• HEESEUNG (3/5): - 월미도 내에 있어서 아이를 데리고 뽀로로파크에 가기 좋았고 주차 공간이 많았던 부분은 좋았지만 그 외 다른 부분은 기대보다 전부 떨어져서 만족도가 떨어지는 호텔이었어요. 아쉬웠던 점 느낀대로 하나하나 다 얘기해볼게요. 엘리베이터 앞 나무 복도는 오래되었는지 삐걱대는 소리가 너무 컸으며, 국내외 다른 호텔들과 다르게 발 수건 얼굴 수건 구분 없이 한 종류로만 제공된 점이 위생적으로도 별로였어요. 직원 분들은 불친절하진 않았지만 그렇다고 서비스업에 맞는 부드럽고 편한 느낌과 서비스는 아니였네요. 겉에서 보이는 건물 외관과 숙소 규모 대비 전체적인 서비스와 시설 면에서 많이 떨어지는 편이였구요. 호텔이라기보다 호텔에 가까운 모텔 느낌을 느꼈네요. 결정적으로 숙박 요금에 관한 부분에서 '사기'를 당한 부분이 있었네요. 이 부분은 부킹닷컴측에 분명히 짚고 넘어갈 생각입니다. 해월관광호텔 마운틴 트윈룸에 어른2 아이1(만2세 현 30개월) 묵었습니다. 부킹닷컴으로 당시 예약 하였을 때 아이 나이를 만 2세로 정확하게 설정해서 예약하였고, 만 2세는 추가요금 없이 숙박이 가능하다는 안내를 예약 페이지에서 확인하였는데도 숙소에 도착했을 때 아이 1명에 대한 추가 요금 1만원을 징수하였습니다. 이에 대해 호텔측에 설명을 하니 만2세는 24개월까지라고 하면서 30개월 아기는 추가 요금을 내야 된다고 설명하였습니다. 분명히 추가 요금 없이 숙박이 가능하다고 안내 받아서 예약을 한건데 말장난처럼 아기 개월 수를 따지고 들면서 요금을 받아낸 상황에서 사기 당한 기분까지 들었습니다. 만 2세는 건 법적으로 공식적으로 24개월까지가 아니라 만 3세 생일 되기 전날까지를 만 2세라고 하는건데 호텔 측의 대응에 너무 실망하였고 생각한 요금보다 더 지불하게 되어 돈이 너무 아깝다는 생각이 들었네요. 당연히 가성비도 전혀 느낄 수 없었구요. 전체적으로 가격 대비 너무 실망하였고 형편이 없는 호텔이며 이 후기를 보며 많은 분들이 참고하셨으면 좋겠습니다.

• William (10/5): Would happily stay here again, for a short stay - We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, clean and we slept comfortably for the 2 nights we were there. Hot water, wifi and air conditioning all functioned properly. Based on negative comments others have left, I get the impression that they have remodeled some floors and others maybe not. We definitely stayed on a newly remodeled floor and of what we saw, its an excellent hotel for the price. Good value. The location was fun, especially for our 6 year old son. Its a boardwalk with carnival vibes, a Korean version of Coney Island. Lots of arcades and rides to enjoy. As well as a short taxi ride to either Incheon China town or Sinpo Market, both of which are worth visiting if time permits. The staff at this hotel doesn't speak much English but thats no problem for us, its preciely why we travel, to feel like we are somewhere else. So we enjoyed the experience of communicating with a translator application. And even without fully understanding them, they did a good job at making us feel welcomed. I recommend this hotel as a great option. For us, all good! We enjoyed a pleasant experience.

• Tjin (7/5): Good - Loved the room and how clean it was. Good localization and nice reception. The carpet from our floor was old and looked dirty in some parts and they didn't have any shower curtain so the bathroom would get wet everytime we would bath.
• Laura (8/5): Nice place for 18-hour flight transfer. - I had an 18-hour transfer and decided to stay in Incheon City instead of Seoul. That was the best decision ever. What I did was take bus No. 306 from the airport to Dongincheon. It takes around one hour from Incheon Airport. Important: the bus has free wifi on board, so rest assured, you won’t get lost! The Dongincheon area is worth walking. Freedom Park, Chinatown, and Cheongil Jogyeji Stairway are pretty worth visiting. Chinatown is near Incheon Station, so from there, you can take the bus No. 45 to Wolmido, where the hotel is. The hotel is near a walking beach area, so you don’t need to worry about getting something for dinner late. The night staff had limited English, so it wasn't easy to communicate with them. No breakfast or restaurant in the hotel. It’s a little bit far away from the airport, but if you have enough time, it’s worth it.

