• Ana (10/5): Perfect apartment with great location - Yes ; nice place and very good location The boiler; I can’t put this to work ; and we have cold water on the last 2 days . The only problem was the water , but is very good apartment and amazing location x

• Niknik77 (1/5): This place is a health hazard!” - Nothing! We found a mouse in the room, and the house had 12 mouse traps! The entrance was full of garbage, and the pillows were dirty! Despite all our complaints, their response was that we were lying just to get our money back. Meanwhile, Booking has been completely indifferent and didn’t help us at all in a very difficult situation.

• Sara (8/5): - Excelente localização com estação de metro e comboio mesmo em frente. Restaurantes, bares e supermercado a menos de 100mts. Bom espaço interior do apartamento, com 2 quartos e 2 casas-de-banho, o que é muito útil para uma família de 4. O andar de cima é muito agradável. As janelas do quarto que dão para a rua têm janela dupla o que reduz muito o nível de barulho pois é uma área bastante movimentada. Limpeza deficiente no geral e necessária alguma manutenção de electrodomésticos. Os sofás da sala deviam ser revistos. Deve ser informado que este apartamento fica num 3º andar sem elevador.

• Alexander (2/5): Bad experience. - I chose this hotel based on proximity to the office. Will never stay there again. Heat in the apartment was turned all the way up with no way to turn it off. Setting temperature on the thermostat did nothing. When I called the office to complain, nothing was done. It was 30C in the apartment, and sleeping with windows open across from Liverpool station is not an option. Too much noise. Never staying there again.

• Sonia (2/5): Not a good experience - Great location for the city. The cleaners are genuinely lovely and would say hello. A tiny, stuffy studio that was much smaller than it looked in the pictures. The kettle was broken and the owner repeatedly promised he would fix it but never organised it. The bed was uncmfortable. We stayed two weeks and were not offered a linen change at any point. The kitchen was poorly equipped.
• Sean (4/5): Price/Location 👍, the rest 👎 - Stay for the location and price, beware of the property and communication. Hot water was sparse. Unit wasn’t cleaned upon checkin, although the woman who ultimately cleaned was very sweet and clearly overworked. Other guests were noisy. Price and location are the only win here.
• Rebecca (8/5): Excellent, convenient location - Excellent Location. Literally across the street from Liverpool street station. Can be noisy, especially with sirens since the Bishopsgate police station is around the corner, but didn't really bother me. Would probably stay there again, but with no lift, I would ask for a lower level floor (I was on 3rd)
• Robert (3/5): Overpriced and disappointing - Pretty good location though noisy No working lock on the door. Curiously scruffy details - cheap and nasty lights, heating set to max heat, entry system not working. Bare bulb ceiling pendant. Grubby paintwork. Incompetent telephone support when we couldn’t get in. Would have been acceptable at half the price perhaps.
• Raquel (6/5): Given the excellent location and place was very convenient and clean, no issues - Location is excellent, right outside Liverpool Street station with plenty amenities on the door step The property in question is VERY different to the photos advertised on Booking.com - Appreciate they have different locations but still, it felt slightly misleading. The flat could do with a 'maintenance' revamp and fix some issues: dripping shower, some loose plug sockets, light switches, mattress upgrade, etc But overall fair.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Absolutely superb location directly opposite Liverpool street, easy to find and access however it obviously gets heavy usage and looks a bit tired in places. I was annoyed that despite having a bathtub they have prevented bathing by removing the tap for the bath function of the shower! Obviously a commercial rental run for profit.
• Rachel (5/5): Passable at best. - Location was great for the work venue our staff were attending. Easy to access the property with the given code. Beds were uncomfortable and could do with updating along with the general condition of the whole apartment. The shower was poor but was working , just. The whole place is tired and clearly needs an update for the cost of rental. Fell the extra charge for the use of the sofa bed at £40 for 1 night , as it is part of the accommodation. Even in London a set of bedding cant cost that much to wash.
• Harish (1/5): Delayed check-in, Apartment not cleaned, Kitchen utensils not clean, bins not clear, floor dirty - Location of the property was appropriate for me but rest everything was pathetic. Never again going to use or recommend City Apartments. In fact I am going to be actively discouraging my family/ friends to ever use it. I was given flat code to enter which did not work at the time of check-in. I had to call their customer service desk to get the new code.
• Nicola (6/5): Great location but lacking in atmosphere & facilities - Location was great No inside lock to the door, didn’t feel super secure esp as a lone traveller . Rear view from bedroom not great . Facilities were very basic. Not very homely- a bit depressing ! It was really (too) warm in the flat
• Helen (7/5): Ideal for the city of London, next to tube station, very small for more than one person. - Ideal location, quiet for London at night. Hole in bathroom ceiling, difficult shower and front door lock didn’t feel secure.
• Carly (7/5): Good - For the price we paid, this was a real gem. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate level with a lounge, kitchen and diner, right opposite Liverpool Street station, it was a fantastic place to stay with a small group. The apartment has a wonderful appearance of luxury but look a little closer and it's far from it. Everything very cheaply finished. However, overall, for a central london location, there is so much space in the apartment, it is still worth it, just don't expect "luxery"!

• Ioannidou (6/5): Disappointed - The position of the apartment was great, just outside the Liverpool underground station. It was warm and always had hot water. The little kitchen was well equipped. The room was considerably smaller than the described one. There wasn't elevator for the second floor. The WiFi did not work. There was a useless for us corridor without even a wall hanger. No wall hanger in the whole appartment.

• Liberty (7/5): overall it was an ok if staying for a short trip, biggest drawback was the stuffiness of unable to open windows - the location is good right in front of a station and plenty of food choices with a mini mart next to it too. our studio room have windows however cannot be opened and felt stuffy, there was no air-conditioning and we asked the staff if they could give us a fan but did not response.

It didn't have a seperate bedroom, which was a shame. But hte bed was good though and everything I needed was there, so i was happy

• Sonia (5/5): Will book again but I ensure to ask you détails of the flat before reserving - The location, the bed, the kitchen Tv not working. No lift so had to walk up 2 levels of stair with heavy luggage. Noise outside, front building wall on works and with builders around.
• Rebecca (9/5): Can't fault it. - For me easy to get to, easy to access, facilities were great, didn't use or need to access wifi. If for more than one person it is a great value for money option. If staying more than one night great to have separate rooms over a hotel room. Comfort, ease of access and location.

• Mirona (8/5): A very good value-for-money choice; we would definetely return :) - The location is absolutely perfect if you want to explore London. The underground is across the street and this makes moving around the city very easy. Checking in and out is smooth, as all necessary details are provided in due time. The apartment is relatively small and may feel, at times, a bit crowded - even for 2.
