• Elston (4/5): It was what it it was. You get what you pay for. I wouldn’t normally stay here but it was Cheap - I was there for the Kentucky Derby and just needed a place to lay down and shower and that’s all this place provided. It was WAY LESS then any other hotel and it wasn’t far from the track The keycard NEVER worked. Instead of going to my room, I would go straight to the front desk office to get a new room key made so I could get in the room and sometimes it still didn’t work. 🐦‍⬛Pigeon had built a nest in the light right outside my door and were “Cooo Coooo ing” ALL night long

• Parfitt (7/5): Decent for the price and the cleaning lady is vey nice - Great cheapest spot available for the derby weekend, can get a little rowdy outside but never felt unsafe. It’s bare minimum, very few plug sockets, no microwave or fridge

• Gina (1/5): Atmosphere - First off I never got a room because you guys over booked so I was dropped off in the ghetto just to sit outside in a terrible atmosphere. Sat for 3 1/2 hours trying to find a room which cost me almost $700 for another ran down hotel

Then I got charged a fee even though I never stayed there due to no fault of my own. When I tried to call the hotel to get this fixed the person who answered after several attempts was rude and told me to contact booking.com. I'm still trying to get this resolved.

• MaynerdXx (9/5): Worth it - I read the reviews for this motel before I booked and they sounded pretty bleak but it was an affordable option not near as bad as what some of the reviews made it sound like it's not a terrible neighborhood it's not in a great neighborhood it's just a freaking neighborhood the staff was nice it wasn't loud the rooms are not very up to date but they weren't terrible I would stay there again The shower in our room was extremely small.... like comically small

• Dmitrii (2/5): - We stopped by for the duration of the festival. The price was overpriced by 2.5 times, there was no choice of room. There were 4 of us in two rooms. One room was equipped with a refrigerator, the second one was not, there were no microwaves. I asked for a microwave oven - they put it for the morning only. A friend asked for a refrigerator for three days, but they never got it. The windows don't close (there are cracks because of the skew) they smoke all the time and shout under your window, it's scary to go out and say something. There are always beggars on the territory. There are unpleasant smells from very old furniture in the room. The beds are not comfortable.

• Nelta (10/5): - This motel is far from fancy, but it was perfect for our needs. Convenient to the activities we came to Louisville to do. The rooms were large and roomy. The beds were comfortable and the price was right. It was hot and the air conditioning worked well. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Police were on site when we arrived, my daughter and I both had major panic attacks first night there, didn’t sleep at all. The trash is piles up for 3 weeks in back of building. The list goes on, the staff was pretty nice though considering everything they had to deal with. This property needs much rehabilitation.

Security "cleaned out" my room at 9pm off the clock. They refused deliveries they knew I needed so I could fix my truck! I didn't do shit!

• Stephany (9/5): Booking again in the future. Hopefully the same room. Definitely deserves a higher rate - How big and very clean my room were, staff mind their business and easy to get along with. They have a strong security which allows me to feel safe since I'm currently pregnant. They have a laundry room which is very convenient. Just the free bar a soap and less plug ins BUT these aren't the end of the world.
