Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, w kuchni niczego nie brakuje, oprócz tego żelazko, deska do prasowania, w łazience płyny do kąpieli, włosów i mydełka. Przecudny widok z balkonu na morze i góry. Wygodne łóżko, poduszki i kołderki a do tego fantastyczny zapach pościeli 😊 dwa dni zastanawialismy się co tak pachnie w pokoju a to była pościel 😊 nie było nic takiego

• Mugurel (9/5): A fost o vacanță superbă! - Este un apartament cochet, prietenos. Are o terasă plină de verdeață: vița de vie, un măslin, un rodier, o plantă mare de aloe Vera și un lămâi. Gazdele sunt deosebit de amabile si le mulțumim! Noi am fost patru persoane iar când ne întorceam de la plajă și făceam duș , nu era suficientă apă caldă. Cred ca e nevoie de un boiler de capacitate mai mare.

Sehr freundliche,hilfsbereite Besitzer. Es hatte einen gedeckten PP dazu. Die Wohnung liegt ca 5Min. zu Fuss von der langen Strandpromenade entfernt. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. -

• Pauline (8/5): Great stay, we recommend !! - Very clean studio with all the commodities. The view on the balcony is amazing. Very good location to visit budva, becici, sveti Stefan by foot. Close to many restaurants and the beach. (Be careful, quite steep road to reach the flat) You could add a little lamp on the night table or another light to dim the apartment and not use the ceiling lights. The curtains on the windows don't hide the sun, thus it makes us wake very very early in the morning.

The host was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - 5 minutes walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to the grocery store. • Matt (10/5): Top notch - class! - The accommodation is top notch. Really clean, excellent appliances. A lot of love has gone into this place. Boris, the owner, was extremely helpful and hospitable. Hospitality makes a place and I found the welcome to be second to none. I highly recommend this place. Great that there is clearly reserved parking. Old Town of Budva is about a 45 minute walk. Becici Beach just 5 minutes away. There's a small shop close by (although the owners and workers there are as miserable as sin!)

• Verified traveler (8/5): Better than expected near Budva - We asked for a late checkout and the host informed it would cost 30e which we planned on paying, but were never charged the amount. The host then accused us of having planned to not pay and I tried explaining that it was a misunderstanding because he never told us to leave cash. I thought per the usual Hotels.com process that the additional cost would be billed through this company and our bill would be settled but the host did not add the cost and we had already left the country thinking we were charged through hotels.com as that has been the custom with all the years that I’ve used hotels.com. There was very little communication with the host and he did greet us and allowed us to enter the property an hour before the regular check-in and for that I am grateful. Not the comfiest of furniture, but compared to the scam we had experienced the day before this place was palacial. Not very friendly area or neighbors and the host did a lot of assuming and name calling after we checked out and then we realized he hadn’t charged us. Again, I tried explaining we didn’t know it had to be paid in cash, we thought the late checkout was going to be toggled to our bill and he never communicated the need to leave cash. Other than having a generally judgmental presence throughout our stay, he and his family were ok. Again, accommodations were ok, kitchen stock was poor to barely fairly stocked for basic cooking, very short 5min hot showers were necessary, hot water wait of an hour.

• Anonymous (9/5): Have great opportunities and great view in the room - Room looks like in the photo. Great sea view at the balcony. Very clean room and change towel in every 2 days. He’s really kind and helped us to boat tour for Blue Cave. Actually bed was good but one side of bed was sunk. When you lie down your hip side was little bit sunk. But the other side was good. I think he’ll handle with this problem. No such think except this.

• Tugce (7/5): Accommodation experience in Budva - It was quite close to Budva and the Budva beaches. Having a private car park made it much easier for us to park. The host was very helpful and accommodated all our needs. The wall between the rooms are very thin. One of the rooms is quite dark and have bad sound isolation. Because the apartment is located on the ground floor and the rooms don’t get a lot of sunlight, it gets a bit cold. We didn't have a problem with this as our trip was in the summer, but it can be a bit cold in other seasons. The apartment does not have any door, it provides an exit by locking the balcony door. Although these security measures bothered us, we did not have any problems.

Restaurants are also reached in 10 minutes ( directly by the beach). Parkplace in front of hotel. Room was clean and the new towells was changed every day. Well done !
