• Des (2/5): Was able to visit Phuket although accomodation was very over priced. - Good views. Parking available Fast wifi and free. Close to beach and Barkla road Very dated. Rubish left on balcony. Toilet didnt flush. English communication with host difficult. Charged an extra 4% using credit card.. Only one lift to garage sometimes waited 10 minutes

• David (3/5): Very disappointed as an expensive stay and poor accommodation. - The meet me host was good, attentive and available for the time I was there. The apartment was very tired. The curtains did not draw fully closed in either the Bedroom or sitting room. I had to take one certain from the sitting room to add it to the Bedroom for privacy and to close out fully during the night. The standard of cleaning was poor. Walking about in bare feet (Thai culture) meant dirty feet!!! Furniture in the room very poor and did not allow full use of the windows/views or sitting out on the balcony

• Abigail (2/5): - My family of 5 stayed here for 5 days in December, our stay at the tower was really bad. There was no kettle, no hand towels, the cleaner didn't clean properly or change the bedding. The fridge is broken and leaks across the floor TV doesn't show channels, lots of remotes that don't do anything. The bathroom is really mouldy. The shower curtain has lots of mould in it, I asked woman to change it but she didn't. Cleaner only came to clean once and didn't clean properly, only left new towel, no new bedding. There was only enough plates and cups for 4 people but the room was booked for 5. It was not as advertised at all and we paid a lot of money to stay there which was really unfair. I reached out to the manager/head of team and got left on read.

• James (1/5): Only the location of the property is very good, and care taker Sunita is an awesome lady who can give you all the inform - Only the Location Absolutely everything, because the property is managed by an uneducated and manner less so called manager from India by name BASU. The owner of the property is also and Indian who is completely hidden from everywhere and not in picture at any time. This stupid manager will make you regret for booking this property.

• Sharon (10/5): Very functional and well located apartment, Satisfied 😊 - When I first read the comments on booking, I was thinking God, I made an error for a non refundable booking! Then I came to the appartement, Mrs Sunita was waiting for us at the lobby, it was around 11pm. She was very nice to us, the host also was accommodating, we had to leave earlier, he accepted without any difficulties. If you are looking for luxury then you got the wrong address, the apartment is very comfortable and functional, large space with 2 bedroom, spacious living room, balcony included. Everything is walking distance since the traffic jam is horrible at night in Patong, here you may reach everything walking distance. Bangla road is very close, shopping food everywhere. We were very happy with our booking.

Be careful with the pictures from booking.com for which room you receive..our room was disgusting to begin with..dirty walls ,curtains and no air con in 1 bedroom..The Lady managing the room was very rude and wanted cash on arrival for the full stay..even though the booking was made via credit card ???? Finally moved to a new room on the 3rd day ,which was the original we booked from the pictures ...
• Kellee (1/5): Terrible, I left after 2 hours. - Location was close to Bangla Rd. Everything, I left the property 2 hours after check in. I was so disappointed. For starters, it’s not a hotel, it’s AIRBNB, you rent direct from the owner. The unit was run down, in need of freshening up. It was smelly, needed fresh air, and smelt like cigarette. Wardrobes were old and broken, one had a dirty pair of socks. Balcony door didn’t slide without strong force. Both beds were uncomfortable, the blankets were not adequate size. There was no extra blankets, pillows or towels. Bathroom smelt like mould. Washing machine spelt like mould. Toilet kept running. The building fob didn’t work in the lift for the floor, leaving us to fix it.

• Harrison (1/5): Horrible wouldn’t recommend to anyone. - The staff and owners were very very rude and not accomodating what so ever! Honestly I’ve stayed at a lot places over the years and the 0 room service as well as not getting our beds or rooms cleaned once was absolutely disgraceful.

Booked 4 nights but only stayed 1 night and forfeited our payment due to conditions: uncomfortable beds, stained comforter, super loud at night due to parties on the beach, loud first thing in morning due to construction next door, mold in bathroom, walls patched but not painted, stove top didn’t work to heat water for coffee, microwave was old and took 4 minutes to heat a small cup of water for coffee. Overall just run down. Staff were nice.
• Andrea (2/5): Dont stay here and save your money! - Disgusting will never stay here again when we first arrive the first day the very first thing at we saw it the kitchen and bed being so disgustingly dirty the bed looks like it was never been replace a new bedding and it was smelly and dirty the lady said shes gonna clean the whole aprt but when we come back the only thing she did was replaced that towels she didnt do anything pls save your money and dont stay here and fyi we saw alot of cockroaches if i could give this apt a -⭐️ i would this hotel is nasty!

