- HANS (10/5): All good, would book it again if we are in Bangkok. - Nice big soft bed, excellent shower head , working excellent Air conditioner, no street noise as the building is not directly on the busy street front but about 50 meters back. Nice secure undercover parking for our car. All essential breakfast buffet, even little prepared pancakes, prepared fresh fruit, but although not sure how they want the customer to work the 2 coffee machines ! So, no coffee for me but orange juice instead ! Either prepared coffee or an explanation how the 2 machines work to make a coffee, preferably in Thai and English. Had to repair the toilet paper holder, it would have been only a job with a Plyer to tighten the nut, so I did it by hand, which was sufficient but should be done properly. The shower glasdoor was scraping on the bottom and was not be able to shut, which did not matter to spill water out to the floor outside, but it should be repaired ! Matenance is important too !

- ANDREI (8/5): Прекрасный отель со спорным расположением - Услужливый и воспитанный персонал, желающий помочь в любой ситуации. Чистые номера, как и отель в целом. Присутствует собственный паркинг для автомобилей. Есть охрана. Есть завтрак, хоть и не очень богатый (но для этой ценовой категории нормальный). Не понравилось размещение отеля. Часть номеров выходит окнами прямо на автозаправку (метров 10-20 от окон) и сервисную станцию автомобилей, то есть воздух при открытых окнах очень грязный и очень шумно. В самом номере сильный специфический запах, напоминающий впитавшийся запах никотина или каких-то иных впитавшихся запахов. С выключенным кондиционером этот запах неприятен, а с открытыми окнами шумно и сильный запах смога. Кондиционер в нашем номере стоял неудачно и дул в лицо, поэтому его приходилось выключать ночью. Сам отель хороший и прекрасный персонал, но мы бы предпочли, чтобы он находился в более зеленой зоне или дальше от трассы и автозаправки. Во всем остальном, отель стоит своих денег.

- Rod (10/5): - Wifi connectivity was extremely poor. Staff although very helpful could not resolve the issue. Even moving to another room fixed the problem. I needed up working in the Restaurant and foyer. It will definitely be a deal breaker for booking my future stays in Bangkok. Staff did their best but ultimately it's unlikely I will stay here again unless wifi can be guaranteed. I will be in Bangkok again 14 April 2026. Change my mind if you can?
