• D.Ra. (9/5): Prima Wohnung für einen Städtetrip zu zweit - Tolle Lage, Stadtzentrum sofort zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Traumhafte Dachterrasse, dort haben wir einige entspannte Abende mit Blick auf den beleuchteten Turm der Terrasse gehabt. Viele kleine Kneipen und Tapas-Bars in direkter Umgebung, dafür trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Oben auf der Terrasse hat man fast nichts gehört von der Straße und das Schlafzimmer liegt auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung. Küchenausstattung könnte teilweise erneuert werden und das Bett empfanden wir als recht klein für zwei Erwachsene. Zudem war die Matratze unbequem, fühlte sich durchgelegen an. Dafür war das Kopfkissen super - so eins hätte ich auch gerne für zuhause!

• Juan (4/5): Fatal - Lo único la ubicación La ducha no tenía presión las camas incomodidisimas las fotos no tenían nada que ver con el apartamento además habían manchas raras en el sofá, no lo recomendaría además en el baño hay un secador que parece que se quemó y no sacaba bien En la habitación no hay ni mesilla

• Nikki (8/5): Short but comfortable stay in a great location with a fabulous outside terrace area - There were so many positives for this property. The host was very helpful & welcoming prior to my arrival. I explained I was concerned about the App/mobile phone initial access to the property & he was very helpful in getting someone to meet me & let me into the property. The location is amazing, so close to the heart of the city making it so easily accessible & also very close to the lovely river walkway which is a lovely place for walking & running away from the bustle & traffic of the city. The apartment itself was very clean & nicely equipped for a short stay. The terrace is fabulous! Such a lovely facility to have, it is so rare to have such a lovely space to be able to sit outside in the fresh air when you are right in the heart of the city! It was also lovely & quiet, again locations so close to the city can be very noisy but this was very peaceful. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows less so. The kitchen was mostly well equipped. The shower was good, the water was hot & there was shower gel supplied which is great when you are travelling light & just staying a couple of days. The wi-fi was great & worked well. Most things about this property were good. The biggest issue was the electricity constantly tripping out. It was not possible to use the kettle as it immediately tripped the electricity, so needed to boil water in a pan for hot drinks. And using two electrical things at the same time had the same effect. So I was constantly re-setting it. The pillows are hard & uncomfortable, luckily there was a cushion on the bed which was soft & I was able to use as I was a solo traveller. Also, a smaller sharp knife, for chopping & slicing would be a good addition to the kitchen, the only sharp knife was very big so difficult for fruit especially & something to drain pasta etc would be helpful but these are small suggestions & if you don't intend to do any cooking then they would not be a problem for you. And also a small light in the bedroom would be helpful for relaxing in bed before sleeping.
• Irene (8/5): Perfecto para un finde en el centro - Lo céntrico que estaba, literal a 5 minutos andando a la catedral y 15 de la plaza circular para coger el tranvía al centro comercial. Está en una zona de copas por lo que si os gusta salir es perfecto, no escuchamos nada de ruido así que genial Al entrar huele mucho la cañería, se nota al entrar porque viene el olor de repente. El segundo día dejamos la terraza abierta y cuando volvimos no se apreciaba nada el olor. Quizá le pondría una puerta a la habitación también
• Maureen (8/5): We absolutely loved Murcia and the apartment was ideal for our week long visit. - The location was superb for a week in Murcia. The terrace was fantastic and the air conditioning kept us cool even in the very hot August weather. There were no essentials like, salt, pepper, tea or coffee when we arrived. We bought those and left them for the next guests. Not a huge problem as there are supermarkets minutes away but most holiday apartments we have used provide these basics.

• ISABEL (8/5): Bastante bien. - La ubicación, la comodidad, todos los servicios, ocio… la terraza me encantó. Las tuberías del aseo huelen mucho y hace bastante calor pero con el aire acondicionado se está bastante bien, la tabla de cortar está bastante sucia, habría que cambiarla.

• María José (4/5): Sucio y con fuerte olor a tabaco - Ubicación A pesar de tener un cartel anunciando que es espacio libre de humo, el apartamento tiene un olor a tabaco muy intenso y bien arraigado a muebles y tapicerías que no se va a pesar de haber estado con las ventanas abiertas todo el fin de semana. Gel sin reponer, terraza sucia con restos de comida, suelo sucio, pata de la cama rota.

• Lord (10/5): La Catedral Attica - Amazing location. Quiet at night. Bed, so comfortable. Terrace with a breeze even when it was 46°. 2 minute walk to fantastic plazas, churches and cathedral. Aircon fab and immaculate. So clean. Will stay again. Loved it.

• Iryna (7/5): Good - Special app for self check-in was great. Terrace was very spacious and lovely, whole apartment was nice. Location was perfect. The strong smell of mold in the bathroom and there wasn't shampoo. No wi-fi password was shared with me and host didn't answered on my messages - I needed Wi-Fi for my work and it was a bad surprise that I can't use it easy.

One of my children who is 13 and is quite tall had to sleep with her legs dangling outside. I was lucky that I stayed in this apartment for just one night. Furthermore I asked for the internet password to one of the staff and never received a reply. It took me quite some time to realise that it was written in one of the paintings.
• Johanna (7/5): Very good for our purposes & the cost as we needed somewhere to stay for a concert in the bull ring. - Location was excellent for the bull ring, local sights and restaurants. Roof terrace was great. Main bed was very comfy if small. Electricity cut out in middle of night and did not resume until 10am. This meant there was no air con, and it was hot, and we couldn't make a cup of tea.coffee in the morning. We just packed up and left - air con came on as we were leaving. The sofa bed in the lounge is not great and sheets did not fit well. Would suggest this apartment is better for a couple. There were ants in the kitchen.
