• Sebastien (9/5): Calme, confortable, spacieux et très bon accueil. - Très bon séjour, maison vraiment spacieuse et propre. Quartier très calme et facilité pour stationner avec même un emplacement privé. Le propriétaire est très professionnel et très réactif. Il explique toutes les démarches pour l’accès au logement de manière très simple. Je recommande fortement, et je reviendrais lors d’un prochain passage dans ce secteur .

• Giorgio (10/5): Se avremo necessità simili torneremo sicuramente, dovessi passare un fine settimana in visita a Bologna per piacere, di - Arredo moderno, accogliente, parcheggio a due metri dal letto ( esterno ovviamente ), dovendo essere in ospedale ( Bellaria ) alle 08:00 ci si sveglia giusto un’ora prima e in due minuti in auto si raggiunge la struttura, pizzeria con consegna a domicilio all’inizio della via che porta alla location.

• Potter (10/5): Home-Sweet-Home - Mi è piaciuto il fatto che l'Host il signor Marco mi abbia fatto sentire a casa già dalla sua voce al telefono una persona molto cordiale e gentile con molte spiegazioni tutti i vari passaggi e con vari allegati per farti capire anche se non sei del posto come arrivarci. Era tutto impeccabile dalla pulizia all'ordine ,dal fatto che entri e già la casa è accogliente e calda sempre disponibile a rispondere ed in tempi brevi, insomma mi sono trovato a casa con tutte le comodità a pochi minuti A questa domanda non so rispondere perché mi è piaciuto tutto e sicuramente non quest' anno ma il prossimo anno ci tornerò se saranno ancora disponibili posti

• Mari (8/5): Per 1 o 2 giorni va bene - Villetta in zona tranquilla, cortile spazioso, bagno comodo. Il proprietario ci ha spiegato tutto in modo chiaro e preciso. Non é presente un frigo e in estate é un problema, la colazione sarebbe stata meglio servita fresca. Nelle vicinanze non ci sono servizi, bisogna spostarsi un po' con la macchina per raggiungere supermercati, ristoranti ecc.

• Fortvna (9/5): Very spacious guest room in a beautiful house - Very friendly contact with clear instructions over WhatsApp. Full privacy and option of 24/7 check-in / check out. Nice and private guest house in quiet neighbourhood. Very tastefully decorated house with all needed luxury. Save parking. For Italy, effort was made to present a tasty and diverse breakfast. Because the breakfast was served in advance, it did not contain fresh products.

• Brian (10/5): For us, a near perfect place to stay - The accommodation is a bit remote and it is advisable to have transport if you stay here. For me and my son it was ideal with safe and secure parking for our motorcycles. It also had air conditioning which was a real bonus in the sweltering 38 degrees C temperature. Although we didn’t get to meet with Marco, the owner, he was always contactable and the instructors he gave were clear and concise. We were attending the World Superbike races in Imola and visiting the Ducati museum In Bologna, it was good for both. Nothing really, everything was fine. It would have been nice if there were shops a little closer, but you can’t have everything.
