- Sevi24 (9/5): - Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel en plein centre d’Erzincan. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, tout est accessible facilement à pied. Un grand merci surtout au personnel, qui est extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Erzincan şehir merkezinde bulunan bu otelde çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Konumu gerçekten çok iyi, her yere kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Özellikle personel son derece güler yüzlü, samimi ve her zaman yardımcıydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

- donna (4/5): pleasant staff but problems - The staff was very nice and helpful. they spoke english and were attentive to our needs. BUT- the top floor which (on the website) looked like a beautiful dining area was torn up and totally shut down so meals were only in the dark little pub. Our car got blocked in to the parking lot so we could not get out. Apparently this happens a lot but still - we had to change our plans because we could not leave the parking lot when we wanted to. Also, someone else's socks were in the bathroom storage area under the sink. Kind of gross.

- Tris (10/5): Exceptional - The staff could not have been more helpful, especially the female receptionist and the owner. I'm currently on a cycling trip and ran into some mechanical problems but unfortunately the parts could only be obtained from Ankara. The owner of the hotel arranged for someone to pick up the part in Ankara and take the overnight bus to deliver them the next day here. I was overwhelmed by their kindness and helpfulness. Also the burgers in the attached downstairs bar were excellent!!

- Motomon (3/5): Disastrous Return to Türkiye - 1. It is in a good location. 2. After coming from Georgia and Armenia, I really appreciated sleeping on a bed with fitted sheets, which are not used there. 1. Requested, in advance, to not be on the highway side and was given a room off the main road, but on the side road and parking lot side. 2. Upon checking in, I was not given the AC remote control and did not sleep the first night. I said I would be staying two nights instead of 1, but received no verbal confirmation and had to request confirmation from another employee the next day. 3. Impolite passport request, just "passport," and did not respond when I prompted her with "please." 4. Parking lot was full, not with guests, forcing me to park on the sidewalk. 5. Wi-fi password written on a dirty piece of red tape on the bedside table was wrong. Because no receptionist was around, a worker at the connected restaurant went behind the counter to give me the password, which did not work. The next morning I was told that the handwritten partly illegible password was incorrect and not what I assumed. Back in my room, it still would not work for any of the four possible connections. At reception, I was told that the password was correct, so I returned to my room to retry it multiple times for each of the possible connections. I returned to reception to request further assistance getting Wi-Fi. The further attempts in my room by the hotel employee also did not work until he left and returned with a totally different password that he had to try multiple times. 6. The last straw was discovering a broken toilet seat that is completely broken all the way through, not just cracked! 7. Although I really wanted to move to another hotel after all the problems here, but I had lost my glasses and cane, had no Turkish money because the border exchange (and here) refuse to accept Georgian money, my SIM card from Georgia no longer worked, and I was too tired and handicapped without my cane to follow helpful directions politely given to an ATM and SIM card to hobble anywhere. I decided to stay a third day today and take care of my needs here locally.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, hospitable and offered very useful advice and information. Breakfasts were good. Room clean and comfortable WIFI didn't always work. Air conditioning wasn't particularly efficient in the room
- Dmitriy (7/5): Good - Not too small, good beds and very responsive, helpful personnel. Close to the center of the city. Good check-in and check-out time. Can live with a dog for an extra fee of 10 euros. Amazing breakfast with tasty watermelon slices. The apartment wasn't ready for living - looks like the roof had a leakage in the bathroom, making all the towels and toilet paper straining in rusty water, but it wasn't wet, so I assume it did happen some time ago. That wasn't the most disappointing part though, since the staff did quickly solve that problem once it was reported and bring us new towers and toilet paper right away, which was a great service. The most disappointing part was not working WiFi. I've reported the problem - two available access points didn't allow connecting from any of our devices (connection error, seemed like router malfunction). While I've showcased it, one barely available access point showed up, and we could connect to it, but the connection worked only outside the apartment unfortunately, leaving us without a stable internet connection. Also, the kettle was missing for a strange reason - only the bottom part with a cord was in place =D I didn't report it since we do travel with our own kettle.

- Babar (5/5): This must have been a good hotel once, but the owner/management seem to have given up on it - It is a good central location, and the hotel is relatively recently built. It was easy to find and the area was quiet and peaceful at night. The staff could have been more polite and welcoming! The lift did not work, and many items were missing (such as towels etc) each item had to be asked for as we discovered what was missing when we came to use it. The breakfast was in a very sterile environment, almost everything was packed and was in separate plastic wrapping rather than being fresh. The staff were left to face the problems created by the owner/management.

- PetterB794 (6/5): Convenient location - I stayed at Eriza for 3 nights, it served my purpose well. The room was clean and the service worked well. The reception does not speak English, but they try to be helpful using Google translate on their mobile. The parking outside is not exclusive, but the hotel staff tries to help and I did got a spot without much problem every day.

- Jeri (4/5): - Room is spacious and clean. Two easy chairs and a large bed. But very hot and the ac unit is inadequate. Only sheers for curtains over much of the full wall window, with very bright light just across at night and sunrise in the early morning. Restaurant not open. Passed an uncomfortable night.
- psychokat (10/5): very nice stay - lovely hotel. extensive breakfast. firm bed. huge rooms and very good quality bathroom. clean hotel. amazing roof top restaurant. I was grateful that they accommodated us by providing early breakfast. English speaking staff.
- Kirman (8/5): Good value - It is a medium sized hotel, located in the city center. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Owner Mesut is a hands-on boss. Rooms are great for the price. Breakfast is very satisfactory open-buffet. Hotel restaurant has Turkish live music on many week days, which attracts non-hotel customers from locals. Alcohol is served, which is not typical for Erzincan. A few times a year all the hotels in Erzincan are fully booked during the visit of families of soldiers due to mandatory military service. Best is to book in advance and confirm clearly, this goes for all hotels in Erzincan, the population doubles at such times. Overall Eriza is strongly recommended for the very good value.
