• Lesley (8/5): - Great location near Akandia Gate in the Old Town, close to restaurants and the main commercial port. We had clear instructions for self-checkin, which was fine, although it may be awkward finding the property, especially late at night, because of the tiny back streets. Local people were very helpful though! We found the bed very comfortable and the apartment was roomy, shady (decor brown old style, rather than bright), clean and well equipped with basic cooking stuff – great for breakfast in sun or shade on the terrace. Also good wifi and instructions for heating water if needed. Excellent value for money. Would stay again.

• Eylül (8/5): - It’s a perfect location in oldtown. We love it. It’s perfect for two nights. It’s an old building and stairs are quite difficult to step in. Toilet door is too small and I hit my head 5 times.

• Simon (7/5): Vanuit het appartement stap je in een geweldig mooie en gezellige, oude wereld! - De ligging was echt fantastisch! Je liep vanuit het appartement zo de oude binnenstad en dus de ruïnes in! Het bed was wel lang genoeg, maar lag niet lekker. De vering drukte door de matras heen. De douche was erg laag en klein. Ik paste met 1.80 net over de douchekop, mijn man met zijn 1.96 dus niet.
• Miroslav (7/5): An old house in the Old Town. You get what you expect. Much better than a hotel room! - The location is very good if you want to be in the Old Town. However, it is situated in a quiet side street and you have to climb some stairs, which is good. There is a terrace that is great for breakfast and dinner. We even used the washing machine and dried our clothes there. It was very convenient. We were not able to connect to the Wi-Fi; either the signal didn't reach the 6th maisonette, or something else was broken. The first day was rainy and water got inside near the main door. Also, the bathroom door could not be fully closed. These are just minor problems, and I don't expect everything to be working perfectly in an old Greek house! :-)

Μας έστειλαν αναλυτικές πληροφορίες πως θα βρούμε το κατάλυμα ( αναλυτικό βίντεο), πληροφορίες για το κατάλυμα ( ζεστά νερά, κλειδιά κτλπ). Πάντα ήταν πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Και τέλεια τοποθεσία καταλύματος, βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο σημείο της ιστορικής Ρόδου .

• _platshh (4/5): - Το κατάλυμα βρισκόταν παλιά πόλη όπου είναι πολύ ικανοποιητική τοποθεσία γιατί βρίσκετε πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και γενικά είναι πόλη. Ηρεμία και ήσυχα Αρχικά μου έδωσαν λάθος κωδικό για να μπω μέσα λίγο λάθος συναινούσα. Δεν με απασχόλησε αυτό διότι λύθηκε γρήγορα με ένα τηλεφώνημα. Καθώς όμως μπήκα στον χώρο ήταν βρώμικα από καθαριότητα. Υπήρχαν πετσέτες στα παράθυρα μάλλον έβρεχε την προηγούμενη μέρα και έβαζε νερά αλλά νομίζω πως αυτή η εικόνα δν αρέσει σε κάποιον ο οποίος κλείνει ένα δωμάτιο για να μείνει. Πίσω από τον καναπέ υπήρχαν πολλά σκουπίδια γωνίες ασκουπιστες με αράχνες στους τοίχους. Στο μπάνιο βρώμικος ο καθρέφτης σκονισμένα παντού. Πάνω στο δωμάτιο δε….μαξιλαροθήκες λίγο περίμενες και με τρίχες, όπως και τις πετσέτες π μας άφησαν μπροστά λερωμένες με make up. Το στρώμα στο δωμάτιο απαράδεχτο πρέπει να αλλαχτεί χθες. Κοιμάσαι και η μέση σου την επόμενη μέρα πονάει. Νομίζω πως εάν υπήρχε καλύτερη οργάνωση σε θέμα καθαριότητας και λίγο κάποιες αλλαγές θα ήταν πολύ καλύτερα τα πράγματα. Γτ είναι κρίμα κάποιος να πληρώνει πολλά και να είναι κάπως έτσι τα πράματα.

• LAURA (1/5): Schlimm- grauenhaft - Das Zimmer war extrem schnutzig!!!! Überall waren komische Insekten in den Betten und den Bettbezügen!!!! Das Zimmer war nicht mal sauber als wir da waren Überall war staub und es wurde nicht geputzt! Schlimmste Erfahrung für ein Hotelzimmer Niemand soll da wirklich ein Zimmer buchen! NIEMALS!!!!

