• Alex (9/5): Excellent rooms and location, best for a larger group who can benefit from the space, best for those who are not disturb - Spacious, elevator, clothes washing machine, balcony, location, large rooms. Noisy at night with boats playing music along the canal. A neighbor had a dog that yapped obsessively, even late at night.

• Rochs (10/5): Super Urlaub in einer einmaligen Unterkunft - Die Lage war super zentral, ganz in der Nähe von der Rialto Brücke und trotzdem ruhig. Kanalblick aus den Schlafzimmerfenstern: super! Sehr große Wohnung mit viel Platz in der gut ausgestatteten Küche und in den anderen Zimmern inkl. Bädern und Schlafzimmern. Nur 2 kleine Details: Wasserdruck in den Duschen hätte etwas besser sein können aber darauf hat der Gastgeber leider kein Einfluss und der schöne Küchentisch ist etwas wackelig und dementsprechend mit Vorsicht zu benutzen.
• Carolin (7/5): Aufenthalt in Venedig - Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, sehr geräumig, der Aufzug war gut. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, jedoch ist das Geschirr etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wohnung würde eine Auffrischung sehr gut tun. Neues Geschirr, bequeme Sitzmöbel. Es macht Spaß aus dem Fenster auf den Kanal den Booten zuzuschauen, jedoch hört man Nachts und am frühen Morgen in den Schlafzimmern auch die Motorgeräusche und die Geräusche vom Ab-und Beladen der Boote. Der Tisch in der Küche hat Wackelbeine, die Dusche im einem Bad ist schon längere Zeit undicht. Das Eisfach war total vereist. Die Türen der Kleiderschränke lassen sich zum Teil nicht schließen.

• Olesia (8/5): Очень большая квартира в самом центре Венеции - Квартира расположена в самом центре, очень большая и чистая, Очень очень холодно, не прогревается совсем, очень замерзли, и очень очень шумно, просыпались в 6 утра, от шума лодок, голосов, звукоизоляция ужасная, и очень хотелось бы , для жильцов на срок от 5 дней, предусмотреть владельцам минимальный набор для жизни, масло, соль, сахар, стиральный порошок! Отвратительеый интернет, двоим работать невозможно одновременно!

• Lachlan (9/5): Great apartment near Rialto Bridge - Very spacious apartment in Venice, a short walk from Rialto Bridge - excellent location with lift to get up to the apartment from the ground floor - much appreciated when the whole family had heavy bags!! Plenty of bedroom space for our family Washing machine worked well!! Great communication from the host on arrival and departure Maybe a clothes drying rack to put out on the balcony to enable clothes to dry better? Nothing else to fault it.

• Alihan (9/5): Güzel konumda tatlı bir yer - Tesis çok merkezi bir konumda ulaşım olanakları çok rahattı. Evin ferah bir yapısı var ve büyüklük olarak harika.. Ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu ve kısa sürede mesajlarımıza geri döndü Ev kış aylarında biraz geç ısınıyor ilk gün üşüdük. Duşa kabinin ve terliğin olmayışı bizim için dezavantaj oldu.

• Ulrich (6/5): Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man die Wohnung gut ausstatten und so zu einem sehr schönen Aufenthalt machen. - Die Lage die Größe, die Dekoration und die angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Mitarbeiter. Und die Ausstattung wurde sich seit langem nicht mehr gekümmert: die Tische in Küche und Wohnzimmer, die man sieht, sind reif für den Sperrmüll, die Beine fallen fast ab. Die Spülmaschine musste ich aufwändig Grund reinigen (Filter und Siebe), damit sie überhaupt funktioniert. Klobürsten sind uralt, gebrochen und ekelhaft und so weiter und so weiter. Es wurde sich seit langem überhaupt nicht mehr um die Art Ausstattung gekümmert. Das ist sehr schade.

• Deborah (9/5): Great venue, great location and perfect for a stay in Venice - Great location for getting to all the sights easily by foot or water taxi. There should have been a bit of a warning about getting from the water taxi to the hotel as there were a few bridges and steps to manoeuvre with the cases. We found an easier way back to the water taxi with only one bridge to get over.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Venice summer holiday - Very spacious apartment with excellent amenities. Fabulous communication from our host and very prompt with any questions. The views over the canal offer a true Venice experience. The air-conditioning was greatly appreciated on the warm days. The lift was a bonus. I hope to return here again. There is some noise from the traffic on the canal, but that is part of the experience.
• Maksim (5/5): Not value for money. Not recommend. - Excellent location close to all POI. Elevator. Really gigantic apartments. Most problem in this apartments is the channel directly under the all bedrooms windows. As a results - Saturday morning from 7:00 - garbage collection from the restaurants with the casting of the bags with the glass bottles to the metal bottom of the boat, Then delivery boats starts to bring goods. No chance to sleep longer. All weekend in the night, time to time boats with loud music passed by and some time it was till 4 AM in the morning. As well it was small minor problems like strong nasty smell you always feel coming inside apartment, broken toilet brushes, burned kettle and crumbs on the floor.

