• kameran (10/5): We had a wonderful time - My fiance and I went and stayed up there and had a wonderful time The Innkeeper was just amazing to us she tended to our every need she had breakfast and a nice fresh pot of coffee ready for us in the morning she was a sweet woman to deal with the bed and breakfast was clean it was comfortable it had all the accommodations that we paid for we just enjoyed ourselves from the moment we got there until we left good we're planning on going back up there as soon as we can to stay again.

• Salman (10/5): Thoughtful Hosts - This place was amazing! The hosts were extremely nice. They even re-made my breakfast when I told them I couldn't eat pork. So thoughtful! The room was very nice and so was the wonderful views.

• Tina (6/5): Maybe not. - I HATE doing a less than good review, but here's the thing - I found our room at Skye not very comfortable, and lacking in basic amenities. The bed was really uncomfortable...a foam pad on top of an apparently not very good mattress. Pillows were old and deteriorating foam, and there was only one bedside lamp, making reading for the odd man out kind of difficult. The bathroom had no place around the sink for cosmetics, combs, or anything else, meaning that I had to live out of my suitcase It just wasn't convenient or comfortable. Refillable soap and shampoo dispensers in the tiny shower and at the sink (which I just find really tacky), and I had to send my husband scavenger hunting in the dining room to find something to hold water to take a few pills. We were there for the Central City Opera, and Skye is within walking distance, which is really nice. Everyone staying that night was also going to the opera, we all got back at 11ish. Now in other B&Bs I've stayed at, there might have been tea or coffee, even a plate of cookies or some little treat for guests coming in from an evening event. But not here. As I said above, even getting a drink of water was a challenge. So, all in all, it was a pretty disappointing B&B stay, in a lovely little house, with pleasant hosts, near a great attraction. It really wouldn't take much to make it a much nicer experience!
• Bruce (10/5): Location, comfortable, great hosts. - Central City CO is home to the Central City Opera which we attend every year. Skye cottage is within walking distance to the opera house. The cottage is very comfortable, quiet and provides an excellent breakfast. The hosts are very gracious and respond to all of our requests.

• John&AnneWest (10/5): - Well located, very large bedroom, comfortable bed. The shower was part of a old fashioned claw foot tub. The shower head was big and ended up flooding the floor.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Best night sleep of my trip - Very comfortable, little B&B on a hill. Very quiet and comfy. You can hear things going on in the dining area thru the door, but that was only breakfast time and we were getting up anyways. Highly recommended.

Above and beyond accommodating for us and our daughter. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Central City.

• Kristine (10/5): Great weekend stay. - Loved the Skye Cottage. It was conveniently located just a few blocks from the center of town, but on a very quiet street. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing with homemade banana bread and homemade butter. Comfortable beds and a great view. What else could you ask for?
• Steven C (10/5): Just like going home for the holidays comfort. - The hotel has three rooms each with private bathroom. A nice fireplace and comfortable sofas in the main living room can be shared by all guests. The breakfast provided was excellent. We sat at a large family table and was able to visit as one big family.