Τα διαμερίσματα ήταν άνετο Στην μεζονέτα 6 ήταν πολύ βρόμικη στο μπάνιο όλα τα πλακάκια ήταν με μούχλα στο ταβάνι έχει σταγόνες νερό από την υγρασία. Πάνω από το καναπε ήταν γεμάτο σκηνή και στην κρεβατοκάμαρα είχε μυρμήγκια. Τα σεντόνια δεν μυρίζαν ωραία . Μετά μάς πήγα σε άλλο διαμέρισμα

• Katarzyna (6/5): - We had a push chair for the baby it was difficult with all the stairs around as I was mostly alone there. It was raining for 3 days the water was coming in the apartment from every window . And we had ants and other insects. Not good for the baby at all.

• Tim (10/5): Comfortable place on the Middle of Old Town - I really liked the cozy nature of the place. It was super comfortable and right in the walls of the old city. Very nice and accommodating staff. I didn’t know you had to turn on a breaker for hot water until my second night.
• Λευτέρης (5/5): Επαρκές - Καλή εξυπηρέτηση από την ιδιοκτήτρια στο τηλέφωνο.Σχετικα απομονωμένο σημείο για εκείνους που θέλουν κάτι πιο απόμακρο.Η Τιμη για χειμώνα για 4 μέρες στα 124 ευρώ πιστεύω ήταν πολύ καλά. ΤΟ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ ΕΙΧΕ ΠΟΛΛΈΣ τρίχες στα πατώματα κάτι που δικαιολογώ μέχρι ένα σημείο ήταν υπερβολικά πολλές και παντού μέχρι και στην ντουζιέρα.Δεν υπάρχει ηχομόνωση όπως αναφέρετε όλα απέξω ακούγονται μέσα.Για τρία αστέρια μεζονέτα περίμενα κάτι καλύτερο.Επισης πολύ αγενές οι καθαρίστριες στο ποτέ θέλουν να καθαρίσουν και το πώς θα στο πουν για να βγεις έξω.

• ilkay berk (3/5): The property needs renovation !!! - The management or the consulting company was very responsive and answered my questions quickly, which I appreciated. The beds were very uncomfortable and clearly in need of renovation. In the bedroom, there were two blankets without duvet covers, so we had to use the spare sheets to cover ourselves. The entrance path to the apartment smelled strongly of urine. The top of the kitchen cabinets and the air conditioner were covered with thick dust. We didn’t need to use the air conditioner much, but it wasn’t working anyway. The photos online are quite old, so they don’t reflect the current condition of the property. Overall, the property is in serious need of renovation.

Η μεζονέτα καθαρή και μεγαλύτερη απ' όσο φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.επισης υπάρχει αυλή με τραπεζάκια και ωραιο περιβάλλον με φιλικά γατάκια που μπορείς να κάτσεις για τον καφέ ή το κρασάκι σου Η κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρέτησε παρότι η ώρα άφιξης ήταν περασμένη ήταν ευγενικοτατη. Οι σκάλες στο εσωτερικό είναι απότομες και μαζί με το πρόβλημα στα γόνατα μου,μου ήταν αρκετά δυσκολο.αλλα αυτό ήταν δικό μου. Δεν παρέχεται χαρτί υγείας χρειαζόταν να αγοράσουμε. Στο στρώμα του κρεβατιου ένιωθα τα ελατήρια. Η οικία είναι παλιά και όχι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και λόγω εποχής και της τοποθεσίας είχαμε συνεχώς μυρμήγκια παντού και διάφορα άλλα έντομα(προσοχή που αφήνετε τρόφιμα).δεν με ενόχλησε απλά το αναφέρω.

• BeverleyHeadington (2/5): Not good , very misleading - Not a great experience & not a nice place to stay. We was told to meet at the gate > they eventually arrived on a golf buggy & while we were waiting my son walked around to get to the building and said it’s awful 😣 he waited outside & rang me while he waited outdoor. A man met us and said which way would we prefer because one way would be more difficult with a suitcase on wheels . We arrived a different way but it was still tucked away on an uneven ground with stairs. We was asked if we had any questions and said no I don’t think so . They left their number if any issues . The bed we had to sleep on was a sofa unfolded and not pleasant , 2 adults with health issues trying to sleep on there in kitchen area . The bedroom upstairs was spooky my adult son and 16 yr grandson slept upstairs because we were closed to the bathroom. They had creatures on the wall that they had to remove 🪱 & a gecko 🦎 when we came back from the restaurant 🤨. No plug for sink, no hot water & had to ring them . Shutters nailed down & very dark n dingy. We booked 2 nights & left early avoid . Location minutes away from old town . I would have wrote more but run out of text to proceed anymore info , look at the photos . We stayed in room 1

