• Cory (5/5): - Looks like a lovely hotel and great access to the pool. Terrible location not what we wanted just off a busy road with little close by. 15 min taxi to the old town. 30 my ins to Patong. We had booked and paid for 4 nights, when we informed the staff just after check in that we were not going to stay and that we were leaving their response was you won't get a refund. And the room was immediately checked and the complementary flip flops my husband picked up was asked to be returned.

• Milijana (8/5): - Das Hotel war schön, die unteren Zimmer hatten alle direkten Poolzugang. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal hat sofort auf Änderungen und Wünsche reagiert. Das Restaurant. Bei den Sternen erwartet man nicht das, das Personal mit einem dreckigen Metallwagen das Geschirr lautstark abräumt. Tische waren mit Vogelkot beschmiert aber das hat die Kellner nicht gestört. Und überall Vögel in diesem Restaurant! Kein Wunder wenn die Krümel auf den Boden geschmissen werden und nie oder jedenfalls nicht in der Zeit die wir dort waren, wurde der Boden im Restaurant und der Terrasse gereinigt. Wenn die Gäste das Brot oder das Obst nicht ordentlich abgedeckt haben sind sofort die Vögel dran gewesen. Beim Frühstück fand ich sehr unschön das die Küche zu viele Spiegeleier vorbereitet und diese werden dann auf dem Buffet warm gehalten. Und wenn diese das gesamte Frühstück über nicht bis zum letzten Ei verbraucht werden kriegt man trockene alte Eier. Wenn man um ein frisches bittet oder von beiden Seiten angebraten dann geben Aufpreis. Ich verstehe nicht warum so viele auf Vorrat gebraten werden. Alles eher nicht so schön.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec in grand lit et à l'accueil la réceptionniste nous redemande si nous voulons un grand lit nous lui disons oui et arrivé à la chambre voilà 2lits simple !
• Stella (5/5): - Poolområdet er dejligt. Restauranten også fin. Værelserne var gode og rigtig fint med udgang til pool fra værelset. Der er intet ekstra over hotellet som underholdning, hygge eller andet. Det forventer man lidt af et hotel af den karakter. Morgenmaden var ensformig.

• Eleni (7/5): Καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής - Μείναμε μόνο για ένα βράδυ με πολύ πρωινή αναχώρηση και δεν δοκιμάσαμε το πρωινό. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση με αυτοκίνητο, τόσο από το αεροδρόμιο, όσο και από την παλιά πόλη. Ο χώρος της πισίνας είναι πολύ ωραίος. Καλή τιμή. Δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων. Τα δωμάτια και τα έπιπλα είναι παλιά. Βρίσκεται δίπλα σε λίμνη και έχει υπερβολική υγρασία τόσο στους εξωτερικούς χώρους, όσο και μέσα στα δωμάτια, και πολλά κουνούπια.

Thank you. - Breakfast was fine and the building looked majestic but in need of a touch up in places which I'm sure is in hand.The location was lovely next to a large pond and the swimming a real feature. The cafe/bistro/restaurant after breakfast was finished became empty. We ate there three times for supper and were the only customers. Where did the other residents go? The menu was OK. The bar on the last night ran out of Gin and tonic?? I am sure there is a reason for not putting on a better bar and evening meals. Consider some live or back ground music, happy hour or something to get the residents and non residents into a lovely building to relax and spend money. Saying that we brought our own music and tried other cocktails! We enjoyed our evenings there!
• Adrianna (10/5): Basen jak z weneckiego filmu! - Oryginalny hotel, który ma na środku olbrzymi basen. Mieliśmy do niego dostęp z tarasu co było niesamowite. Hotel czysty, zadbany. Obsługa bardzo miła, pozwolono nam się zameldować o 2h wcześniej, bo pokój był już gotowy. Śniadania pyszne, zróżnicowane. Lokalizacja - trochę daleko do wszystkiego ale z drugiej strony cena jest właściwa.

