• Annette (9/5): For the price the value was excellent and would stay their again. - The location was quiet and perfect for what we wanted. Looking over the rice fields was a great way to enjoy a meal. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful . We often requested more towels as we used the pool everyday but only bath towels supplied. They were happy to supply extras. Food was good at the complex and their restaurant down the road- same menu. The pizza place at the end of the lane was excellent-great pizzas. Would stay there again. Located in Ubud South it is about 1/2 hour drive to Ubud central. Nothing.

In de warung worden de lekkerste smoothies gemaakt en het eten is heerlijk. Toen onze zoon een beetje ziek was werden er tips gegeven, gemberthee gemaakt en gevraagd of ze een dokter moesten bellen. • Macháčková (10/5): - I had a really lovely stay here. The whole place has such a warm and peaceful atmosphere, and I felt very comfortable and safe the entire time. The garden is beautiful, and there’s even a waterfall nearby, which made it feel really special. The food was absolutely amazing — delicious meals with a stunning view. But what made the biggest difference was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely caring. It really felt like a place with heart. • Benjamin (10/5): - We traveled as a group of three friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although we initially planned to stay for only four nights, we loved Baliwid Villa so much that we decided to extend our visit by another two nights. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and the Warung offers a stunning view of the rice fields while you eat. A special thanks to the staff, who were all exceptionally friendly and attentive. Tiara, in particular, prepared amazing meals and was always happy to help us with any questions. Overall, we highly recommend Baliwid Villa and would definitely return if we visit Bali again!

Food was great and tasty as well as the variety of healthy juices. everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a waterfall just a few minutes walk away. All is great, the location is quite far from ubud town but with a scooter that's not an issue. Also grab and gojek apps work fine in the area.

• Domenico (10/5): - Incantevole struttura immersa nel verde, un po' fuori Ubud, a pochi passi da una cascata, con piscina; le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, ben arredate e con una certa attenzione alla lotta agli sprechi (bottiglie in vetro, boccione di acqua per fare refill delle nostre borracce). Personale gentile e disponibile, il ristorante serve buone colazioni e cene a prezzi ragionevoli (il centro di Ubud è abbastanza caro). Posto davvero incantevole, certamente raccomandato! Essendo un po' fuori mano, una volta lì non c'è nulla di raggiungibile a piedi nelle vicinanze, ma con le decine di taxi/grab in giro è facile spostarsi in giro per l'isola.

Really accommodating - added an extra bed for our 10 year old. Having to get taxi to Ubud centre. Rooms had very thin walls; unfortunately had neighbours at night watching TV until early hours. Nature of the villas setting meant rooster made a lot of noise in early hours and barking dog s but this wouldn’t deter me from staying again as it was in such a lovely peaceful setting.

• Sarah (9/5): Peaceful villa with friendly staff in Sumampan village - Lovely, peaceful villa in the sleepy village of Sumampan. Staff friendly and helpful, on-site pool medium sized, clean and relaxing. Open air shower and bath were a nice novelty. Warung based at villa good value for money, pretty good quality. Nearby waterfall beautiful site, but not the most safe for children. Overall quite clean and well kept, but quite dusty under beds. One of the double beds in our family villa had very old mattress and was quite uncomfortable. The other 2 beds were comfortable.

Stedet er fint til nogle enkle nætter og som udgangspunkt for ture i området. Lækker morgenmad, og meget venligt personale. Det tog ca 30 min i taxi til Ubud, og der er meget få restauranter i nærheden, så man er nødt til at køre rigtig meget i bil.

Big water falls only a 4 min walk, but a bit dangerous for the children to go it. . You couldn't just walk down the road to shops or different restaurants, but a lovely end to our stay in Bali.

• Lineke (10/5): Heerlijke rustige plek om Ubud en omgeving te verkennen - Een heel gezellige plek om te verblijven. Ruime kamer, fijne plek buiten om te chillen / zwemmen. Heel lekker ontbijt en goed restaurant! Ook leuk dat je zo naar de waterval kunt lopen.

