"We spent 5 wonderful days at Villa Rosalia and it was the highlight of our trip to Halki. The location is perfect; just two streets above the main market area, making it very accessible yet quiet. The view from the house is stunning, overlooking the entire harbor and the beautiful surroundings. ​Georgios was an exceptionally attentive and helpful host. He arranged for someone to assist us with our luggage upon arrival, which was a great relief. Another highlight was the service from the nearby market; they delivered our shopping bags right to our doorstep! If you are looking for a place where you can feel at home while enjoying the best views of the island, Villa Rosalia is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Everything was spotless, and we had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and two balconies with sea views. The owners were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We hope to be back one day. We loved everything!

• sonsin (10/5): So ein schöner Ort - so ein schöner Platz: das Haus Rosalia! - Die Insel Chalki ist ein bis heute erhalten gebliebener Traum vom "alten" Griechenland. Vor allem dann, wenn man einige Nächte hier verbringt offenbart sich am frühen Morgen oder in der abendlichen Dämmerung der ganz besondere Zauber des Lichtes und der Ruhe der nahezu autofreien Insel. Die Unterkunft Rosalia ist eine perfekte Unterkunft, um sich diesem Zauber hinzugeben. Vermietet werden zwei Apartments in dem recht großen Haus: Wir waren in der großen Wohnung untergebracht - hier finden bis zu vier Personen reichlich Platz. Die Wohnung geht über zwei Stockwerke: in jedem Stockwerk gibt es eine große Terrasse mit Esstisch & Stühlen. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man ein herrlichen Blick über den Ort., hier kann man stundenlang über die Stadt und die Bucht schauen und die Zeit vorbeiziehen lassen. Die untere Terrasse eignet sich gut zum draußen-essen. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist originell und hübsch, Die Küche und die beiden kleinen Bäder sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach hält alles schön kühl. Auch bei großer Hitze ist es im Haus aufgrund der dicken Steinwände immer angenehm temperiert. Wie kommt man ins Haus? Sehr komfortabel: Man wird am Hafen abgeholt und zum Haus begleitet. Schade ist, dass in der Küchenausstattung einige Utensilien fehlen wie Bretter, eine größere Pfanne oder Kochlöffel. Geschirr ist aber dafür jede Menge vorhanden! Eine Waschmaschine wäre auch noch fein - vermutlich gibt es die in der "unteren" Wohnung?
• Jürgen (10/5): Traumhaftes Apartment mit fantastischem Ausblick! - Das war der beste Aufenthalt welchen ich jemals über Booking.com gebucht habe! 10 Punkte sind eigentlich zu wenig. Ich habe ein kostenloses Upgrade auf das größere Apartment ( 2 Balkone, 1 Terrasse, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder... ) bekommen und konnte unkompliziert 1 Tag länger als ursprünglich geplant bleiben. Auch das Gepäck wurde vom Hafen bis zur Unterkunft gebracht. Der Gastgeber ist einfach zu erreichen und unglaublich nett und entgegenkommend. Auch die gesamte Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich bin im nächsten Jahr bestimmt wieder an diesem Ort! Nichts!
• Peter (6/5): - Great location and sea view We would emphasise to future guests that the apartment is very different from the villa above. It’s very small and comfortably sleeps one to two people maximum. Also not great for those with any accessibility requirements.

Biz anne kiz Yunan adalarini geziyoruz. Evden de, muhteşem ada Halki'den de ayrılmak istemedik. Yine geliriz inşallah. Çok yaşlı ya da engelliler için uyarı az da olsa merdiven tirmaniyorsunuz.

• Ioannis (10/5): - Παραδοσιακό σπίτι, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, προσεγμένο, καθαρό, με ο,τι χρειάζεται κανείς. Ιδιοκτήτης εξυπηρετικος και πρόθυμος με ο,τι χρειάστηκαμε παρ' όλο που μείναμε για μια μόνο ημέρα. Φρόντισε ακόμη και την μεταφορά των αποσκευών μας στο κατάλυμα, κάτι που είναι πολύ σημαντικό στον Νημποριο, όπου δεν είναι δυνατή η πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο στο μεγαλύτερο τμήμα του. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.
• Ciara (10/5): - Beautiful view of the bay and the town, very close to the water by walking. Supermarket very close by (realistically though everything is close by it’s a very small island) I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues as the property is reached via stairs Nothing :)

• Hatice (8/5): Bir daha gelsem aynı yeri tercih ederim - Tesis meydana çok yakın. Sadece biraz merdiven var ama zorlamıyor. Chalkinin zaten merdivenlerden kurulu bir yer olduğunu gezerken anladık ve evin bu konumda olmasını çok sevdik.Ev sahibi gayet ilgiliydi ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey için bize yardımcı oldu. Alt kat biraz karanlık gündüz de ışık yaktık. Fakat evde çok vakit geçirmediğimiz için bu çok rahatsız edici bir durum olmadı. Ayrıca duş perdesi artık kullanmadığımız için kullanmakta zorluk çektik. Bunun dışında rahatsız eden bir şey yoktu.