A chaque contact, on avait l'impression de déranger. Exemple : quand un coupure de courant en pleine nuit (donc plus d'airco !!) et que je descends à la réception, c'est avec beaucoup de difficultés que la personne finira par le répondre que quelqu'un s'en occupe.

• Dana (8/5): It is good for one night before or after flight - It was closed to the airport. It was good for spending one night after flight. We checked out at 12:00 and waited for a taxi. In that point of time my little kid wanted to put his legs in the pool, and the staff said that since we checked out he is not allowed to get into the water.

• Gillesdapra (4/5): A fuir - La piscine est jolie mais c est tout !!!! Le personnel pas sympa a notre arrivé, mais l'étais un peut plus a notre départ. L'hôtel est vieux et salle. Et il y a des varans qui se promène a côté du restaurant. La chambre est vitelotte et la salle de bain sale. Les serviettes de toilette effilochées. L'hôtel est éloigné de tout.

• Ashleigh (8/5): Great stay would stay again - Nice rooms clean pool access was a nice bonus, staff were friendly and helpful whenever it was needed. Conveniently located next to a few cafes and 7/11. It was a bit noisy but that as due to other visitors and not the hotel itself. Pool access was a bonus but was a bit difficult getting out of the pool as it was just the one step not beneficial for anyone who has a mobility issue.

• Jan (6/5): Nice hotel but rubbish location - Nice pool Absolutely nothing to do in the area- terrible part of Phuket- no bars whatsoever nearby. Located by a very busy, noisy road.
• John (9/5): Better than I expected but my neighbors made my stay worse every day - The location was perfect to take EDC shuttle. Each room has direct access to the pool from their room. The bed was comfortable, the air con blew cold and they provided many bottled water each day. The walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors talking next. To be fair though they were Chinese and spoke loudly. If you leave the door open it will start to beep. My neighbor would leave their door open at all hours of the day and night. There is no elevator so I had to carry my own luggage up stairs. If you live on the other side like me, you need to walk around the pool each day. There is no 7-11 or store close by though they had a small area in like bby selling things you may need. Also, I didn't know there was a small fridge until 3 days later since it's in the bottom of the closet and not visible easily for a tall guy like me.

Brak jest biur turystycznych i poza hotelem nie ma w okolicy praktycznie nic. W hotelu tez nie mozna zarezerwowac zadnej wycieczki lub taksowki, a restauracja byla otwarta tylko na sniadaniu.

E a limpeza no geral achei boa. Bem silencioso ... na Paz. Não gostei muito da localização.... muito longe de tudo. Só de Grab ou Taxi para chegar na cidade. Não tem muita coisa de comercio por perto.

• Katerina (7/5): - Η καθαριότητα ήταν αρκετά καλή. Σου αφήνουν και ξεχωριστές πετσέτες για την πισίνα. Η πισίνα είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ειδικά το βράδυ φωτισμένη είναι μαγική. Ευγενικές κυρίες στην ρεσεψιόν. Έχει πολύ κοντά 7/11 το οποίο είναι πολύ βοηθητικό καθώς όλα κλείνουν στις 10. Αν έχετε όχημα, έχει στα 15 λεπτά ένα μεγάλο εμπορικό και outlet. Το πρωινό δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε πρωινά για ανθρώπους από την Ευρώπη. Έχει αρκετά βαριά φαγητά και δεν υπάρχουν πχ κρουασάν, γαλοπούλα, τυρί και ίσως κάποιο κέικ. Έπρεπε να πάμε στο 7/11 να πάρουμε τουλάχιστον ένα τοστ. Το γυμναστήριο είναι ανύπαρκτο, υπάρχουν μόνο 3 όργανα σε έναν πολύ μικρό χώρο. Έχει πολύ κοντά ένα καθαρό και οικονομικό γυμναστήριο. Δυσκολευτήκαμε στις μεταφορές καθώς οι πιο γνωστές παραλίες είναι μισή ώρα μακριά με μηχανάκι και πολύ παραπάνω με αυτοκίνητο.