Notre chambre familiale ,la seule j'imagine ,est excentrée, pas d'éclairage pour accéder à la chambre. La voisine habite au dessus, le plancher n'est pas isolé. Réveillés tôt le matin. • Charlotte Julia (6/5): Prachtige accommodatie en fantastische ligging, maar absoluut verbeterpunten. - Heel mooi complex met veel groen en een lekker zwembad in het midden. Een knus cafe erbij waar je goed terecht kunt vanaf het ontbijt tot aan het diner. Hele goede locatie in een leuke omgeving en op korte wandelafstand naar een mooie waterval. Matras van het grootste bed(familiekamer) was héél hard, wat wij erg oncomfortabel vonden. De gordijnen laten veel licht door en het personeel begint al rond 06:30/07:00 met de voorbereidingen in het cafe met zeer luide stemmen zonder rekening te houden met (slapende) gasten. Ook zat er een kat (bewust) onder een mand opgesloten die de hele nacht en ochtend heeft lopen schreeuwen, naast het raam van de kamer.

• Marina Granouillac (5/5): - La piscine qui était bien et le côté décor de cet hôtel était sympa, une belle vue pour le petit déjeuner et une waterfall à côté qui est d’ailleurs plutôt sympathique La nourriture n’était pas incroyable et la wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien… Un chien d’extérieur nous a réveillé la nuit il a pas arrêté d’aboyé Nous avons pas vu mais nous sommes quand même loin de Ubud, ce qui est dommage

• linto (10/5): - I had the experience of staying in this Villa on our Ubud trip. This Villa is beautiful near the edge of the paddy field and there is a waterfall nearby. The rooms are nice and tidy The attached outdoor toilet and shower was an experience. The in-house restaurant has enough choices of food for the family. Pool facing rooms with glass panels have a good vibe. You can even get your takeaway heated in the common kitchen. Overall this is a little gem of a place to experience Balinese life . ⛔

• Tena (9/5): - The whole area us beautifull, the pool is big enough and really clean. The terrace is amazing and just calls you to spend time there, with the beautifull views. Staff is nice and polite and ready to help whatever needed, they try to make your stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed. The only thing is that the rooms lack some air. Would be good if they put mosquito nets on back small back window, so the air can circulate.

Nada..algunos comentarios negativos de otros huéspedes decían que tenía mucho cloro la piscina, es cierto pero creo que sería imposible mantenerla tan limpia sin en esa cantidad de cloro ya que en ésta época, diciembre,llueve muy amenudo.

• Kim (10/5): Heaven in the Jungle - Baliwid is divine. From the gorgeous staff, to the beautiful room & outdoor bathroom, the food, the rice terrace backdrop & waterfall, the pool… it is a hidden gem and we absolutely adored our time there. I initially read reviews regarding bugs, lizards, the bathroom floor not drying as quick due to the open ceiling - but that was all part of the magic for us. The location is nicely tucked away from the business of Ubud, and you feel like you’re in your own world. It’s so easy to get a gojek, or the villa can organise a driver. None of our drivers had an issue accessing the villa, and we had XL cars. We ordered food and drinks constantly and it was no hassle for the crew, always delicious food at such low cost and with a smile. They treated our babies so kindly. We were sad to move on to our next location, Baliwid & the crew are a DREAM <3 Leaving :(
• Nina Nusada (9/5): - It's a perfect place to stay with your family and kids. Family room was large and just right in front of the pool. Kids were very happy and excited. Service was great, they made us feel like their families. Very recommended place! We enjoyed it! We might coming back! We liked everything. Only one thing spoiled our vacation. There were 1 over reacting guest who doesn't have any manner at all. He complained to us about the kids swimming at 7.30 and ruins his sleep during the breakfast time while the owner and staff of the villa didn't say or mention anything about not swimming in the morning. Staffs and owner even greated us politely and told us to enjoy. This was really bad experience for us. Even if he has any complaints, he should have not complaining to us straight. He should talk to the owner and let the owner solve the problem and let the owner talk to us. We would have much appreciated that way. Maybe he thinks we are local people and we pay less than him. We booked 2 rooms. 1 family room and 1 deluxe room. Besides, it's in the morning! And I know my kids. They were not that loud. He missed the villa concept. It's a villa for families where they can bring children. And also that day the sun was shining beautifuly with the sound of birds chirping and rooster. I woke up at 6.30am, I also heard from my room, a mother talking very loud to her kid and it was OK for me. I realized its not sound proofing room. And it was not really matter for me. He should have been so grateful it was not raining and enjoy his life more! If he wants silence, he should go to a place where there is no family room. Somewhere in the jungle or grave yard would've been really perfect for him. Such a miserable man..
