• Karolina (7/5): Tylko na krótki pobyt - Hotel jest świetnie położony. Blisko Termini, Kolosseum i Starego Miasta. Miła niespodzianka z croissantami z rana. Głośno na korytarzu. Ściany cienkie, słychać chrapanie sąsiada. Wykonywanie zdjęć dowodów osobistych co jest nielegalne w UE.

We were on the street side so there was a lot of noise from cars and busses passing by, also during the night. The windows are not that sound proof. On sunday it was way les crowded outside so less noise.

По утрам-круассаны или другая выпечка.Доступна услуга хранения багажа.Персонал приветливый,всегда на связи.Нам было очень комфортно. Такого нет

Todos los días en tu puerta croissant frescos para desayunar, son amigables con los perros de servicio. Que no se pudiera hacer Check in más tarde de las 23:30hrs, tuve que pagar 20 euros adicionales pero si llegas dentro de su horario no hay mayor inconveniente.

Имеется площадь мини кухни для подогрева еды, приготовления чая и кофе и там же можно перекусить. Хотелось бы, чтобы было и минимальное количество посуды для приготовления еды, если это не противоречит правилам апартаментов. Сварить спагетти, приготовить амулет и т.д. Фото на сайте отличается немного от увиденного.

Grateful for the option of early check-in without additional charge. 10min walk from Termini. Very comfortable in travelwise.

• Akgül (8/5): A good choice if you want to stay in a central place in Rome.. - The property is very centrally located, 2 minutes' walk from Vittorio Emanuel underground station. 5 minutes walk from Termini station. The room is clean and has everything you may need. There is a kitchen for shared use. It is a very kind gesture that they hang croissants and doughnuts on the door for breakfast every morning, ın addition, Yoghurt water and drinks in the fridge were offered and replenished every day. Air condition, TV everything was working as it should. -

• Amy (9/5): Charming little Inn near the Train station - This is a lovely little Inn close to the train station. Spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of Santa Maria Maggiore. The best part of our stay was being treated to little extras like free drinks, yogurts, cookies, crackers and baked goods every morning as well as having a cute little kitchen/sitting area where we could help ourselves to coffee and tea or sit and read a book. The only negative was the traffic noise from outside but it did not impact our stay.

Coffee and tea available in the shared kitchen as well. Fresh and delicious pastry delivered every morning. Toiletries available in the bathroom. Check in available from 1pm, luggage storage if needed. I got a free upgrade which was amazing. I could hear the traffic from the main street but was able to sleep without any problems when used the earplugs. Also, I'm a light sleeper so it might not bother some people at all. Overall, I'd stay in this hotel again. And I'd give it more than 2 stars! Everything was great.

• Gerson (7/5): Besides the difficulty finding the place, the location and comfiness from the beds makes it worth it - The location was nice, really close to Roma Termini. Different shops and places to eat around. The elevator doesn't have a sensor, it almost closed on me. Don't want to imagine what would've happened if it did. The place was hard to find too, they should add more signs.
• Kayla (8/5): Would recommend! - We booked the Junior Suite and it was very good! It was very clean, we received breakfast every morning and the fridge was constantly restocked for free! Their service was perfect, always available via WhatsApp and fast responses! There is a bus stop right in front of the accommodation and a supermarket very close by The airconditioner didn’t work perfectly but we contacted them via WhatsApp and everything worked out in the end.
• Marina (10/5): Beautiful room and service! - Staff were so friendly and helpful giving clear instructions on the room and letting me know that I could ask them more questions if needed. Room was large and air con was great. Really beautifully decorated and really appreciated private ensuite. Also it’s so close to Roma Termini train station and an amazing park which had film, poetry, dance, and music all going at once. It’s on a side street in the city and I didn’t know how safe it was at night - I ended up being totally fine but I wouldn’t recommend staying out too late.

Shared kitchen to make coffee along with complimentary breakfast pastry. The only issue was very low to actually none water pressure in 2 out of 3 mornings.

The breakfast pastry was fantastic 4. The help yourself kitchen was useful 5. The daily room service was a bonus It was at times difficult to access reception staff (eg when we initially arrived when no one was behind the 2nd floor reception and when we left our luggage there on day of checkout and we didn't have the keys to the front door). We in the end called using WhatsApp

Easy check in with super friendly staff. A lovely breakfast and coffee/drinks to help yourself to in the kitchenette. A little bit noisy as you can hear the other guests if they linger in the corridor, but you can't hear them in their rooms. Earplugs are handy for traveling anyway!