The main bedroom was accessed by rather steep stair case We used the smaller bed in the lounge which was on the same level as the bathroom.

• Tracey (10/5): Gorgeous accommodation on a gorgeous island. - Brilliant location close to the port and a 10 minute walk to Pontamos Beach. We LOVED the 2 bedroom apartment, especially the views from the upper balcony (great for watching the sunrise). The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable and the air conditioning is very welcome. Georgios was very accommodating and helpful. We would highly recommend Villa Rosalia. The showers are a little tight on space but that's only a minor inconvenience.

• Thanasis (10/5): Top Stay , on the picturesque island of Chalki !! - The view is by far one of the most amazing on the island, offering a full picture of the beautiful port of Chalki. We arrived by boat to Chalki on Friday morning (10:30). Although check-in time was 14:00, our host already waited for us in the port and assisted us with our luggage. After taking a short walk we found ourselves in the villa. On the ground level, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious three-couch living room with individual air conditioning. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, both with individual air conditioning, a small balcony with two chairs and a large terrace capable of hosting up to 8 guests. Rosalia has 2 bathrooms, one for each floor, making it an ideal place for even two couples, or a large family. Comfort on the maximus level. We will return.

• Romina (10/5): Paradise on earth - We had a fabulous stay in Chalki. We were met at the port to help with our luggage. (Arrival and departure). We were given a free upgrade from the host which made our stay more magical. The view from the terraces offer magnificent sights of Chalki. The villa was so lovely, everything exceeded our expectations. Wish we could stay more! Everything was perfect!

Nice quiet location. Georgios the host was really great - kept checking if we needed anything and arranged everything beautifully for us. We have been to Halki a number of times and would be happy to stay here again There was nothing we didn't like - I was aware we had booked the apartment with the small balcony - there is a view from the balcony which is fine but maybe not as much of a view as from the upper floor. The only other thing is to be aware the steps up from the harbour are quite steep - but once you find your way there are other routes up from the village which are an easier walk

Welcomed and accompanied (transport of our luggage) to the villa where everything is available, impeccable spotless and equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The rental manager Georgios is always available and was so nice to give us this upgrade for the villa. The view from the 2 terraces could not be more breathtaking, paradise on earth. Close to everything, supermarkets and restaurants all as good as each other. • Angeliki (10/5): Exceptional - The house was amazing, very well situated and having two terraces with the most spectacular view of the bay and the sea. It was very peacedful.to sit and gaze the blue and listen to the sound of the sea. The rooms were very comfortable the kitchen super equipped and the internet super. Georfe has been an amazing host offering us an upgrade to the upper floor with the view, was always available.to reach and very willing and helpful.to provide us with all info requested. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return to it.

• Byron (7/5): Amazing island superb host - the kind and helpful host who kindly let us occupy the Vila when not in use. he organised a taxi for our onward journey and phoned most days to see if there was anything else we required our gratitude you couldn’t have done more you show above a balcony this belongs to the VILLA NOT THE APARTMENT hence my disappointment when I realised there wasn’t an outside area with a view just a tiny balcony overlooking spare ground. most people like me who look at Rosalina apartment picture on booking.com see the picture displayed but I reiterate THE BALCONY BELONGS TO THE VILLA NOT THE APARTMENT

• Alexander (10/5): A Beautiful Grecian holiday home, overlooking a magical quiet harbour at all hours of the day, very near to the ferry an - Rosalia Apartments overlooks the magical harbour in the beautiful island of Halki. It is a stunning place and a beautiful homely apartment perfect for a family and married couples or a group of respectable friends, with multiple bedrooms and various balconies it feels like being home in a mellow Grecian island. The view of the harbour at night from the terrace is magical, the charming interiors and stone walls of the property feel authentic but with modern comforts such as good air conditioning, comfortable beds and good wifi. Giorgios the host was very welcoming and helpful and catered around our ferry arrangements, he was very flexible and hospitable.
