• Anca Elena (8/5): Lovely apartment - The apartment is lovely, clean. There was even a small balcony. It is well located. We walked to the tram that takes you to the airport. It's within walking distance to the city centre. One drunk guest kept pounding on the door during the night and kept trying to bang down the door. He kept forcing the door, banging and calling in Polish. We ended up calling the police. We could not get in touch with anyone from the accommodation management. All night was ruined.

• maria elena (4/5): Se avessi saputo prima queste cose non ci avrei mai alloggiato. - Posizione buona, a pochi minuti dalla stazione e il centro era facilmente raggiungibile Ho alloggiato nell’appartamento 1 al piano terra e purtroppo si sentivano troppi rumori: ogni persona che entrava o usciva dalla struttura era chiaramente udibile. Inoltre, la finestra è troppo bassa e, una volta aperta, chiunque passasse poteva affacciarsi e vedere all’interno, rendendo l’ambiente poco riservato e piuttosto fastidioso. All’interno della stanza, il televisore è posizionato in modo poco funzionale, lateralmente al letto, risultando scomodo da guardare. Per quanto riguarda il letto, ho trovato una macchia scura sul lenzuolo, di cui non sono riuscita a capire l’origine, e nel complesso ho percepito una sensazione di scarsa pulizia. Anche il bagno è strutturato male: il lavandino è troppo basso e di dimensioni ridotte, rendendo difficili anche le operazioni più semplici, come lavarsi il viso. Inoltre, le foto dell’appartamento non corrispondono alla realtà: ad esempio, in foto la zona cucina presenta un mobiletto in legno, mentre dal vivo è in acciaio con delle tendine. Nel complesso, un’esperienza deludente. L’unico aspetto positivo è la posizione.

We would use Sleeptight Apartments again. - The property was twenty minutes walk from the main tourist sites and there was a nice friendly neighbourhood bar nearby. The kitchen window that gave onto the street did not seem to close properly. There was a sound of squeaking during the night that was a bit off putting. We were arriving at the property late the evening and did not get the info on how to get in until the day before which was fine in the end, but felt a bit stressful at the time.

• Shelley (10/5): Wonderful stay and experience! - Sleep Tight Florence Apartment is located a little off from the business of Florance which was wonderful at the end of the day. A short walking distance to Florence’s center and main attractions. And the train station which is highly organized! The apartment was quiet, safe and cozy! Very clean! I would highly recommend this apartment to stay while in Florance.

Por decir algo me pareció algo incomodo tener que desenchufar la nevera para conectar el microondas. Y que está se moviera cada vez que abrías la puerta. El wifi va muy lento. Son detalles. Nada más.

• Irina (7/5): comfy apartment not too far from the city centre - There are two spacious bedrooms and a kitchenette in the apartment. It's quiet, which is important for us. It's not central location so we used uber, but close to the rail station which was good for us since we came and left by train. The host is polite and welcoming. Easy check-in and check-out. it's inconvenient to have only one key when you travel in group.

The standard of the room we received really did not meet our expectations and also did not match the photo of the room. It was really just a place to sleep, but not somewhere you could truly feel comfortable. Our room was located directly on the ground floor, and on the first morning when we woke up, construction work was being carried out on the exterior wall right outside our room. This could have been scheduled at a time when no guests were staying in that room.

• Maria Elena (9/5): Amazing atmosphere, clean, big space and cute view. - The property it self is so antique and beautiful, the rooms are clan and big , just some stairs , that if you have a lot of luggage can be found hard to climb them. Is kept very clean and neat. And is very quiet and safe.

• Katrine (7/5): Fornuftig lejlighed - Hyggeligt autentisk sted, med omkirng 2 km gå afstand indtil centrum. Der var rent og pænt. Boede i loftlejlighed hvor der var et vindue som ikke kunne lukke, dette gav enormt meget trafikstøj. Der blev ikke skiftet håndklæder og redt seng dagligt som der ellers stod. Noget inventar kunne godt udskiftes, især stolene.
• Claudia (5/5): - Sí, alojamiento completo Tuvimos un incidente la última noche. Otros clientes intentaron abrir nuestra puerta y durante la noche estuvieron golpeando violentamente otra de las puertas; creando inseguridad y no pudiendo dormir en toda la noche.

• GRACE A. (9/5): - Fui con mi padres y nos gustó que estaba limpio, el host fue muy atento y respondió rápidamente a nuestras dudas. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas en el lugar lo cual nos ayudó un montón ya que nuestro tren salia por la tarde. La verdad era muy amplio, estaba muy acogedor, cerca de la estación de tren. Mas que todo detalles por ejemplo las tuberías hacian un ruido bastante incomodo en las mañanas y debiamos abrir las llaves como la del baño para que parara. Algunos utencilios de cocina como cuchillos máas grandes, mas cubiertos. Un colgador mas de toalla en el baño, percheros para no entrar con los abrigos mojados a la habitación ya que en nuestra estadia nos llovió. Pero son solo detalles.

• Datsenka (8/5): Повесить потолочный светильник, отрегулировать окна, положить коврик, убрать паутину - Отзывчивый персонал, хорошая постель, атмосферная мебель и фрески, вкусный кофе, отличный фен Отсутствие центрального освещения( точечные бра), окна плотно не закрывались, что еще более делало микроклимат в апартаментах не комфортный, учитывая что радиаторы отопления работали в переменном режиме. И я бы посоветовала подумать о ковровом покрытии, при вышеперечисленных условиях пол ледяной. На потолке паутина.

• DİLEK (10/5): - Merkeze çok yakın eski bir apartman. Evi bulmamız çok kolay oldu, Check-in çok rahattı. Odamız temiz ve sıcaktı. Mutfakta yeterli eşya vardı. Hareketli bir cadde üstünde olduğu için araç sesleri yatak odadındaydı.

• Victoria (7/5): - The room smelled like people has been smoking there for a long time. Like the smell is already penetrated so it’s a bit bad if you are a non smoker… other than that I think the room was alright and good to stay for a couple of days.
• Jannis (1/5): Wir kommen nicht wieder. - Das Apartment entsprach nicht den Bildern auf Booking. Es ist sehr heruntergekommen und an vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig, teilweise sogar gefährlich (Steckdosen). Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr rar und im ganzen ist alles sehr ungemütlich. Das Personal am Empfang war beim Check - in und die restliche Zeit über nicht besonders freundlich.
• Darko (10/5): - Nice place, exactly as expected, close to bus station, quiet neighborhood. You are not expected to live there, but for mid day rest and nights sleep it is perfect! Everything was fine, for my nexy time in Florenze I will again stay there.
• Dietmar (10/5): Sehr gut - Sehr nette Gastgeber. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Nette Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon - erinnert etwas an Kommissario Brunetti 😀 Wenige Meter neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein bewachter Parkplatz (24h 25€ PKw / 36€ Bus) Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Domplatz.

• Kristel (9/5): Great find - The bathroom was a good size and AC worked well (for reference, stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment). The location was also decent walking distance from the train station (maybe 15 minutes) and near bus stops for routes that went to the historic city center. Host was also very helpful upon check-in.

• Rosa (9/5): - Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza e i consigli di chi ci ha accolti ci hanno permesso di godere il soggiorno a Firenze. Ci ha fornito una piantina e indicato i luoghi da vedere consigliandoci le strade miglio ri da percorrere.
