Комната была чистая, на окне москитная сетка. Есть комната отдыха из которой отличный вид на гранд канал. Ощущение уютного дома, локация шикарная - всё в пешей доступности + речной транспорт.

A short walk away from the vaporetto stop but also an easy walk to the main sites. Tea and coffee making facilities in the shared kitchen. Delicious breakfast, very friendly hosts. I slept so well, it was quiet and peaceful.

• Lyn (7/5): Don't book the Attic room unless you are under 40! No view of the canal. - Very large attic apartment. Walk in shower, but it was extremely small. Good location, just steps from a vaporetto station and only one stop from the Santa Lucia train station. However, quite a distance from St Mark's Square etc. The host, Fabio, was very helpful, carried our bags up and down the narrow attic stairs, as the lift only went for 3 floors! Fabio gave us a map and useful local information which helped us navigate. Breakfast was served to the room and the offerings were good. Fabio was always prompt and cheerful. There was only a glimpse of the canal from the attic room. Not quite as it was portrayed online. Bed was very hard, pillows were lumpy. No extras, no blanket, no tissues etc. Very basic supplies. Kitchen was communal, shared with the other 2 apartments. Would have been more convenient to have kettle and supplies in our room. Very expensive for no view of the canal.😢

The breakfast was wonderful! I would say the only negative was the bathroom layout. We had to walk out into the hallway to use our private bathroom and it didn’t feel very private.
• Samarth (10/5): You are lucky if you can find availability at this GEM of a place - The View from the room was Amazing.....no question...it could be the biggest room in Venice. Also the location is so close to Boat Station Riva de Biasio that walking is negligible. The Host in an amazing lady with superb attention to detail and breakfast service in the room is a delight with an amazing presentation. I would love to visit the place again. Nothing I can think of....Place is so booked in advance that I wish I can book again

• Richard (8/5): Venice overnight - We only stayed a couple of nights after a trip to the Dolomites but we were made to feel so welcome. Icing on the cake was the lovely welcome and breakfast brought to our room in the morning. Even though we had to leave early on the 2nd day a light breakfast was left in the fridge for us. The position of the accommodation was ideal. A short walk to the bus stop (we used the number 5 bus to and from the airport) and to the Rialto bridge, it really did feel like you were in the thick of it.

If you take the Alilaguna from the airport, it requires an 8 minute walk. Otherwise there are vaporetto stops a couple hundred metres from the property.

The host has great attention to detail and served a wonderful breakfast that was beautifully presented on a rolling cart. She was super accommodating and responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Venice. I can’t say there is anything we didn’t like.

• vamsi (10/5): - This is the best B&B we ever stayed at. Laura, the host is very friendly and organized. The place is conveniently located near Vaperotto stop close to Piazza Roma which makes going to airport or to St.Mark’s place easy. The breakfast was awesome, especially the croissants which Laura baked every morning. The place has an elevator and hence taking luggage to 3rd floor is easy. Our flight to US got delayed by 4hrs. Laura kindly helped in letting us store the luggage for a few hours after checkout at 10AM. The place is very clean and bathroom has extra towels. I strongly recommend this place for anyone visiting Venice, especially a family with 2 kids.

We really enjoyed the breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning. We also were able to use the common area living room and kitchen. There was cappuccino and espresso that we could serve ourselves as needed. The owners were so nice and helpful.. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Venice.

So lovely! See pic. Very comfy room for 3 people. Quiet location and close to authentic Bacaros and Vaporetto. There was a bridge to cross with many stairs from the train station to get to the B&B. I also thought we were going to have a better view of the canal from our room.

The curtains let in the light and the noise outside persists throughout the night. My husband has difficulty sleeping. The shower design causes water to spill outside the cubicle, making it difficult to clean up.

Lift to the third floor so no lugging bags upstairs. There is a water taxi stand in front of the apartment for the vaperetto, which will take you all over Venice. Room was clean and comfortable and a nice continental breakfast of cured meats, cheese and croissants.

• April (10/5): - Our stay here made Venice the highlight of our Italy trip! Laura and Guido were so kind and helpful, even helping me book a reservation at a tiny popular restaurant months in advance. The provided directions were perfect and the property was easy to find - and Guido gave us a beautiful tour of the building and took the time to explain some of the history. We loved our view of the grand canal and that our windows had screens! If you’ve traveled much in Europe, you’ll understand this is a true luxury. Breakfast each morning was perfect - the chocolate croissants will haunt my dreams. And as if it could be better, Laura and Guido have two affectionate cats that often greet guests - my daughters were so delighted. We also loved staying away from the noisy crowds in the St Marks area - but getting there either by foot or by vaparetto was so easy. We really enjoyed exploring the nearby neighborhoods - it made Venice intimate in a way I hadn’t experienced it before.

The bed is in the centre and was very comfortable. You can also relax in the living room watching the boats pass by on the Grand Canal. View from the room was simply amazing, location was convenient, only one street over from the vaporetto station, so easy to get around. Laura and her husband were very helpful in providing the transportation information and local suggestions. We only had breakfast one of the days since we were taking an early flight the next day, it was served on a cart and such a nice & relaxing experience enjoying the breakfast while looking out the window. Only suggestion would be to add some darker curtains to the windows so the light doesn’t wake us up so early in the morning.

• Karen (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Venice! - The location was great. It was easy to find and very convenient to the water buses, which I highly recommend. The proprietor is excellent. She is very kind and helpful and clearly takes great pride in her B&B. Nothing!
