- Seb (10/5): Absolutely loved our time at the sunrise house, can see why it has that name with the breath taking sunrises we got to t - We stayed here for UTA100, the location made it easy to travel back and forward from the race hub. Nothing, we thought it was beautiful.
- Lesley (10/5): A great base for visiting the Blue mountains in a faultless property. - Spacious, well provisioned, comfortable, wonderful views. Good location near the highway and a few shops. Bit chilly on arrival, perhaps the heating could be turned on/up before arrival. However, electric blankets on the beds helped.

However, the amount of sms plus email reminders that I received from both companies involved was excessive and decreased my enjoyment prior to arriving there.

- Anita (7/5): Good - it was a nice house with a great terrace and views it was clean and had a lot of space with comfortable beds. we were really disappointed that the fireplace was not meant to be used, and this was not mentioned when advertised. there were candles instead in the fireplace, which is not even close to the real fire. This was the main reason we picked this place as we wanted to experience sitting around a fireplace in winter.

Central heating timer was out A couple of missing doors meant sound travelled inside house Back door needs greasing badly.
- Donna (8/5): We enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being in our favour. - There was plenty of room for six adults and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The rear deck not having permanent coverage meant we could not enjoy it as much as we would have liked because it rained the whole time.
