Eran (10/5): we liked this place a lot, it was good for our needs - it's a very nice small hotel right in the old city. we stayed in a very big room for family with few kids, it included also small kitchen and sitting area. the place is decorated with good taste. the breakfast is good. a bit hard to get with car to the place and park, but the owners helped us with it. all in all it's a good place, few minor things we noticed: the shower in our room is built in a way that much of the water just flows on the floor

Аутентичный дворик, расположение очень удобное, что бы пешком пройти все исторические и значимые места. Удобно и уезжать на экскурсии с площади Мейдан! Удобно вечерком прийти с серных бань и лечь отдохнуть. Если вы хотите без суеты насладиться городом Тбилиси, то вам нужно поселиться именно тут ❤️ Спасибо огромное за уют, комфорт и заботу!

LIAD (7/5): - העיצוב של החללים הציבוריים כמו הכניסה והטרסה מאוד יפה ואומנותי. נוף יפיפיה מהטרסה . המיקום בעיר העתיקה מצוין, במרחק הליכה מכל אטרקציה מרכזית בעיר. חדר גדול ומרווח, כולל מטבחון וסלון. חדר לא מתוחזק כראוי כמו למשל ספה שבורה, שולחן מתנדנד, נראה מוזנח, לא הכי נקי. הזמנו חדר ל-5 , אך היו רק 4 מיטות בחדר, ולא יכלנו להשתמש בספה שהיה כאמור שבורה, כך שאחד הילדים ישן איתנו במיטה .
Dina (10/5): Однозначно рекомендую! - Мы останавливались в этом отеле в Грузии и остались в полном восторге! ⭐⭐⭐ Несмотря на то, что это трёхзвёздочный отель, он превзошёл все наши ожидания и даже оказался лучше пятизвёздочного, в котором мы жили до этого в центре города. Прежде всего хочется отметить необычный интерьер: повсюду росписи, образы Фриды, особая атмосфера искусства и уюта. Отель небольшой, камерный, но именно в этом его очарование: чувствуешь себя как дома. Внутренний дворик с верандой и уютным кафе на крыше создают очень тёплую, светлую атмосферу. Мы жили в просторном четырёхместном номере вдвоём — и это было невероятно комфортно. Огромная комната с большими окнами, шикарным видом и чувством простора. Честно говоря, такой номер в трёхзвёздочном отеле стал для нас настоящим открытием! Особую благодарность хочется выразить персоналу. Все сотрудники очень приветливые, дружелюбные, говорят на русском языке, интересуются гостями, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать, куда стоит сходить, что посмотреть. Это создаёт ощущение настоящего грузинского гостеприимства. Отдельный плюс — вкусные блинчики, которые можно заказать в любое время, если вдруг не успели поесть. На завтраки мы не попадали, поэтому о них ничего сказать не можем, но впечатления от кухни остались самые приятные. В целом атмосфера отеля очень тёплая и дружелюбная. Здесь действительно хочется задержаться дольше, чем планировал. Мы точно будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и сами с удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова!

Попросила оставить его в отеле до нашего возвращения (не в номере, т.к. у нас было повторное заселение), помогли с этой просьбой. Вид на город открывается классный, вечером очень приятно на веранде посидеть. Но будьте готовы что подниматься к отелю тяжело. т.к. Находится на вершине старого города. Le cadre très original , artistique et l’emplacement au centre de la vieille ville avec une superbe vue. La chambre était fidèle au photos et propre. Sans oublier le petit déjeuner complet et copieux. Je recommande vivement. Rien, mais à savoir que l’hôtel se trouve en hauteur dans des ruelles étroites difficiles d’accès en voiture. Heureusement, l’hôte très réactif est venu chercher notre voiture et nous la garer. Un grand merci encore 🙏

Yauheni (10/5): - Очень хороший персонал. Очень хорошее расположение. Красивый отель с внутренним дворником, террассой. Чисто в номере. Завтраки шведский стол. Прекрасный вид из окна. Немного огорчило отсутствие шторки в душевой, при котором вся вода отказывалась по всему полу и отсутствие холодильника. Номер под крышей будет не удобен высоким людям, т.к. скошена крыша.

Nurzhan (3/5): - Мы забронировали улучшенные апартаменты. По приезду нам сообщили, что по техническим причинам не могут предоставить тот номер. Вместо него за ту же цену предложили один двухместный и один трехместный номер. Так как мы были уставший с дороги деваться было некуда и мы согласились. Ни в одном номере не было холодильника, хотя в описании аппартамента был указан холодильник. Для нас было важно, т.к. у нас было трое детей. Я попросил администратора перенести холодильник с того номера, на что она ответила отказом. Позже я через других гостей выяснил, что апартаменты были заняты другими гостями. После все стало понятно. Скорее всего они нашли клиентов на более долгий срок и благополучно их сдали. Завтрак скудный, не вкусный. Детям мы налили по стакану сока, а после они сообщили что сок закончился. Хотя при нас через 10 минут наливали другим клиентам. Больше в этот отель ни ногой.