• Helen (5/5): Disappointing - Location & the cats. The maisonette (Maisonette 2)was tired looking & in need of refurbishment. The photographs, whilst accurate, have clearly had filters applied. The place was not particularly clean, especially the shower cubicle, which was positively grim, with mould on the screen and all around the bottom edge. There were tiny ants everywhere, on all of the surfaces in the kitchenette & even in the bathroom. It was not good to have the windows open in the bathroom because of a truly awful smell coming in from outside. The bedroom is accessed via a very steep open staircase & would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The headboard was very dusty and all of the windows had odd bits of sheer fabric hanging over them; I'm not sure what purpose the fabric served apart from collecting dust. All in all, not really somewhere I would stay again.
• ANTONIS (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία και ο χώρος γενικά. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα που είχε ήταν το στρώμα στο κρεββάτι του Νο3 που έμενα. Ήταν πολυ ενοχλητικός ο θόρυβος που με το παραμικρό κούνημα που έκανες να ακούγονται οι σούστες που έχει το στρώμα μέσα.

• David (10/5): A good overnight stay en route to the ferry. Twee - Close to the ferry the following day. Hard to find on your own. A member of the household met us some streets away and guided us there. A small establishment on a cobbled street ( beware your suitcase wheels. Charming helpful host. • RAQUEL (5/5): - La ubicación es muy buena,en el mismo casco antiguo y muy cerca de los ferrys. Hay restaurantes justo en frente os recomiendo el Leganis Se puede cocinar en el apartamento,aunque todo es muy básico. Tiene una pequeña terraza privada que se agradece mucho. No tiene microondas ni mesa para comer dentro del apartamento. La única mesa para comer está en una pequeña terraza que tiene en la planta de arriba y para subir tienes que hacerlo por unas escaleras realmente empinadas que resultan peligrosas ,y eso que nosotros somos jóvenes.

• Carmela (3/5): Si salva solo per i gatti. - L'unica nota positiva sono stati i gatti e la posizione dell'appartamento che era proprio in centro ad Old Town e a pochi metri dal mare, raggiungibile a piedi anche il centro e negozi adiacenti, gatti ovunque da coccolare anche a casa, e lo spazio esterno con tavoli adatti ai pasti e alle pause. In televisione c'è Netflix. La casa era molto scomoda, la camera da letto al piano di sopra su una scala ripida e scomoda. La casa era piena di formiche ovunque, priva di tavolo e sedie dove mangiare, c'erano solo due sgabelli e un tavolo basso. In camera da letto entravano vespe giganti ogni giorno, quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire al piano di sotto nel divano letto. Il bagno piccolo, la casa angusta e buia, le luci non illuminano e c'è poca visibilità anche per specchiarsi. L'ultimo giorno era prevista allerta meteo rossa e abbiamo gentilmente chiesto di restare almeno fino alle 13 visto il volo alle 21 di sera, ma hanno rifiutato e ci siamo trovati in mezzo alla tempesta. Ho chiesto un asciugacapelli mai ricevuto, sempre asciugato i capelli all'aria.

• Olivier (8/5): Une bonne adresse dans la vieille ville pour y passer une nuit - Très bon emplacement Plateau de courtoisie Grande chambre avec de l’espace, c’est très agréable La climatisation ne semble pas assez puissante pour rafraîchir toute la pièce : le lit étant en mezzanine, l’air frais n’y arrive pas. Il y faisait très chaud. Heureusement que nous n’étions que fin septembre et pas en plein été !

• 606beverleyv (2/5): Damp, mouldy bathroom with paint falling off walls. Dark very small access down a track! AVOID! - Dreadful place! Accessed down a dark scruffy alley. The owner didn't bother to meet us and just kept saying to call him when we were at a place! The apartment was very old and scruffy, the aircon didn't work efficiently making sleeping uncomfortable. The booking pictures looked NOTHING like the place we arrived at! The bathroom ceiling was full of damp and mould . The stairs to the bed were very dangerous to use, no privacy once in the bed as see through curtains.. The whole drawer fell out when I tried to open, badly stocked kitchen. Very old fridge which looked dangerous. We left really early to be rid of the place. Booking .com saw all the pictures I sent, I complained to them about making me feel ill (breathing wise) they didn't respond. I was forced to go to American Express and reverse the payment! SHAME ON YOU BOOKING.COM! I won't be using you going forward!
• Jane (1/5): As above - The location. The host The front door was difficult to open and the lock was hard to lock. We had to sleep downstairs on the sofa bed because the stairs were too steep for us and difficult to negotiate. The bathroom ceiling was full mould and parts were peeling off. There were ants in the bath. There was a crack in the bath. The bathroom door did not close. The place was dark and dingy.

• Edward (7/5): Loved the location and staff very helpful. - Its location right in the old town and close to everything I felt the property could do with some updating and modifications. Stairs are very steep. Shower definitely needs cleaning mould around door and tray.