• Mf12 (9/5): Really happy with the apartment, our hosts and the location - The apartment was lovely and spacious, it was bigger than expected and very clean. It had a fully functioning kitchen and a washing machine. There were 2 bathrooms and the location was perfect. Check in was really easy and the hosts kept in touch prior to our stay and throughout our stay to see if everything was going well. A clothes dryer would have been handy as it was raining a bit when we were there.

The apartment was wonderful, washing machine and warming towel rack in bathroom were added value. We greatly appreciated the ease of accessing the apartment on the first day-thank you! • Jennifer (5/5): The saving grace with this property was the location, the lift and Simon! - The location was excellent and having a lift was essential for us. Simon who met us was exceptional, without him it would have been difficult to find the place, and he provided other insights and tips which were invaluable and helped make the experience more pleasant. The flooring was good and bathrooms renovated and reasonably good clean painted walls. The property was very spacious. Location and lifts were the standout features. The decor! It is advertised as ‘Venetian style’ in fact the furnishings are just old and in very poor condition. The table varnish was peeling and badly stained, the lounge was old, lumpy cushions and very worn, lighting especially in second bedroom very dim and dark (higher watt globes would have gone a long way to improve), bed old, cupboard in second bedroom had old damaged furniture in it with a sign saying ‘do not touch, (this junk should have been removed). There were spare doona’s in the cupboard, but you wouldn’t use them as the smell of the cupboard was off putting and they did not look fresh. It would be a simple fix to replace the furniture to make it feel clean and comfortable,(which to me the feel of the place is important as this influences your experience). There were other annoying idiosyncrasies like having to dispose of the garbage between 6:30am and 8:30am in specific located places, map provided that was difficult to understand, and not near the building!

• Pyfrom (9/5): The apartment was fantastic. My family and I were very comfortable. - The property was spacious enough for my family. It was close to all the things we wanted to see and do. Shops and restaurants were close as well. The shower was clogged in one of the bathrooms one night. However, my contact had a plumber come and fix it the next morning. Also, it would’ve been nice to have bigger fluffier pillows on the bed.
• Sarahi (9/5): Excellent location - Great location, we were 5 minutes away from Rialto (waterbus stop). Is easy to get to the property and the area is very safe at night. The apartment is beautiful and super spacious, many restaurants near by. The host is very friendly and helpful.
• Otto (9/5): Spacious room at heart of city. - The property is spacious with 3 beds in 2 rooms and 2 bath rooms. Also a little terrace. Location close to Rialto Bridge. Just a short walk after getting off the Rialto Bridge ferry terminal and easy walk to San Marco. The electricity has a limitation. You cannot use 2 air conditioning or kettle or washing machine at the same time. The fuse will be off, and you need to push back at fuse room downstairs. Will not be good if electricity turn off during the night. It happens all the time during summer time. We have electricity off 2 times during the stay. Will be OK if you are aware of that upfront and manage well on using the electrical equipment.

We were concerned if the a/c’s would keep a nice room temperature and they were no problem. Host communicated well and clearly and met us on arrival with a walk through the apartment. Lift worked well, place is really big - perfect for a family. It’s a little noisy on the canal from early in the morning - from 6am.

The balcony was a great spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location is absolutely perfect - minutes from Rialto Bridge. The manager was incredibly responsive. And the video showing how to get there was brilliant. I wish we could have stayed there longer.

Very spacious and easy to get get in and around for those with a disability. (2 steps to negotiate) So very close to everything including the Rialto Bridge, the ferry's, gondolas, water taxi's. The Ironing board - but who wants to iron on holidays anyway

The - It was large and very comfortable At times it was quite noisy in the middle of the night. Delivery boats would be come by at night and you could hear the men talking. Great layout, many spacious rooms, and tasteful decor. We especially loved the balcony! Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The beds were a little hard, but the large, open windows in the bedrooms made up for it! The electricity did go off during our stay, and we had to switch the breaker (which we were prepared for, because we were provided with instructions in advance). Overall, the space was beautiful.

• Mark (7/5): Overall we were satisfied with this booking. We would recommend the facility to others. - Location Literally 2 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and water taxis. Uncomfortable furniture in living room. We had 4 adults and they only gave us 3 sets of towels. Electric breaker had to be reset whenever we used ANY appliance. These are minor inconveniences.
• Jeremy (9/5): Fantastic location for touring Venice with a great and responsive host. - Can not beat this location. 3 minute walk from Rialto Bridge and a short walk to San Marco. Apartment is huge with a lot of room. My only disapointment was that the AC was not sufficent enough to keep the large apartment cool in the high heat of August.

