• Gemma Maria (7/5): Aceptable - Que el apartamento estaba como nuevo, y el baño genial. La cama era muy grande y había de todo lo necesario. El ruido por la noche hacía que descansar fuera muy difícil, además el acceso era un poco desastroso y la “terraza” pues también. Las almohadas incomodisimas.

• Svetlana (2/5): Strongly unrecommended - I really liked the location. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the Duomo, close to the market, and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. There was absolutely no support from the staff — once you pay, you’re basically forgotten. Before arrival, I had to fill out a very long and complicated form with personal details, and the property charged additional fees, including an international transaction fee. When we arrived, the entrance door simply wouldn’t open. No matter how many times I tried to contact the staff, nobody responded. Thankfully, some neighbours came out and helped us get inside. Even after check-in, I kept trying to reach the staff to get an invoice, but my messages were ignored. Several of them still remain unanswered. This is a major issue, and I would not recommend booking this place — if any problem comes up, you’ll have to solve it on your own. The apartment itself also had issues: the bed was uncomfortable, the shower was inconvenient, the ventilation made a loud noise, and the fire alarm kept going off randomly during the day and even at night. We had to figure out how to switch it off manually.
• gasob (8/5): - المكان دافئ ومريح ونظيف . تسجيل الدخول والخروج كان ممتازا . الموقع ممتاز قريب من مركز المدينة التاريخي. سوبرماركت ببعد خطوات عن الشقة . المكان يبعد دقائق قليلة عن محطة القطارات والمواصلات العامة لا يوجد في المكان ماكنة اسبرسو حديثة. ولا يوجد اشتراك للترفيه مثل نتفلكس أو ما يشابه .
• Sara (10/5): Soggiorno ottimo, niente da ridire - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento durante il weekend e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo! La posizione è ottima, comoda per visitare la città e ben collegata. L’alloggio era pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un posto tranquillo e ben organizzato dove sentirsi come a casa.
• Franco (9/5): Ottima posizione - L'ambiente caldo e accogliente e la vicinanza al centro storico. Ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi e in cinque minuti eravamo nei pressi di luoghi di interesse e alla stazione dei treni. Se devo proprio trovare un difetto mancava la polvere di caffè e i cuscini un po' troppo morbidi

• Urtubia Matute (6/5): Alojamiento salvado por la buena ubicación - Lo mejor la ubicación, al lado del Mercado Central muy recomendable para comer y cerca de la Piazza del Duomo y de la estación de tren Santa María de Novella. El edificio era tercermundista y las fotos del apartamento distaban algo de la realidad. La única ventilación al exterior era a un patio pequeñísimo de manzana (con una terraza super cutre) que solo entraba el olor a comida del vecindario. La cocina y el baño reformados pero el papel higiénico justo y ni tan siquiera había trapos de cocina ni servilletas. La limpieza de la habitación muy justa, con unos suelos y muebles muy viejos. El cabecero de la cama estaba bastante sucio. La relación calidad precio no era buena.

• Alina (7/5): it was the cheapest option in that area - Nice room close to the train station with comfy bed and terrace. Check-in process: Although I received self-check-in details in advance, on the day of the arrival I was informed that I needed to personally meet the host to collect the key. The host asked for 30 minutes' notice, but despite notifying him 70 minutes ahead, he was unavailable. After rescheduling, he was late, disrupting our plans. This caused us to miss a pre-paid tourist attraction that was unavailable on other days. Room conditions: The room had a persistent damp smell. Lack of transparency: The host sent me a message telling me that positive experiences can be shared publicly in the review, but issues should be reported privately. I really don't like this approach, as transparency is key when choosing accommodations. Excessive communication: I received daily messages and even a call through various channels during my vacation (via Booking, Whatsapp, call on my phone). While I understand the intent to ensure a smooth stay, it felt intrusive.
• Vicki (8/5): Very good - Kitchen was well set out and had everything we needed. Washing machine wasn't working. No place to hang clothes. Back patio looked great in the photo but was lack luster.
• T (10/5): Great. - Great location, a short walk from everything. Flat was clean, comfortable and had everything that was necessary. Monika is an accommodating and friendly host. Communication was easy.
• Mr (4/5): Unacceptable - The location is close to attractions and the train station. Clean sheets and towels (as mentioned by the administrators when we complained about the overall image of the property). Constant automated messages even after we completed the requested online check in, resulting in confusion. Apart from clean sheets and towels, the general picture of the accommodation was disappointing. Cobwebs on the ceiling, walls stained by insects killed and more, damage to the walls. Peeled wooden ceiling. The apartment is very dark. Worse than the condition of the accommodation was the response from the managers. When we complained about the accommodation they blamed us - with a message entirely in Italian - that we are trying not to pay the tourist tax and that the price (110 euros per night) is good since we have clean sheets and towels! Their excuse in subsequent communication was that the damages were due to previous guests. Unfortunately, they had not put recent photos in the listing so that we would know to avoid this accommodation. The reason we stayed at the property is that we didn't have time (and the energy) to look for something else (we were in Florence for two and a half days). Overall the feeling we got was negative and disappointing. Although explicitly mentioned in the reservation, the requirement to take out the trash when leaving the accommodation (while the cleaning fee is included in the price!) goes against the spirit of hospitality that should characterize the professionals of the industry. The negative image was unfortunately reinforced even with the last message in which the administrators urged us not to write any negative comments publicly on the platform but to address them privately. I honestly don't know if it was a bad time for the property and the managers or if they manage other rooms and don't have the necessary time to check them all but it's none of my business as a customer. The service they gave me and the overall behavior did not meet our expectations and I would not recommend the accommodation!