Hanna (10/5): Very good - The room was spacious, which was perfect for the four of us. The views from both the hotel terrace and our room were absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. One downside was that the shower didn’t have a curtain or screen, so water tended to spill onto the floor—which wasn’t ideal, especially with multiple people using it.
Shamoon (9/5): We had a very good stay. Staff was polite and helpful. Basic room with basic amenities. - Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly Property is on a very steep uphill and walk from the Meidaan Bazaar is a bit difficult.

Robinson (8/5): classic old town charm with a beautiful terrace view. - Me and my wife along with two kids (one infant) stayed in two bedroom apartment.. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with all essential kitchen amenities, and perfect for a family stay. It’s located within walking distance to the charming Old Town attractions, offering a peaceful retreat just above the buzz of the city. Do note that the stay is on a picturesque hillside with narrow roads, which adds to the authentic local vibe. While driving and parking can be a bit tricky, we found taking a taxi back after exploring especially with a stroller to avoid the climb.
Zhaglina (10/5): Frida in it's best - Very welcoming staff, nice hotel, good cocktails, perfect view from the terrace. Comfy rooms, beds, clean linens. Good location- close to the sulphur bath. Nothing. This is a great hotel

Amjad (8/5): Overall stay was quiet and peaceful. Property need more staff to support customers in their luggage shifting. - The overall experience was good. It was specious and clean. The breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was cooperative. The location was at the height in the street with steep, which is difficult to climb by walk by elderly people or the people with health issues. There was no staff to support in luggage shifting to the apartment and lifting up suitcases by stairs was bit difficult. No elevator option was available.
Pouya (9/5): Beautiful Art Cafe and Art home! - - Beautiful Old house and Art cafe, gives you a fresh and amazing feeling, and the option to be served even in front of your door! - Beautiful terrace with cool evening breezes due to altitude - Good Breakfast - Closeness to all city centre attractions - Interior beautiful design and cleanliness - Location is in a steep hill, therefore not suitable for people with walking problem, also taxis have trouble coming in front, and normally stop with a bit distance. - Kitchen amenities were few compared to number of people in our apartment, but staff provided us extra items upon request.

Michel (7/5): Nice, but pick your room wisely - Location in old town. We took the room on the top floor, which has a very low inclined ceiling, so we bumped our heads multiple times. There weren't enough bed sheets for all 4 of us.
Tal (9/5): Nice atmosphere hotel in the old city - Cool atmosphere, great location to explore the old city, very good value for money. The building is slightly old, there are no double beds, the road to the hotel is steep (you should drive/walk carefully).

Francesca (3/5): Poor - I appreciated the kindness of the lady that prepares breakfast, and the terrace. We spent 3 days there and every day we faced a different problem with our room. We almost never had hot water in the bathroom. The flush of the toilet wasn't working well, and the wifi was really bad. The staff speaks a very basic English and they are not very...comunicative. I think they have to work hard if they want to become a decent 3 stars hotel.

Monica (4/5): Dissapointing - Facilities not as described - Large apartment. Lot of space if travelling with family or group of friends. The reception lady at the hotel seemed quite rude and uninterested in her job or welcoming the guests. We were travelling with our 10 month old son and had booked an apartment with a kitchen. To our shock and surprise the kitchen only had a broken kettle placed on the stove. There was no cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, tea/ coffee maker, fridge or cooking utensils as mentioned on booking.com. we had to go to the reception and request for providing some plates and utensils in order to be able to prepare food for our baby. The breakfast was basic. There is no TV in the apartment as shown in the photos. The towels provided to us had a distint smell, and were quite worn out.
Mary (8/5): Overall it is acceptable, the location and aesthetic compensates the lack of things in the room. - - location of it - the aesthetic of the hotel - it look and feels homey - the caretakers are very nice people - overlooking scenery - nice crepe in cafe - i love the color of room - great price for a big room for 4 people - i like the piano outside - There was no tv in our room, but in the picture in booking.com there is - The toilet smells, there is no ventilation - There are spiders in the room - There is no cleaning service everyday. - it is mostly airbnb not a hotel. - There is no fridge - There is no full size body mirror - The bathroom has no curtain , so water gets on the floor - There is not enough garbage bins, only in the bathroom. - There is no elevator If you expect a hotel like experience, this is not your place. But if you like a homey feeling, then this is your place.

The staff is very helpful. We had the room with the tiny kitchen. Would be nice if there would be a small fridge.