• Noala (5/5): First impressions great but electricity supply was a huge problem and no customer service from manager. - Large beautiful Venetian Apartment on first appearance The main issue is the electricity trips every time you boil the kettle or use the hair dryer unless you switch the air conditioning off first. I reported it straight away to Lorenzo who told his manager, he replied, ‘My manager has told me that probably there’s a voltage peak today because it doesn’t happen very often’. I told Lorenzo I would contact the manager which I did on our first morning, I have had no reply at all and it happened continuously during our stay. It is such a big apartment I appreciate it is probably difficult to be thorough in the time given but the dust on the lights in the main rooms had been there for months and the fan in the main bedroom was full of lumps of old grey fluff. The fridge had not been cleaned and contained food residue the freezer needed defrosting and the kitchen floor and terrace had not been washed. On an evening the terrace has a strong smell of fish from a nearby restaurant and therefore it is unpleasant to sit out. There was a broken chair in a cupboard the ironing board was dirty and in a state of disrepair. Only one wine glass in the cupboard.
• Michele (8/5): A well located spacious unit with a retro vibe that was perfect for our short stay in Venice. - The location and the size - it was very roomy and had great spaces like the balcony. Please invest in an ironing board. The ancient broken one provided was an accident waiting to happen. Also the mold on the ceiling in the top corner of the bathroom should be removed.

• Scott (10/5): Amazingly spacious, classic and comfortable Venetian apartment! - The location is fantastic! The apartment is an impressive size, very lovely, the terrace is a wonderful bonus, as is the elevator (very useful for hauling suitcases) and the bed/bath arrangement was perfect for our family of four (parents and two adult children). Loved hanging our heads out the windows to watch the commotion in the canal below and on the bridges to the left and right. Gondolas, delivery boats and more. Very entertaining and classic Venice! Lorenzo who met us and gave us welcome instructions was incredibly friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants below the apartment. One employs an accordion player at times which is charming. Tedeschi department store is one block away, Rialto bridge also one block. There are only two minor downsides…it is easy to trip the circuit breaker (do not run the electric tea kettle while the air conditioners are on!!) but Lorenzo had already showed us how to run to the lobby to switch it back on. The other is that the A/C units are in the hallway as they cannot be on the canal side so if you really need privacy you won’t have the air flow. Also, the apartment only supplies one key. My son discovered he could get the wifi from the apartment to work on the gondola dock under the building so he could WhatsApp us to let him in!

• Jolanta (7/5): nice apartment and great location - excellent location, very spacious and clean kitchen was poorly equipped lacking very basic cleaning supplies like dish soap, dish towels, paper towels and tissue paper and small soap in the bathroom. This is standard in every apartment I have rented in the past. I was told to go to the store. I am currently in an apartment in Rome and all of the above are available and many other things like coffee, sugar, snacks (more than expected).

• Samantha (10/5): The PERFECT Venician apartment for 4-5 people. - When they say ‘large’, they are not exaggerating! This gorgeous apartment is extremely generous; huge living area, two bathrooms, large bedrooms, patio, etc. Amazing views down to a canal below. Whilst close to the action, the apartment is quiet and private. Also, friendly, warm and responsive customer service. We will be recommending this accommodation far and ride. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ NA
• Laura (10/5): It was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to get the most out of our time in Venice. - It was beautifuly elegant, with lots of room for a family of 5, it had clean amenities, was the perfect distance from the Rialto Bridge, and had an amazing host! Lorenzo set up a taxi boat straight from the train to the Rialto bridge and met us outside the square closest to the apartment. The apartment was in the perfect location because it was a 2 minute walk from the bridge but far enough away on a smaller canal (Rio) to be away from the noise. Highly recommend! Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

• Gil (10/5): Wonderful apartment in the center of Venice - modern apartment in the center of Venice, 3 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. 2 huge bedrooms, a large living room, a wonderful equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. on the thired floor with a lift!! a view of one of the Venice canals. the hot water is finishing very quickly... only for 2 or maybe 3 persons

• Unisse (10/5): A very spacious apartment, perfect for families! - The apartment was very spacious! Also has an elevator so quite easy to bring up luggages. Definitely a plus. Washing machine with laundry detergent provided. A terrace was available for lounging. One side of the apartment overlooks a small canal. Very complete amenities. Perfect location: Right by Rialto Bridge and very close to the t fondaco Rooftop Terrace! Host was also accommodating and had someone explain the apartment do’s and don’ts It can be quite cold because of the marble floors. But the heating does work.
