Bonolo (4/5): Disappointing experience, the place can be cleaner and more professionally run. - The communal kitchen is big and have most basic appliances, cutlery and crockery Too many steps (not user friendly for people with limited mobility) There was an irritating sound from our room (not sure what it was, could be from an air-conditioning unit of one apartment ) The checking in. We had to wait for a long time. The manager had left and the staff did not have our reservation. They had to call several times and the phone went unanswered. There is no warm blanket or heater in the room. No plugs near the bed or bedside lamps. You have to plug your phone near the fridge or next to a randomly placed couch that needs serious cleaning. No toilet paper holder. No hand soap There were cockroaches in the kitchen

Nozinyanga (1/5): Horrible place - I had a terrible experience at this guest house and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the property was not being maintained. Hygiene & Pests: The first room had a horrible smell, and I found stains on the white sheets. To make matters worse, as I was getting into bed, I saw a cockroach. Second Room Issues: After I complained, they moved me to a second room, but it wasn't any better. It also had a foul odor, and I discovered bed bugs on the bed. Amenities: The couch was dirty and extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work at all throughout my stay, which was very inconvenient. I couldn’t sleep at all and found the entire environment to be unsanitary. I definitely will not be coming back. I didn't like anything at all.

The place is full of cockroaches ,even inside the fridge,worst i've ever seen in my life . Installation of aircon could help ,the fan didn't make much of a difference . Provided one towel. Toilet paper quality was cheapest single ply see through. Toilet did not flush well ,had to open the top to flush Wardrobe looks like it's going to fall apart . The sliding doors and heavy curtains have to open for air which means everyone looks into your room. Fans are pathetic. Communal kitchen/ TV room constantly in use by staff. Feels like a brothel or a workers hostel. People shouting across spaces and peering into your room. Car parking is jammed, cars in front/behind/next-to. Battled to get luggage in/out. Guests have no remotes etc so are dependent on a 'guy' that you have to find which added to the sense of imprisonment. We booked as a family 2 adults 2 young teens but rooms were separated by a dirty public courtyard and felt unsafe so we had to split so each child had an adult. If the price was halved it would still have been bad but I wouldn't have complained. I was expecting decent. We got scary, uncomfortable, no rest.

Sandra (4/5): Nie wieder - Der Ort war sehr schön und vor allem sicher. Bilder sagen viel, mehr Schein als Sein. Am Abend war laute Musik. Türen und Fenster waren nicht dicht, daher war es sehr kalt. Waschbeckenarmaturen waren undicht, daher war bei Benutzung der Boden nass. Bettwäsche war schmutzig und ein paar Sachen waren verschwunden.
