Heather (3/5): Health hazard - The location was great. Layout and fit out were good. Thoughtful supply of utilities. The carpet was full of black mildew, and the walls and windows were also coated with mildew. My husband and grandson both suffer from asthma. Both were ill because of the carpet. Both needed to take significant medication.I believe the property should not be leased until this problem is rectified. It is a health hazard.