Island if we can say island it's small walkable, park is nice. Only not optimal is if you want to go to Incheon airport by public transport it takes around two hours to get there. And little problem I had with reservation, receptor didn't found my reservation so he said I should cancel my reservation and do again. But after 10 minutes he said he found it. It was just weird for me I made more then 40 reservations through this site and never had one problem but now one reservation was missing. But everything was fine at the end.

• Clare (7/5): Good - Staff were friendly and helpful Very close to the promenade and fairground The cafe was only open on Sundays so breakfast wasn't available other days The surrounding area was not as rural/ pretty as we expected.
• Woodmonk1980 (3/5): Won't stay at this place again - Location was great Rooms were quite sparse, and 1 room didn't even have a bed. slept on the futon. 1 room didn't even have working hot water, I had to go down to the reception to get them to fix it. Even the door lock stopped working.

• Lia (10/5): It’s perfect for a short visit. - No dining at the hotel. There is an option for breakfast, that includes egg, toast, lettuce, coffee. It’s posible to drink ,freely coffee machine. The staff are very friendly, helping with any question. The beds are comftable, clean linens . None.
• Reem (8/5): It was a good choice for me and we have a pleasant time, I would recommend it to families with kids and particularly wan - The staff was very friendly and helpful, they help us with everything and made our stay lovely. We are muslim so it was hard to find halal food near the property and they have been great help to us. Thank you. The location was wonderful the theme park and the sea next to you. also only few steps from the bus station where you can go outside Wolmido to other part of Incheon. The bed was little bit hard to sleep on, and there was no iron.
• Taehae (5/5): 4 adults and 2 toddlers stayed in a room with two kind beds and a sofa bed. We paid extra money for the toddlers yet no - the location poor customer service

• Dahlnym (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, 2 minutes from the beach promenade. The hotel was amazingly clean, well-equipped with a kettle and a fridge, a nice shower and a bathtub, generous amenities. The staffs were very friendly. We took a room with an ocean view and it was beautiful! I wish that their own cafe was opened. They would open upon request but we stayed during the week and the hotel was quiet empty and we didn't want to bother them for one coffee. There is a convenience store next door but they don't have proper coffee, the cafés near by open at 10am in the morning during the week. Yes, I'm obviously a caffeine addict and wake up early even during vacation. If you are going there are for fun nights with friends at the beach and sleeping in the morning you wouldn't have any problem.
• Young-hee (8/5): if you plan to do more activities in the area, it’s very convenient, for us, since it was just an overnight stay before - it was close to many restaurants and the Wolmido amusement park and seaside so it was nice to walk around after dinner it was a bit of a distance to get to from the airport especially around the time we were arriving and traffic was very heavy
• 흥주 (10/5): 20개월 아기랑 여행 - 온돌방은 아기랑 있기 아주 좋음. 단 에어컨 바람이 바로 오기 때문에 무풍 기능이 있지만 조금 불편함. 욕조도 좋음 화장실 깨끗함.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 잘 이용하였습니다. - 직원분들도 친절하시고 숙소도 깨끗합니다. 편안하게 잘 쉬었어요. 욕조쪽이랑 세면대쪽은 더운 물이 나오지만 샤워부스쪽은 더운 물이 나오지 않았던 점은 아쉬웠습니다.
• Jinmin (10/5): - 전반적으로 편리하고 깨끗하여서 좋았지만 조금 아쉬운점은 룸 내부에 로션과 스킨이 없어서 조금 아쉬웠었습니다.
• Joonkoo (2/5): - 주말 주차장 장사를 하기 위해 호텔 주차장을 사용하려면 돈을 내라고 하고 그러기 싫으면 도로에 세우라고 강요하였음. 가족과 함께라서 어쩔 수 없이 받아들였지만 이래서 역시 관광호텔은 피해야되는거구나 느꼈음
