- Nikolay (2/5): - This condo was the worst stay we had at MB. Owners dont care about condition of the unit. Musty smell all over, all our stuff was damp after from the condos poor ventilation and performance of ac unit. People smoking on balconies, cant enjoy the stay at the beach.
- Bobbie (4/5): - I was not informed about breakfast. The "condo" is a standard room, not a condo, smh. It was infested with several different types of cockroaches. I do not plan to stay with Hosteva again. Seems they use 2 star hotels, call them condos, and place more accessories inside to impress you. Don't be misled. It's still a nasty 2 star!

- Erin (2/5): Will not be returning - The room was supposed to be for 8 people but our 7 people were very cramped. The Murphy bed and pull out sofa were awful looking with brown stains all over and dirt all over. We made due because we arrived late and were exhausted and only there 3 nights. The balconies were unusable most of the time because of the pot smell, vape smell or those dumpster diving. Our children couldnt even sit out there due to the strong pot smell. There was also the homeless man living on the walk way that seemed to be on drugs as we walked to the beach each day. Yesterday the couple in the room beside us fought from 2 p.m. - 12 a.m. Which included kicking the door so hard it shook our room, the male took a running start from the elevator to try to break the door down, slamming each other against the wall connected to our room, crying so loud we could hear the female when we were on the beach and then she proceeded to the beach screaming and crying and then into the alleyway. At one point, we couldn't leave our room because the lady was outside kicking the door and screaming to be let in. Our children were frightened all evening. We were woken up all night by their screaming and or crying. The beach and water were in awful shape because of the work they were doing on the pier. It made for merky waters and hard to walk on the beach with all the debris that was washing up.

- Tamara (10/5): - The setup was amazinggggg....will choose this location again when traveling back to myrtle beach. The access codes worked and parking passes where already available when arriving. The bed was soft and comfortable.

- Harold (6/5): - The room was really nice, but the floors felt like they haven’t been swept! Walking through the unit without shoes on was horrible! My feet would get covered in sand! I know it’s beside the beach, but I have stayed at Myrtle before and this is a first time experience for this! Also the living area needs to be when you walk in and the bedroom needs to be where the sliding door is. Layout was weird. Other than that it was a good stay!

- Daniil (2/5): - We didn’t like the room we got furniture was broken it was dirty and we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our room even the pool was dirty even though it was cleaned and the people cleaning the pool were very slow the pool was supposed to be cleaned by 10:00 but they only started cleaning the pool at 10:00 and people were smoking in their houses on the balcony even though it said no smoking we didn’t like our stay there and we won’t be coming back to the Boardwalk resort. We don’t recommend it

- Douglas (4/5): - The condo I booked was privately own with in the hotel which was unaware of because nothing tells you any of this until you arrive at the location.. which then the actual hotel people will not help you with anything they tell you contact your host which there was no way of getting a hold of the host no number or nothing … now on to the condo it was clean but a bit run down stove outdated and does not work.. no hot water tub pictures does not match the description on booking fridge shelves broke and cabinets tore up and old….now on to the hotel property there are no attendants anywhere to enforce outside people from swimming and kinda not safe for family’s every time you go out on balcony it reeks of smoke smell because no one enforces anything there

Also no house keeping for extended stays, we stayed 9 night and if you want clean towels you got to pay for it I have never stayed some where that doesn’t have house keeping threw out the stay. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL

Only downside was someone below us was smoking weed and we couldn’t take our grandchildren to the pool area due to people drinking and cussing a lot. Didn’t want them seeing all of that. They were sad they couldn’t swim in the pool area and couldn’t even let them on the balcony because it reeked of marijuana. So we had to take them to other areas to have a good time.
- Angela (2/5): Cucarachas y moho. - Cómo consumidor confiamos en estas aplicaciones pero pierden credibilidad al asociarse con entes q solo les importa el dinero q hacen por cada reserva. Horrible y como lo administran Decepcionante la limpieza. Por otro lado Insisten tanto en q se deje el cuarto a las 10 pero me lo entregaron a las 4:55. El colmo fue q después de recibir la primera encuesta, tratan de tapar semejante mal experiencia ganada con 100 dólares q nunca recibí, incluso habiéndoles mostrado pruebas de cucarachas y mala limpieza.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Families with kids and if you are disabled. - The room needed to be dusted, there was a diner chair that was wobbly and we had to put in closet so the kids wouldn't sit on it. It wasn't safe for kids and they were unable to provide cribs unless you paid 250.00. We had twins and needed 2 so it was difficult getting them to sleep. I was unable to get in the tub due to my disability.

- Jacqueline (10/5): Long Weekend Away - We like to take a long weekend at the beach before school gets out. The condo is on the fifth floor, looking directly down at the beach - gorgeous! It seemed well appointed, but we didn't cook or anything like that. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was really roomy for two people - bathroom each. Overall though, we had a great time.
- Larry (2/5): - There was a dirty pair of underwear in the bathroom when we arrived. There was sand in all of our beds when we arrived (hadn’t even been to the beach yet). There were dead cockroaches on the kitchen counter and in most of the kitchen cabinets. There was trash on the balcony when we arrived. Will absolutely not be staying here again in the future.

- Walter (6/5): - The view was excellent; pool was nice; good to be able to walk on the beach. Interior needed safety grab bars for the tub, a dustpan, broom replaced, stopper for sink. Condo was outdated; woodwork was dirty. Lots of towels, tho. Refrigerator does not work well; my salad was frozen.

- Alaina (10/5): - This property was clean and right on the beach. There was a nice pool. The indoor pool was under maintenance, but looks very nice if it were open. The walls are very thin, and our neighbors were very loud, but that is not the property's fault.
