- David (8/5): We had a great time. Well equipped villa with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool - We arrived late in the evening. We had a phone call whilst at the airport asking us what time we would be arriving at the Villa. When we arrived there was someone there to meet us with the keys. There was 9 of us including 2 young children and the accommodation suited all our needs Only a short distance from Gennadi town Stairs to the bedrooms at the top of the house abit steep
- Stefan (2/5): Die Villa Zoi ist abgewohnt - Wir können die Villa nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. Das Zustand des Hauses ist leider nicht gut, abgewohnt und hat viele Mängel. Die Fotos stimmen irgendwie - lassen die Villa aber viel besser erscheinen: Die Räume sind dunkel und kleiner als erwartet. Die Strasse vor dem Haus ist besonders Nachts sehr laut - da fahren die Autos mit 100 km/h vorbei. Folgende Mängel haben wir dem Vermieter gemeldet: - Die Dusche im OG funktionert nicht - Der Geschirrspüler funktionert nicht - Der Kühlschrank ist dreckig und vereist - Alle Türen quietschen beim Öffnen - Die Toiletten sind verkalkt - Lichtschalter sind gelb/dreckig - Die Matrazen sind entweder steinhart (Futon) oder ganz weich und haben meist keinen Lattenrost Die Betreuung vor Ort durch eine Agentur ist ok - aber nicht wirklich hilfreich. Unser Tipp: Wohnen sie woanders!
