there is a lot of plates and glasses. Our hosts are very nice people, we had perfect welcome and overall communication and they showed great flexibility with arranging the check-in and check-out that helped us a lot to spend maximum of our time in Rome for sightseeing. The host's effort to make a stay pleasant for the guests is visible in the whole flat. We felt very comfortable, safe and welcome from all the people we met in the building - not only the hosts but also the building receptionist, neighbors, cleaning lady...

• Wojciech (7/5): Mixed feelings - Nice host, told a lot about Rome. A very comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Access to the washing machine. Apartment very close to the shuttle bus to the airport, close to buses and the subway. The apartments are rooms separated from one large apartment, which takes away some privacy. Shared kitchen quite embarrassing. Breakfasts are market cakes in plastic, nothing fresh. At least one of the recommended restaurants was a classic tourist trap. Quite far from the center. An uninteresting view from the window (back of the shop or courtyard well)

My parents also enjoyed free snacks that were provided, and were able to use kitchen facilities. Happy to come back No complaints at all!

Sharing the place- we did not realize that it was set up like a Hostel. They did change the wording on the website ad...after I pointed out the inaccuracies (that led to our surprise and disappointment), including having it listed as having a "private kitchen".

• Jan (10/5): Just perfect place to visit Rome - Very nice and light spacious room with a small balcony. Useful shared kitchen with everything you need. The owner Fernando was fantastic. He gave us many tips where to go in Rome including restaurants which we also used. On day of checkout we could leave our stuff in the room as long as we wanted and kept the key to enjoy one more full day in Rome. This was also because the room was not booked the next day but again Fernando was very friendly and helpful. We would surely come back here if we visit Rome again. The shuttle to and from the airport literally stops in front of the house and the metro station is just a few minutes away. Just perfect. Nothing

Localização tem acesso facílimo para metrô e parte turística de Roma o que garante ótimo custo benefício. O Alessandro é 1000, super prestativo. Recomendo com certeza.
