• Ayano (10/5): 温かいお宿 - スタッフが親切に対応してくれた！ 朝ごはんもフルーツが付いてて美味しかった。 温かいシャワーも出てきた。 希望があれば、毎日部屋の掃除もしてくれた。 窓からの景色も山が見えて素敵だった。 マチュピチュチケット売り場やバスのチケット売り場からも近く、立地が最高！！ ワイナピチュ登る時に、朝ごはん用のランチボックスをお願いしてたんだけど、スタッフさんが寝坊？したみたいで、持っていけなかった。（代わりに宿に戻ってきてから、朝ごはんをいただけた。ありがとう！）早朝は誰もスタッフがおらず、玄関の開け方がわからなかったので、少し焦ったがフロントの電話からコンタクトが取れたので、無事に外に出れた。

• Jia (5/5): Overall passable for one night stay. - 10/10 location, great breakfast Poor ventilation, especially when my room was facing internal building/the storage room and the kitchen. The pillows were smelly. Poor sound proof.

I spent one night in a room with no window to the outside: instead one that was facing the corridor and one facing a sofa in the same corridor hence NO PRIVACY. curtains werent really non-see-through. there was barely natural light. windows were very difficult to lock which is not comforting as a solo woman traveller. bedsheets were dirty and the staff made me feel like i was exaggerating and at first didnt want to change them. the shower was barely a drizzle and COLD which is really not what you need after a long day. when i contacted the owner and sent fotos/videos to ask for a part refund he didnt even reply. i was very disappointed and wondered how this place survives given the competition.

Skręcasz w lewo i za dwie minuty masz autobusy na Machu Picchu. 6 minut do dworca kolejowego. Pokój czysty i wygodny jak na zdjęciach. Obsługa wspaniała. Możesz zostawić bagaż przed wyprawą na Machu Picchu. Śniadanie rewelacja, ponad standardy jak wszędzie. Jestem zachwycony mimo ceny ale to takie Peruwiańskie Davos :)

• CAROLINE (9/5): - Présence d'une sèche-cheveux particulièrement utile. L'hôtel est bien placé (proximité des bus, de l'antenne du ministère de la culture). Le personnel est sympathique. La perceuse à minuit ainsi qu'à minuit et demi et les coups de marteau. Les voisins de palier ont également été bruyants mais ils se sont vite fait réprimander par un autre occupant.

Nice people work here. People at the front desk is very nice and helpful, but they are always very busy; maybe they need a bigger staff

• Stefanie (9/5): Gutes Hotel - Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und das Personaö sehr freundlich. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Am Abreisetag konnte kein Frühstück/Lunchpaket vorbereitet werden, da es zu früh war. Frühstück gibt es ab 05:00 Uhr, wir hätten es um 04:50 Uhr benötigt.

• Karina (5/5): - its great location, dont expect much regardless average high ratings well, it was not properly cleaned. bedsheets were not white as they should be. dont want to undermind work that ladies are doing there. i was traveling with friend and we stayed in separate rooms, after first night got bitten by some insect ( just me , nothing on my friend) , explained my concerns to administration and asked to change a room and they said they fully booked. did not find any proofs of insects that could bite in the room so could have been coincidence, but it was nasty 15 bites. no one could talk in English and manage situation from administration.

They have hot water which really help after walking from machu pichu. Just be aware this place access is using stairs. I got room in the 4th floor. No water provided in the room

Tivemos um pequeno problema no check in pois estávamos com muita pressa e a máquina de cartão não estava funcionando bem. Nosso quarto ainda não estava disponível embora já estivesse na hora para check in e cada hora um funcionário continuava nosso atendimento de check in. Não há elevador.

• Jen (2/5): Unclean and be wary of extortionate late check out fees - Good location, friendly staff (until check out), decent breakfast. Bedroom was very unclean, blanket was very dirty along with the pillows, shower unpredictable. Breakfast finishes at 8am but only starts at 6am so if up early to machu picchu miss it. We asked for late checkout (2hrs), were told that was fine (no fee requested) and hung around reception/ the room to be told that we owed them $30usd for the privilege as we were leaving for the train hours after we had left the room. This ruined the experience for us.

Personal amable nos recogió en la parada del tren y nos permitieron dejar equipaje guardado después de check out. El desayuno correcto. Buen lugar por relación calidad precio para pernoctar para la visita a Machu Pichu. Horario desayuno (5:30-8:00) se podría ampliar un poco más.

Camas confortáveis, café da manhã bom (começam a servir bem cedo por causa do passeio até Machu Picchu). Localização bem boa, próxima da praça da cidade, da estação ferroviária. Podemos deixar a bagagem guardada, sem custo,até a volta do passeio e esperar a hora do trem no hall. Custo um pouco mais alto que nas demais cidades que ficamos. No mais, ótimo hotel. • Juan (8/5): Friendly, and great located. - Nice simple hotel, the staff was really friendly. All the essentials like hot water, nightlight, powersocket, dark curtains were there. The breakfast was included, and starts at 05:30 to accomadate early start to Machu picchu. The hotel is on the corner of the busstop to machu picchu, and a couple of min walk from the train station. Nothing to complain.
• Laura (5/5): Aceptable, creo que hay hoteles mejores en Aguas Calientes. - Estaba bien ubicado, cerca de donde salen los autobuses para subir al Machu Picchu. Y las vistas desde la habitación estaban bien. Es muy antiguo, el baño se atascaba constantemente y las instalaciones estaban algo descuidadas. El personal del hotel era seco y tenían un actitud bastante pasiva, echamos en falta una mayor disposición por parte del personal para ayudar o anticiparse a las necesidades de los huéspedes.