• Biljana (9/5): Superb - Complimentary croissants and fruit yoghurt for breakfast. A kitchenette with 24/7 access to a coffee machine and tea. Coffee was exceptional! Very friendly staff. Location was also good. You can go to the sites on foot easily. On our last day, we left our stuff at the hotel and picked it up on our way to the Termini station, which is literally 5min away. I'd definitely return and I'd recommend it to my friends. Double bed was actually 2 single beds brought together and I'd say the walls are a bit too thin.

• Sharma (9/5): The accommodation has a very comfy, homey atmosphere with vigilant staff - The staff was cooperative , Rooms were clean and cleaned daily , They left breakfast pastries daily and there were plenty of flavoured yogurts , teas and coffees available everyday. We got complementary prosecco for beds mix up which was also fixed once we let the staff know Not much , just the two single beds were uncomfy and we slept 3 out of our 5 nights on it . The very sweet gesture of leaving the breakfast on door handles could be improved little in terms of variety.

They helped us with everything we needed and made our stay very comfortable, 5 stars plus for them. The Inn has a shared kitchen on each floor, where you can serve a coffee and have breakfast. Location is very good, just couple of min of walk from Termini and a 10-15 min walk from major touristical locations. We felt like home, loved our stay in Rome. Can get a bit noisy due to the fact that it has big windows facing the main street, but wearing earplugs solved the problem.

We were able to easily see so many amazing sights from this location. We had a great time at the restaurant opposite our accommodation with yummy food and a very entertaining owner! They are changing towels every day, there are shampoo, shower gell and soap in the bathroom and the hairdryer as well! Location itself is great as well, it takes around 25 minutes by walk to the city center, but the metro is just 3 minutes away too and it can take you to the center in 5-7 minutes! Overall- a great experience and we are definitely coming back!! Nothing we can think of :)

• Alexandra (8/5): A lovely, welcoming place to stay, and really easy for Termini station. - Lovely, welcoming staff and a really nicely decorated room with a small fridge. The bathroom was very nicely done and everything perfectly clean. They generously provided yoghurts, snacks and water in the room, and in the morning they'd hang a bag of fresh croissants/pastries on the door handle! In the kitchen we could make ourselves unlimited cups of tea and coffee, and had access to a microwave.

For a European city our room was larger than we expected. Location was great. The entrance was like an apartment building with no prominent signage outside. We didn’t even believe we were at the Inn and our taxi driver called to the reception desk and they came downstairs to meet us. But our motto became ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’ as our stay was excellent and staff awesome.

The fact that there was no communal area to sit and eat and having breakfast placed in a bag on your door handle was not acceptable. On 2 days we didnt actually receive our breakfast!

• Roberto (1/5): Nightmare hotel - Nothing When I arrived, after having booked for three nights, it became clear that they did not have a room for me for the first night, so they sent me to a hotel over 2 mi away from downtown Rome. When I complained and told the receptionist that I didn’t want to go there and why had they accepted my payment when they didn’t have free room for the first night, she’s was extremely rude and dismissive and said that the location was closer to where I wanted to go next day (I was there to work at the Sapienza Uni for a few days), which was clearly not true. When I explained my busy schedule to her and why I needed to be closer, she ignored me and rushed me into a taxi. This place was a true nightmare. Once I got in, I saw that the value for money was missing. Really run down and not kept place!! Stay away. Worst experience I have ever had

The cozy rooms, very friendly staff, and convenient location near major attractions made it an unforgettable experience. Overall, it was an excellent choice for a Roman getaway. • Ashley (8/5): Lovely accommodation in the heart of Rome, close to main attractions - We enjoyed our stay at Santamaria Inn. Staff were friendly. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but we could use the communal dining area which had a small kitchen for preparing basic meals, tea, coffee etc. We just loved the special touch of fresh pastries/croissants in the morning plus complimentary Coca-Cola, water and yoghurt in the mini-bar. Very central and close to the tourist attractions and some good restaurants in the area. A few minutes walk from Rome Termini train station. A kettle to make tea/coffee first thing in the morning, in the room, would be great.

• Lauren (9/5): Great place to stay when checking out the sights in Rome! - The front desk receptionist was the highlight of this stay. She was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and so very kind! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. The hair dryer was a little wonky, I think it overheated after 5 minutes, but not a deal breaker. Croissants left at your door were delicious and you’re right next to Pasticceria Ragoli, which is a definite bonus. Great neighboring restaurants, too. Living a bit more of an authentic style than staying in the more touristy areas, which are in walking distance, but still far enough away from the maddening crowd.
