La posizione è fantastica, sul canale, fuori dal caos Più turistico ma permette di raggiungere tutto in breve tempo. In più è prossima alla stazione. Avrei aggiunto solo qualche utensile da cucina e più sapone per la doccia

• diego (10/5): Excelente estadia em Veneza - Da cidade, da acomodação e de todo o conforto do apartamento. Ficamos perto de uma estação para utilizar os barcos como meio de transporte. Tem uma série de restrições para o recolhimento e tratamento do lixo na cidade, o que é excelente, mas como são dias distintos de coleta, fica difícil para um visitante de curto período se adequar às regras. Mesmo com as explicações do anfitrião, tivemos que nos adequar.

• Gillian (10/5): Excellent place to lay your head while exploring Venice - Clean and warm. Very close to 3 boat stops and lots of bars and restaurants. Bedroom good size, bed comfortable, shower fine. Quiet area away from tourist hot spots. Living area is a narrow corridor with a sofa that needs some cushions!

I believe that the responsibility for garbage should lie with the host, not the client; when someone goes on vacation, it's to relax and enjoy the place.

The bedroom is at the back of the property, so we had no problem sleeping. The owner provided timely instructions, so we had no problem accessing the property. The owner was easy to contat via WhatsApp & booking app. It was nice to have an outside area in the city. Nil
• Miriam (10/5): Alojamiento bonito y centrico - Esta muy bien ubicado, es bonito,con muchos detalles, cómodo, a pie de canal, cerca de dos paradas de vaporetto, caminando también llegas a los sitios principales, recomendable 100%. No gustarme nada, por decir algo, que tiene ventana en el techo y entra luz pronto, acostumbrada a que en España tenemos persianas, me despertaba con la luz
• Tamara (10/5): We thought the place was perfect and would stay there again. - We loved the location. It’s close to a water bus stop making it easy to get anywhere you want. The property was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It’s also tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was lovely with friendly people and good restaurants. The WiFi was not very consistent but it did not bother us as we did not need it.

• Alessandro (9/5): Venezia merita sempre e Cannaregio è un buon quartiere dove stare. - La posizione molto conveniente in quartiere tranquillo ma non isolato relativamente vicino ai punti di interesse ma al contempo non rovinato dai flussi turistici. Posizione tranquilla ed abbastanza silenziosa. Appartamento anche se al piano terra è stato appena rifatto e non ha un filo di umidità e dovrebbe resistere con il tempo per il soggiorno di una coppia va benissimo. Non è un appartamento dove uno può ospitare molte persone come invitati ma a posto che una triste camera di albergo sembra molto conveniente. Per chi non vuole l'anominità degli hotel che in posti così turistici può essere anche intollerabile. L'appartamento si direbbe ottenuto da un sottoportico adattato ad appartamento quindi si esprime in lunghezza. Per un verso è ingegnoso ed in fondo una soluzione non stupida. Il difetto è che anche se avrebbe un locale tipo soggiorno sembra più un corridoio. Ma in fondo se uno è a Venezia perchè deve starsene in casa meglio. Per il resto è arredato bene ed è apprezzabile.
• Lisa (6/5): - Good first the property was clean and we arrived before check in and was allowed in early. The property is not close to major tourist attractions and tour pick ups it about 38 min walk to a from every day. The internet was horrible it drops every 2-5 mins and we told the host and was advised to restart it. We did this and it still did not work for the 5 days we were there and the host never bothered to have it fixed. Place is good for 2 people max. Not bad but I would not stay here again
• Wioleta (10/5): Absolutely perfect place for your stay in Venice! - Very easy self check in process. The accessibility to public transport is a major highlight. This property offers an unbeatable combination of convenience and charm, thanks to its proximity to not one, but two vaporetto stops. The apartment itself is modern, clean and has everything you need (such as hob, microwave, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi and AC etc). The bed was very comfortable and the place was very quiet at night. I absolutely loved it ❤️😊 Nothing. Everything was perfect.
