jamie (1/5): I never stayed. Had to book another hotel. - I arrived with no information greeting or anyone around to tell me where my room was . I couldn’t stay as I never knew what room I was in or how to get in. It was false advertising by showing a picture of the shard. It was poor state of repair and I’m disgusted. Conned !! Everything seems above

Annalena (1/5): Sconsigliatisdo - La posizione Le finestra della sala non si chiudeva , idem la porta d ingresso sul copriletto abbiamo trovato capelli lunghi neri, ho preso la scossa nell accendere l asciugacapelli piccolo. poi siamo arrivati alle22 e non ci eravamo accordi del deposito cauzionale così abbiamo chiamato il loro numero d emergenza ma non erano inglesi sicuramente stranieri e non si capiva nulla non ci fornivano il numero. D’accesso alla appartamento così abbiamo dovuto dormire la prima,Notte in un albergo vicino , vergognoso faro presente a Booking, maleducatissimi quelli del call center , camere vecchie l armadio no. Si apriva molto sporco tutto
stuart (4/5): Way too difficult to use this apartment and company. Don’t bother. - Getting into the apartment was a disgrace. Sending a link to pay a deposit on the day. When I was travelling and in meetings. A deposit for what? I’m a businessman travelling for a meeting. What am I going to do in the apt? The codes for the door were wrong. Trying to pay the deposit wasn’t easy. Trying to hold of someone was awful. A number buried amonst lots of emails. I will never ever use this facility again. Oh and the icing on the cake there was no wifi. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
Jeroen (8/5): Geweldig appartement, maar heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig. - De locatie van het appartement. Het bevindt zich zo goed als langs de Theems, alleen dan aan de andere kant van de straat en dat tussen de Tower Bridge en de London Bridge. Het dichtstbijzijnde Underground station is Monument en is nog geen 3 minuten lopen vanaf het appartement. Verrassend genoeg heeft dit appartement 2 badkamers, wat wel erg ideaal is. De bedden waren stevig en echt heerlijk om in te slapen. Hier en daar zaten wel wat dingen los en vooral de kraan in de keuken.

Pedro (7/5): Bortsett fra rengjøring og skiftning av badehåndklær, så var alt veldig bra. - Overnattet der i 5 netter og ikke en eneste rengjøring eller skift av badehåndklær.
Aniko (6/5): - The location is excellent, close to many attarctions, Tesco, Sky Garden. The washing machine was handy. The fire alarm was alarming and messaged the host via booking.com but never came back to fix the alarm.It was very unpleasant noise. The bed was not very comfortable and the sofabed was worst. ( not big enough for 2 teenagers to sleep on )
Kwami (1/5): STAY AWAY! - Do NOT book this property. When you arrive, there’s no friendly welcome, just a list posted on the apartment door outlining charges for any potential damage. Ironically, many of the items listed were already damaged when we arrived. The apartment was in poor condition: a damaged table with folded tissue paper supporting one of the legs, broken chairs, a broken shower, dirty walls, and dust everywhere. A duplicate list of fines was also posted in the kitchen, reinforcing the feeling that guests are treated with suspicion rather than hospitality. We felt completely misled. The reality of the apartment did not match the description. The location is right next to a highway, so there’s constant noise. There’s no air conditioning, and the boiler produces additional heat, making the apartment uncomfortably hot. An unstable, noisy fan is provided, but it’s not enough. Opening the windows brings in some air, but also even more noise, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We spoke to other guests who had the same complaint. On top of that, communication with the service department was frustrating. It was difficult to understand the agents, and they didn’t provide clear or helpful support. Summary: This apartment is not worth the money. It’s obvious the priority is profit, not guest comfort or quality service.

Group (1/5): Just a nightmare! I will never boook an appartement with booking.com. - THE LOCATION That was the worst experience I ever had with booking.com. I strongly do not recommend this place: 1- They did not send me the code to enter the appartment. I had to call 20 times to finally have somoeone on the phone who told me that they will call me back. Of course no called me back! 2- I was on the street in a very rainy day! I told the operatopr but did not care... Then I called again and they finaly gave me the code. 3- When I entered the appartment it was dirty, the shower door broken and the floor all with water and wet towels on the floor 4- The windows were broken and all the equipement at end life.. Just a nightmare. But I had no choice than to clean myslef and stay because it was paid. I will never boook an appartement with booking.com. Airbnb are more professional. Never had like thius expereicne MY LIFE

Josh (6/5): No aircon was a killer but everything was brilliant, location perfect and apartment is comfortable - Perfect location, ideal for 2 people maximum as it’s a small space No aircon which was weird, the property was extremely hot all day which wasn’t pleasant
Daniel (6/5): Poor customer service!! Negative marks!! - Although not a bad looking place. When the roof started leaking, I called the emergency line 8 times!! 8!! No response until I told them that there was so much water coming in that by morning they wouldn’t have a place left to rent!! Breakers were popping! No lights in the kitchen! Water pouring in from the ceiling fixtures! Above us alarms were going off like world war 3!!! Still not a text or phone call! NOTHING!!
ANAMIKA (10/5): - I traveled to London in February for a business along with my family (husband and daughter). It was a wonderful stay. The property is good. It is cleaned with all the amenities available. No disturbance from the owner. They might block 25k per person as security in case you damage the property however we received the full refund as no damage was done. Facilities - Indian restaurant is available nearby - Rajasthan (We use to have our lunch and dinner here, highly recommended) and few other within 1 km range London Bridge in 200 m radius Tesco and Amazon fresh - Incase of grocery Tube train - Monument (300 m walk from Apartment) Overall a wonderful stay, we loved it.
SAMEER (8/5): - Excellent location and very clean. Needs good pillows and more cupboard space. Even though I made the reservation through Expedia 30 days a head, it was very annoying to ask me one day before arrival for a deposit that needs to be paid in order to send arrival information, which was not required !
Verified traveler (4/5): - This apartment hotel is right on a busy street. Since the unit is not air conditioned, traffic noise is constant and unrelenting. Urban View is under professional management but staff were not courteous or helpful during checkout. Check in was pleasant, but staff did not allow early check in. Although I was told early check in was not an option, I did not get a 30-minute extension of my checkout when I requested it. Cleaning person came promptly at 10.59 AM. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend. Much better options at the same price.