• Sohan (1/5): Avoid at all costs, be warned - The ONLY good thing at this property was the view. Literally, nothing else. The room was extremely worn down. Wrong room type given, everything was broken, not cleaned. We didn't get towels until 11pm. Cockroach traps in the wardrobes. Would have been softer to sleep on the floor. You could feel the springs pushing into you in the bed. Bathroom fan was filthy and covered in dust, hasn't been cleaned in years it looks like. Host wanted 10% surcharge on card payments, eventually they charged 4% surcharge when it should be 0. The upside was booking.com help us cancel after the first night. They also said there should be no surcharge.

The location was very central and convenient to beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife. The property was very dated, no adequate blinds, bathroom is old and shower was terrible for water pressure and temperature. Kitchen was equipped knives were blunt and dated.

The bed was really comfortable. I'll definitely be back. Great value. The fournitures and couch in the living needs a little refreshing.

• Daniel (1/5): Disappointed because of bait & switch, black mold in tub/shower - I did not get the property I booked on line. Upon arrival I was informed the room I booked was not available, but was led to believe that I was getting an upgrade. Although the view from this place is 5 stars, the bathtub was the most disgusting bathtub I’ve ever seen in a rental. Black mold with bad grout. I booked the room because of the tub, but unfortunately it was unusable. The manager led me to believe the issue would be addressed, but after further investigation I saw that other guests reported the same issues with bait and switch and the gross bathtub/shower (see Expedia ). In addition to this issue, other reviews have mentioned faulty/dangerous furniture. One guest previously reported they were injured from the faulty chair. Not sure if it was the same chair that guest mentioned, but this room also had a dangerous chair that had I sat in it, I would have definitely been injured. Great view and location

• Antoine (3/5): Disappointing - Patong Tower is the perfect Location for Patong. Air Conditionning working good ! Not clean when arrived especially the bathroom : the bathtub was blocked by the pieces of the shower curtain which were crumbling. There was still sand in the tub and toothpaste in the sink. There were only two glasses in the kitchen. Bed sheets were stained. The apartment is not in good condition and is not well equipped.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Holiday from hell - I believe that there are some very nice apartments within the Patong Tower By United 21 Thailand but the one we were given was defiantly not one of them. It started from when we first arrived as we walked through the door we immediately noticed that this was not the room we had booked. As we inspected the apartment the things started to pile up, the mold in the bathroom and kitchen was pretty thick so i tried to contact the manager (Maddy) but was not contactable so on the third day the cleaner arrived to clean and informed us that Maddy had flown out of Thailand and to deal with her from now on. Everything within the self contained kitchen was disgustingly dirty so we had to go and purchase cutlery, cups,toaster and kettle just so as to have a cuppa and toast for breakfast. The curtains only spanned 3/4 of the window space so at about 6.30am the light was boring in through the bedroom window, i could keep going with this but i think you get the idea. On the second day the tv kept switching off at will and this was annoying but on the ninth day it swithed off and would not come back on so contacted the cleaner, she came for a look and agreed that it was dead,she left and we didnt hear from her and phone was swithed off. That was the last straw for us, we booked another hotel for the last 4 nights and left loosing our money. By the end of that day i had 3 contacts from Maddy trying to justify the appalling service we had recieved.I would never recommend this place

• Mario (10/5): Amazing Condo - Our stay at Patong Towers Condominiums was excellent. Our in check by Mr. Vaibhav was smooth and welcoming especially considering we were an hour late to arrive he was very pleasant and forgiving and made sure we felt welcome. As for the condo the view from the balcony was amazing and the rooms were well furnished and inviting. My only concern were the stained bed sheets which were eventually replaced without me having to request it. The tower is centered right in the middle of everything you would want to do and a stones throw from Patong Beach. We will definitely by staying here in future visits.

• Peter (8/5): tolle Lage in Zentrum - direkt am Strand und in der Ortsmitte.VielPlatz in der Wohnung.Statt 1 Zimmer haben wir 3 Zimmer-Appartment bekommen ohne Aufpreis.Tolle Sicht auf die Stdt unf das Meer.Strandnähe. Kochnische war aber sehr abgenutzt.Sonst war die Wohnung und Ausstattung OK.
• Serkan (10/5): One of the best apartment at phuket - We stay at Patong Tower by United 21 at february 2018, Location is the one of the best in phuket, its in the middle of the center, close to everywhere. Room we stay was S906 has the best sea view from the front balcony and the mountain and the city from side balcony. Apartment has everything you need even the washing machine :)
