Excellent breakfast selection and quality. It really is a beautiful place and location. What would be better is to have a terrace on the other side of the main building to be able to admire the view with a glass of wine! The view from the pool area is wonderful!

La camera era bella con una bella vista. Il personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Forse un pochino più di attenzione alla pulizia.

- Catherine (6/5): Beautiful location but need a car - Firstly, the staff are amazing and make this place as special as it is. They were so warm and friendly. It is very relaxing and beautiful in this area and the food was good. Just a short drive from both Florence and Pisa but far enough that you get a relaxing countryside break You definitely need a car to get around. We weren't staying long so opted for airport shuttle (which we booked through the hotel) rather than hire a car but this was VERY expensive for the short amount of time the journey took. It would be nice if the hotel had bikes to rent so you could explore nearby without a car. It says there is a tour desk but they don't actually offer any except for private hire drivers which cost hundreds of euros. The food is good but choices are limited, which is fine if you're only staying a few nights. Our AC didn't work so the room was very stuffy and not soundproof at all. We could hear everything from our neighbours. It was lovely to be able to have private use of the spa facilities however the water in the hot tub was a bit dirty and there was built up residue around the sides. The steam room smelt of damp and there were loads of bugs inside the spa room. The hotel could really do with some comfortable outside seating. We were so relaxed lounging and reading our books outside but the chairs have no cushion so wasn't very comfortable.
- Valentina (9/5): meraviglioso stacco dalla routine quotidiana - colazione super pensierino per Pasqua al nostro rientro in stanza graditissimo stanza luminosa grande e accogliente location immersa nel verde personale sorridente e accogliente (check in ottimo) forse la sala colazione è leggermente sottodimensionata per il numero di ospiti che può contenere la struttura (in stagione calda nessun problema perchè i tavoli fuori sono numerosi)
- Stefan (8/5): - Tolle, idyllische Lage. Sehr schöne Anlage, um die Landschaft der Toskana zu erkunden. Alle großen Städte lassen sich in ca. 45min bis 60min per PKW erreichen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit kleiner, aber feiner Auswahl. Das Restaurant am Abend bietet gutes Essen, ist aber eher hochpreisig. Im Nachbarort gibt es eine 1a authentische Trattoria. Unser Appartement war groß, geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt einiges aus den anderen Zimmern (und Badezimmern) mit, was man nicht unbedingt hören mag :-)

Perfekt beliggenhed ifht at besøge Siena, San Gimigiano, Lucca, Firenze og Pisa. De farvede stole ved poolen er off - de ødelægger den gode udsigt

- Claudia (8/5): - Sehr bequeme Betten und alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Receptionistin Serafina. Eine Nacht über der Küche verbracht! Sehr hellhörig das Doppelzimmer! Küchengeruch und Lärm auch von Küchenlüftung und Gesprächen. Mitarbeiter haben dort ihren Rauchplatz - geht gar nicht!! Rauch zieht in das Zimmer im ersten Stock plus Küchen/Fettgeruch. Wir bekamen dann ein anderes. Spa muss extra gemietet werden und kostet € 20,- pro Stunde. Sauberkeit lässt hier stark zu wünschen übrig. Wenn Whirlwanne zum Sprudeln aufhört, sieht man einen dunklen Schmierrand, obwohl Mitarbeiter sagt, dass nach jedem Gast gereinigt und desinfiziert wird…. Sehr abgelegen, keine Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Pool sehr klein.

- CarloCeruti (10/5): Posto incantevole, colazione ottima - Struttura molto bella ed accogliente sulle colline Toscane. Personale molto cortese e preparato Stanza confortevole e silenziosa. Il letto era una nuvola. Colazione molto buona e variegata. Struttura che sicuramente in periodi di alta stagione sarà meno abbordabile, ma non lo si può dire un difetto.

- Guariniello (8/5): - Stanza con vista molto accogliente: calda, grande e luminosa. Pulizia eccellente. Cena gustosa. Personale gentile e professionale. Migliorerei la SPA, soprattutto le temperature che erano troppo basse. Aggiungerei qualche torta fatta in casa alla colazione poiché era tutto poco artigianale.

The place itself was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The dinner was the best meal we had on our trip, and the breakfast was amazing as well. Highly recommended!
