- elaine (2/5): For the cost it was very poor value - The pool was ok Poor aircon. Room smells of bleach. Only sheets on bed, extra blankets smelled unpleasant. A tenant serviced their car outside bedroom window and oil was smelled all night so could not open windows. Screen door didn’t lock so could no air out the room whilst away.

- Derek (9/5): - This appartment meet our expectations. It was in a queit loaction, but shopping centres and also main roads were not far away. All the facilities were as described. As this is a gated community, it was disconcerting that the reception was not located at the entracnce to the complex and when we found it, it was closed as it was a late arrival after 5pm. we made it clear on the booking.com website. It is a pitty that arrival instructions were not given us upon making the booking. A notice on the doodr told us to phone a telephone number and the we were given a code for the key box. In the key bax we found an envelope with our keys and instructions which of the 3 gates to use and location of the appartment. We visited the reception next day and from there on everyting was very good.

- Chioniso (5/5): Good, minus the dirty smelly blankets - Spacious It was really a cold night, beds made with only a thin bed sheet to cover oneself in such low temperatures. The blankets in the closet were smelly and uncomfortable.

- John (7/5): Facilities were good but lack of free wifi and access to food shops a disadvantage - There wasn't any shops within a reasonable walk and driving is difficult as freeway and train line divides accessibility Location remote from any shops. Address was confusing and entry was difficult to find. No clearly marked parking near reception when attending reception. Having to pay for WIFI in this day and age seems unreasonable - $15 per day so $30 for overnight stay.

- Cristi Travel (7/5): Could be great, with a little attention - Resort style property, with permanent residents and others offering accommodation here. Our room had a great view over the pool and yard. Large size rooms. Had a nice lizard on the ceiling in our bedroom. This place is located far from everything in Cairns and around. We had to fight for the remote controllers for the AC units, they stated we cannot use the units in all rooms at the same time because they will break. Didn't have towels, they blamed this on the cleaning service who was late for two days. There is no elevator, so we had to climb our luggage on the stairs to the third floor.

Pool amazing We did get a complaint from the person on the floor below to stop walking around our apartment one night as they could hear our footsteps …bit hard for a family of 4 with 3 of them males over 6 foot tall to tread lightly!

- Natalie (10/5): We absolutely loved it here. Will recommend and we will be back - We absolutely loved our apartment, it was the perfect size for our family. The beds were comfy,the aircon was cold. Having a washing machine & dryer made my life so much easier. The grounds were also beautiful. Neighbours placed their rubbish bags near our front door for 3 days.

Arrived to check in at 2.30pm and was told nobody was onside until 4.30pm to allow us to check in. Called again at 4pm and was given the code to the lockbox out by reception. Would have appreciated the code at 2.30pm as it was there waiting for us. I appreciate if a room isnt ready for early check in then you must wait but it seemed unnecessary pedantic to let us wait outside in the sun an hour and a half until closer to the check in time to allow us gain entry.

- Steve M (8/5): Great spot and will definitely come back. Loved it. - Great spot with great facilities.Excellent pool area and close to sports grounds where my children were participating. Will definitely be back . Parked in a car park and someone put a typed message on my windscreen telling me not to park there and to park outside. I moved one spot over and no one parked in the spot where I got the note. Some miserable person that needs to get a life. Dont blame the hotel in any way. There was plenty of parking everywhere.

- Rachel (8/5): - Great place to stay as it had full size kitchen, washing dryer two bathrooms and my bed was comfortable. However the stairs let me down as we had a room on the top floor. Also the car park was very hard to get in and out as parking space was tight.

There was no wifi included and you couldn’t connect your phone to the tv to watch anything so that was a downside. Also feel there should be more condiments like baking paper.

Cleaning could improve especially in the bathrooms, the showers needed more careful scrubbing. 15 min drive from the city centre so you need a car for daily commute. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

- Lee (1/5): Expensive Fiasco ... sadly - Staff are good.. clearly the management are idiots or rouges or both. The after hours services are directed to Port Douglas operations. I gave them a chance to address matter... not a word. Word of advice check in before 6pm otherwise you will be looking for a another place to stay... after having paid to stay there... nuts I know Expensive Fiasco: The after ours service did not work. Had to find accommodation elsewhere read no compensation despite extensive email to management explaining their error. Things go wrong these guys dont care at all
- Melissa (5/5): Our stay in the apartment is ok, should be better service. - The apartment is very spacious for 3 families. We stayed for seven days, and during that entire time, our towels were never changed, nor was there any room service to tidy up. When we asked for fresh bath and beach towels, we were told there were no spares and that we should use the in-room washing machine and dryer. It defeats the purpose of a holiday if we're doing laundry. To add to that, the bathroom was unclean and moldy.

Bathrooms were a good size and beds very comfy with a good selection of pillows to find the perfect one. Shower had low water pressure, small shower head and hard to get hot water. 'Free Wifi' is incorrect. There is a $15 charge. Hard to get a response to questions sent prior to check-in.

- Rebecca (8/5): - We have just arrived home from staying at this property for our family holiday. We are a family of 5 and stayed for 6 nights. We arrived late out of hours, but I contacted the property and let them know just a few hours in advance, and they organised this for us easily. When we got into our apartment it was beautifully presented clean and huge. It was three bedrooms so plenty of space for the teenagers. It had everything we needed as a family (washing machine, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body moisturiser, hairdryer etc). You really dont need to bring any of these. The grounds and pools are amazing although the spar pool wasnt hot (didnt go in anyway). Gym was nice but didnt use as too busy exploring. The apartment had internet for a small fee and tv. It is a little away from Cairns around 10 min drive (you need a car) but we liked this as it was quiet and Cairns was loud and busy so being out of the city suited us. It was close to the supermarket and small mall with some fast food joints around 5 mins drive away. The reception staff were outstanding. Always so polite and friendly and giving the best advice for places to visit. If we ever go back to Cairns, we will definitely stay here again.

Instructions are not really clear in the dark and the concepts of Gates 1, 2 ,3 and 4 don't really make sense in the dark and the intercom system is nearly useless at midnight. A car is essential due to location. Wi-Fi is NOT free.

It was very quiet and calming place, the beautiful lipstick palms and gardens were lovely even had the joy of seeing a family of kookaburras and the beautiful blue monarch butterflies. The apartment had everything we need and was very spacious and furnished well, we were located on the second floor(via stairs)with a pool view. The apartment could do with some little touch ups but it was clean, it would also benefit with aircon upgrade also a fan on the balcony would be great. The complimentary pryia products were amazing. I would definitely be happy to stay there again. Thank you..

The pools were beautiful, and the lush, green grounds added to the relaxing atmosphere. Check-in staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. While the bathrooms were a bit dated, it didn’t impact our experience at all. Would we stay here again? Absolutely—100%!

- Amy (8/5): Very good - Spacious and comfortable apartment which allowed our whole family to stay together. Nice resort with good facilities, lovely pool. Location was good for our needs, but if you don't have a car or aren't familiar with Cairns location isn't ideal as it isn't located in the city or within walking distance of any shops Bathrooms need to be cleaned better, there was a lot of grime around the base of the shower. No lifts available, 4 flights of stairs to get to the room.
