Pour les personnes voyageant avec beaucoup il est important de noter qu'il y a une 50aines d'escalier pour accéder au logement. La vue est jolie sur la ville.

To reach this apartment building there is a few stairs involved, so if you can’t climb stairs comunícate with Alessia, so she can give you all the information you need.

The room was made up each day and we were given lots of treats on arrival. Not necessarily didn’t like, but the property didn’t seem to have a jug/kettle to make tea. Other than that no issues at all! Just be aware of the stairs to get to the property and up to the first floor (lots of stairs).

Gestos tan poco comunes y que te hacen sentir como en casa como una torta recién horneada para disfrutar tu desayuno o tu día . Agua de cortesía, café, té y toda su amabilidad cuando requieres de ella. Excelente en la llegada, dispuesta a atender tus demandas y siempre con una sonrisa. • Alexandra (10/5): Wonderful - We stayed here for two nights to be close to Cinque Terre and we really enjoyed our stay. Alessia welcomed us and was so helpful and kind. It’s close to the train station and the ferry. There’s lots of restaurants nearby too. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great.

• Stephen (10/5): Relaxing, enjoyable and somewhere I will return to. - Check in with Alessia, the daily water bottles, the nibbles and sweets, coffee pods and machine, daily room service, the rainfall shower, view from the room, the handy hints re cinque Terre, food places, maps, the location, the corkscrew, checkout….and the cost. I have to say something, but its just nitpicking, so here goes… the fridge wasn't as cold as I am used to.

• Orane (9/5): Heerlijk! - Alessia was een voortreffelijke host! Ze onthaalde ons warm en gaf ons meteen heel wat aanraders. Er was een tafeltje voorzien vol met lekkers (zelfs verse cake). Elke dag voorzag ze ons van nieuwe flesjes water en ook de handdoeken werden regelmatig vervangen! Echt top! Als ik ergens commentaar op moet geven is dat een extra spiegel in de kamer wel handig zou zijn. Wij waren nu met twee meisjes op reis en terwijl de ene in de badkamer bezig was (zich douchen) kon de andere zich niet gelijktijdig klaarmaken gezien er geen extra spiegel was. Maar dat is dan ook wel het enige!

Zachowane historyczne elementy jak podłoga, okna. Nowoczesna łazienka, prosty, stylowy wystrój. Bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątany pokój i uzupełniana lodówka. Wspaniały widok na kościół i zieleń. Gospodyni przesympatyczna i bardzo pomocna. Jeśli jeszcze będziemy w La Spezi, z przyjemnością wrócimy do tego miejsca. Na razie polecamy znajomym.

The host Alessia was excellent and the spacious room was romantic and clean. Location was decent and the views were amazing. Even the cleaning staff was helpful. Such a lovely apartment style set up that feels very private and homely at the same time. Alessia is such an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. She started by helping us with luggage, gave us a refreshing drink and some snacks, then set to work by showing us all the amazing places we could visit or eat in the area. Our room was perfect. Lovely balcony looking onto the harbour. The place was so tidy, had all the amenities and it’s one of the best places we have stayed in our time in Italy. Alessia even went out of her way to put a bottle of Prosecco in our room to help us celebrate our honeymoon - thank you for that! You should book here if you are wanting somewhere close to the town centre, close to the train station, and somewhere you genuinely feel cosy and welcomed. Nothing 😃

Near the main shopping street as well as many restaurants. The room was extremely cozy and comfortable with so many lovely touches- coffee and sweets were waiting for us upon arrival. Last but not least, Alessia is easily one of the sweetest and kindest hosts I have ever met.

It’s about 15/20 mins walk from the train station so it’s bit of walk especially with luggage’s, but the host has provided good instructions to how to avoid the stairs and utilise the free lifts instead

• Achref (10/5): Exceptional - Reception and check in was one of the best experiences in good customer service we have had. They look after you and do the "little things" that show you they care. Augustine specifically helped us plan out our full itinerary and gave us great recommendations that were great. Very small things: Adding a full mirror against the door would be great. We were also a bit uncomfortable with the transparent glass door and walls for the bathroom. A tinted glass would be preferred.

• Shu (10/5): Amazing stay and friendly hosts - It's a luxurious stay for a couple. Everything was sparkling clean and modern. And for 2 people the room was massive! Communication with the hosts were great, they're very friendly and let us check in earlier than 3pm. Even offered welcome drinks and some nibbles at the lobby. We really enjoyed the experience and will recommend to everyone! Not an issue for us but just suggestions: For the size of the room would be great if there's a full body sized mirror! The hostel is located in upper hills of the area, although there are two lifts to make your life easier, might not be suitable for people with many luggages or elders.

But there is a lift on the street that makes the walk up to apartment a little easier, hosts will give you details! The location can be a little out of the way but overall it’s worth it as it’s a great find and you get great views which you wouldn’t maybe see otherwise!

Alessia was an amazing hostess, communication throughout my stay was second to none and she was extremely helpful with all my enquires! Location is right in the centre, however there are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms BUT they have 2 public lifts which were a god send! (They are only open certain times though - I think 7am-9pm if I remember correctly) The only minor things I can think of is to have somewhere to hang toiletries in the bathroom and a full length mirror would be nice. But like I said very minor and didn’t affect my stay at all!

• Oren's (8/5): It was a very nice stay, in a very good location, and the staff was excellent. - VERY large room, cleaned every day, good coffee capsules, very very friendly staff - and in a great location. In a few minutes walk you get to the restaurants, bars, marina, fortress or railway station. At the same time, it is not AT the center so it is quiet. This is important - there are many stairs and not elevator. So be prepared to carry your luggage all those stairs, as well as on your way anywhere. Parking is on the street (and is paid) and may be hard to find. But these are really the only downsides we found.

Will be back if I ever visit the area again - The host Alessia was the friendliest and most helpful host as I’ve ever met as a solo traveller!! The location is 12 mins away walking distance from the main train station and also next to most shops in town. It was a great stay overall If you are a light sleeper you might get annoyed by the sounds coming from the different rooms or when people open the main door
• Tineeka (10/5): Clean, safe, well equiped room, highly recommend to solo travellers and couples! - Friendly manager who greeted us and another manager who was very responsive via WhatsApp, very clean room with clean bathroom, free snacks and drinks in the mini bar replaced daily, central location in a quiet backstreet, lots of restaurants in the area, air con super cold, big windows allowed for plenty of breeze, would stay again and lastly felt very safe here. We liked everything.
