- Verified traveler (10/5): - デラックスルームに泊まりました。 旅の最後の宿だったので、荷物を整頓する必要があり、スーツケースを広げても十分なスペースで快適でした。 温泉は源泉掛け流しでないのが残念だけど、良いお湯でした。宿泊客は24時まで利用できて何度も湯に浸かれるし、宿泊したのが平日だったせいか人も少なくてストレスがなく、洗い場が1つ1つ区切られているのも良かったです。 晩ご飯はレストランで食べました。 値段も味も満足度が高く、朝ごはんも思ったよりいろいろあって、また泊まりたいと思った宿でした。 残念だったのが2点。 販売コーナーと食事は部屋付で支払るとのことで、夜に晩の食事と買い物はそれでできたのだけど、朝ごはんの時にぶどうジュースを購入しようとしたら、何故か部屋付にできないと言われてしまい購入出来ませんでした。 結局そのままチェックアウトして購入するタイミングを失ったまま千歳空港に行き、同じ物が売ってないかけっこう探したけど見つからなくて、そのまま帰路につきました。 あと、チェックアウト後に正面玄関から駐車場に移動の際、吹雪いていたので建物沿いに歩いていたら、配管蓋のへこみに足を取られて捻挫しました。 痛くてしばらく動けないほどでした。 捻挫する前までぶどうジュースを買い直すことは覚えてたのだけど、捻挫のショックで痛いやら、買い忘れるやらで残念でした。 吹雪いていると建物沿いに歩いてしまいがちなので、同じように足を取られて転ぶ人が出ないように願います。 当方、沖縄より10年ぶりの帰郷で、捻挫した状態での長いフライトは怖かったですし、ぶどうジュースも次回までお預けで、それだけ心残りです。

- Verified traveler (8/5): Odd housekeeping - On the Saturday, we left the room just after 1pm to go to lunch, turning the sign on the door to Clean Up Please, and leaving the key cards at the front desk. When we came back two hours later, the Clean Up Please sign was still showing on our door and there was a basket of towels etc near the door. There was someone in the linen closet near the lift. We were confused: were they about to do the room? Why had it not been done while we were away? - surely one of the reasons for handing in the key cards. After half an hour, I checked the hotel information folder which said that housekeeping hours were 10am to 2pm so I deduced we would not be getting the room serviced that day (but we had left the hotel well before 2pm).
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I had a really relaxing experience for the hotspring in the hotel. Located next to Aeon for dining and shopping. A bargain choice for staying a night, before heading Furano. Room is clean and comfortable. Excellent!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - お盆休みで宿が取りにくいこともあり、旅籠の宿は取れず、ホテルになりました。部屋は清潔でしたが、カーペットのシミ汚れは目立ちました。夕飯が旅籠泊まりしか予約取れないため、温泉の食堂と思いましたが、イベントの食べ放題しかなく、高齢者には不向きで、夕飯難民になり、イオンで食べることになってしまい残念でした。 温泉は、ホテルから離れていた為、母の移動に車椅子を借りることが出来たので助かりました。温泉は、洗い場も多く、ゆっくり入ることができました。 道の駅が目の前で、帰りに新鮮な野菜を購入でき、三笠のスイカがとても美味しかったので、良かったです。

- Hyewon (10/5): 꼭 다시 오고 싶은 호텔입니다 - 최고입니다. 렌트카 여행중이라면 비싼 돈 주고 삿포로 시내에서 묵을 필요없이 이곳을 추천합니다. 대욕장 및 각종 시설의 청결 좋았고요. 바로 옆이 대형마트입니다. 호텔도 신축이며 집기도 새것입니다. 호텔내에 저녁식사 메뉴가 다양하고 가격도 합리적입니다. 직원분들이 너무너무 친절하세요. 체크인 시 일본어가 능숙하지 못한 것을 알고 천천히 쉬운단어로 영어를 섞어서 몇번이고 설명해주셨습니다. 너무 감사드려요!! 유일한 단점이라면 제가 좀 예민한 편이고 온풍기가 소리가 큰편이라서 작동할때마다 잠에서 깼습니다. 차라리 자기전에 강풍으로 작동시켜, 방온도를 고온으로 만들어 두고 에어컨디셔너는 끄고 주무시는게 좋을 것 같아요.

- Verified traveler (10/5): とても快適でした。 - 部屋は清潔で居心地が良く、スタッフの対応も良くて快適な滞在でした。滞在には直接関係はありませんが、浴室までの通路に別館の客室入り口が面しておりましたが、その通路面が木製のようで思いの外足音が響き子供を走らせないように通行に気を使いました。

- YUNG MING (10/5): 非常棒的體驗！ - 1.非熱門地點，故遊客不多。 2.飯店內的溫泉很棒，尤其是露天溫泉，下著大雪時泡湯，著實為人間一大享受。 3.地廣人稀，附近的雪景非常漂亮。 4.對街就是AEON，裡面有丸龜製麵等幾家熱食販賣，吃喝不煩惱。 5.飯店離往札幌的巴士站約30分鐘路程，拖著行李在雪地中行走，還頗累人的。

- Geoffrey (10/5): Nice overnight stay - Good size room in what appears to be a fairly new hotel. Breakfast in an adjoining restaurant was excellent with a lot of variety both Japanese and western. Only a fairly short drive on the expressway to central Sapporo. Overall good value.
- KAORU (8/5): 良かったです。 - 温泉とても楽しみました。ただ、岩盤浴に入りたかったのですが、専用のタオルを借りれることが分からず、岩盤浴を諦めました。できることならば、最初に案内して頂けると良かったなと思います。

- FUGAN (10/5): 太古の温泉が最高 - ホテルと客室は新しく大変清潔です。特に太古の温泉が最高でした。 唯一残念だったのが地震による停電で朝食が提供されなかったことですが、自然災害なので、仕方がありません。 また泊まりたいです。
