Great location for shopping and only around 8 minutes walk to the bus stop in and out of the city. No kettle and no cutlery or crockery (just 2 disposable paper cups)

This hotel doesn't disappoint. The only thing i didnt like about the hotel is the parking, seems not to be enough parking spaces available especially for a big truck that I used this time around.

Needed to leave for airport at that time. They wouldn't allow me to just grab a roll for the road. Sit down service only.....

Sindri Geir (9/5): I will return on next layover - The staff was great! I had trouble at check-in because of an issue with my card. They handlet it perfectly. The breakfast was good and the staff was super nice. For a layover it was perfect, the gym and the pool were good.

Tiffany (4/5): I had poor experiences during my last 2 stays, unfortunately. - Good breakfast, clean rooms, great location. Noise coming from plumbing was repeatedly not addressed and as a result, had terrible sleep. I reached out to management multiple times and have not heard back.

Deenesh (9/5): Overall stay was good. - Overall stay was good. Decent location, good breakfast, great facilities (we used the pool and was very well maintained), decent room size. Location is accessible to good food options and right next to a mall, airport, and highway. Finding a parking spot was tough as it resides adjacent to an apartment complex, and you have to pay for overnight parking.

Bärbel (9/5): - Das Hotel ist etwas weiter weg vom Flughafen (Kosten für Uber nicht ganz unerheblich), ist aber sehr gut geeignet für eine Übernachtung vor dem Weiterflug. Wir konnten um 21.40 noch lecker im Hotel-Restaurant essen und hatten eine mega freundliche Bedienung. Das Frühstück am Morgen war für uns absolut in Ordnung.
Melody H (10/5): If you're flight gets canceled, book here! - The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the coffee was good. The only thing that I didn't like was that the restaurant downstairs was a little pricey. However the food was very good.
Damian (7/5): Close to shopping mall - It was close to the airport and a shopping mall The front desk charge me $50 as a security deposit. they didn’t tell me about it until when I checked my card there was a different amount than what I’ve booked for a night so had to back from my room to the front desk and ask them about it. One of the housekeeper she was so rude and mean to me when I asked her that I need extra towels. Breakfast has to improve with was so horrible. Orange juice, one small glass per serving and you have to buy coffee. I have to pay for parking whenever I go to any hotel I never paid for a parking.

Chrystal (7/5): Clean and comfortable but not worth the price. - Very clean and comfortable, nice location. The parking situation is atrocious. Wish they had valet options for how bad it was. The breakfast was also pretty terrible. It’s pretty expensive so would at leafy hope for good food.

Eric Chatelain (9/5): Hôtel incontournable si on stop à Seattle pour quelques jours - Excellent hôtel, rapport qualité prix avec une situation géographique extraordinaire, 7 km de l'aéroport et surtout à cinq minutes à pied d'un immense Mail pour les amateurs de shopping. Notre vol était à 20h et nous avons pu garder la chambre jusqu'à 13 heures. Et ensuite les gentilles réceptionniste.(qui parlait très bien français.) a pu nous garder nos bagages jusqu'à l'arrivée de notre TAXI.

We had some very noisy guests staying in the same floor and kept us up for a good portion of the night. We also smelled pot as well.

Amie (9/5): Nice hotel, good restaurant, terrible free breakfast - The hotel was nice. It was modern and the decor was pleasing. They accommodated us to have both our rooms next to each other. Staff was very friendly. The food and drinks in the restaurant was surprisingly very good. The voucher breakfast was awful. There wasn't even coffee and hot water available. It was buffet style, but you had to wait for someone to bring you a plate. No hot tub. :( :( :(
