• Aurelio (8/5): Uma ótima opção para quem vai conhecer as Cinque Terres (e La Spezia) - A acomodação fica num bonito edifício antigo em frente a uma praça, num 2º andar, bem no centro antigo de La Spezia, numa avenida bem bonita da cidade. Por perto tem local pra café da manhã, frutarias, padarias e algum comércio que funciona à noite. Está a 3 quadras da estação de trens. Na rua tem estacionamento por Parquímetro (das 8h às 20h você paga, à noite é livre). Como fica perto da estação, lá também tem estacionamento (para o caso de não encontrar vagas na rua), que cobra pelas 24 horas. A anfitriã foi nos receber, e explicou tudo o precisávamos saber. 2 dias antes ela já passa (por WhatsApp) os códigos e as explicações pra acesso ao prédio. Quarto grande com uma mini-cozinha. Apesar de estar de frente para a avenida, existe um bom isolamento acústico no quarto. Tem TV, split e aquecedor. Banheiro com bom espaço e amenidades. Tudo limpinho e cheiroso. Como chegamos à noite, e como a acomodação está situada numa avenida do centro da cidade, à primeira vista o local parecia meio estranho, mas na realidade é bem seguro. A mobilia está precisando de uma atualização (mas não que esteja ruim, mas só pra ir pensando no assunto). Faltou uma barra de apoio dentro do box (na verdade não vi as barras em nenhum dos banheiros que ficamos dessa vez). Na nossa estadia, o box estava entupindo.

A hospedagem não oferece café mas bem perto há lugar , pasticeria Silvana, muito bom. A estação é bem perto e fácil de chegar. Se for visitar conque terre. La Spezia tambem é bem interessante, vale conhecer. O prédio tem elevador desde o térreo, o que ajuda p quem está com malas. Nada a reclamar. Não tem reclamação
• John (8/5): Was convenient and room was nice - The apartment had several locked doors that we had to go through which made it very safe. It was a short walk to the train station and there was a bakery literally across the atreet The neighborhood was a little sketchy. There is a park across street that you had to walk through that after 7 had a lot older men kind of sitting around drinking. It was not bad, just not have seen that in Italy. Reminded me more of a USA city but of course without the drug addicts and homeless.

• Andrea (10/5): Really nice and comfy apartment - Great apartment, really beautiful, clean and comfy. The bed was really comfortable. At first we were worried about the noise coming from the piazza in front of the building, but the windows blocked out the noise surprisingly well so it was really quiet and we could sleep very well. The location is also great, just a few minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale train station, which is great if you want to visit the towns of Cinque Terre. I would definitely recommend staying here.

• Kathleen (10/5): - This is an exceptional place. Extremely modern and clean and very close to the train station. The area is okay but kind of noisy. Luckily the superior windows blocked out the noise. The owners are accommodating as they do not live on the property. Communication with them was great. Would highly recommend.

• Nola (10/5): - The photos for this property don't do it justice! A really, really great place to stay in La Spezia. It's located in a very convenient area (~5min to the train station) which made it easy to travel around the area to Cinque Terre, but also only ~10-15min to get to the old town area and walk around. Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby as well. And Maria, the host, was absolutely fantastic and so sweet. My friend accidentally left his airpods after we checked out, and she even shipped them to him which was the nicest. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to come back to La Spezia and stay here again!

Easy access arranged by owner via WhatsApp . Fab Italian restaurant around the corner - 2 mins walk Bella Napoli . Delicious food at great price .
• Chuc (9/5): Good location - The location is good, near La Spezia station and the food street Via del Prione. We can still visit Cinque Terre villages during the night. The host communicates in advance so we can have information to get to the room. If you find a room in La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre, I would definitely recommend this.

Ausstattung: Doppelbett, Nachtisch, 2 Stühle ,…Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Spender mit Seife/ Shampoo; sehr sauber und farblich schön abgestimmt ( unser Zimmer: blau, Blick auf die Straße, Schall-isolieres Fenster) High Speed WIFI, sehr leise Aircondition; Parkplätze auf der Straße vorhanden, am Besten EASY Park-App vorab installieren! Parkgebühr MO-SA 8.30-20.30 0,75ct/h. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Cinque Terre Besichtig/-Wanderung-( …hier bitte unbedingt die Cinque Terre Website zu Sperrungen beachten und vorgeschriebenes Schuhwerk einpacken!)

I will say the cups they provide for the tea disintegrate before you can finish your hot beverage so they might want to get some different cups or bring your own. The room was very clean and cozy to stay. I liked everything and it was a perfect place. The only thing that needs to improve is the soundproof window. It was not too noisy, but we could hear some blare outside in the night.

• Ieva (6/5): While the host and the apartment are lovely, the apartment is extremely noisy at night. - The host is very nice and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy. Only a short walk away from the city centre. Unfortunately, the area and the building in which the apartment is meant we got hardly any sleep during the four nights we were there. The room faces a square which gets extremely noisy and rowdy at night. However, the outside noise wasn't the worst. At least on two of the nights between 2-3pm there was an extreme amount of banging noise that seemed to be coming from the apartment above the room. When I say extreme, I mean EXTREME noise. Impossible to sleep with. It's also quite uncomfortable coming back to the building after dark because there are very dodgy people hanging out in the street and we didn't feel safe even at only 10pm.

The room was comfortable, well equipped and very useful for the station. The piazza outside was noisy and we were kept awake for some of the night with music and shouting....if you're looking to get up early to hike then pack your ear plugs!
