Kitanovska (10/5): Amazing view, amazing host - Very clean and very beautiful terrace view. The owner was very nice he let us stay a bit later than checkout hours, was responding very fast, and gave us a bottle of wine, which was a very nice gesture and was very tasty. The location was a bit far from the city, so having a car is a must (5 km from old town), and also it is located on a very high hill with a narrow road.

MUSTAFA (3/5): Difficult location, far away from the beach like 2,5 km mountain way! No public transportation. - Host picked us up from the bus station, helped us to commute a few times. Helped us with shopping. Even though it looks like very close to beach, it is too far from the beach, extremely difficult to get to to Budva center as there is no public transportation, you should have your own car or try to walk which is too challenging in hot weather. Walking roads are too stiff, on the hills by the mountain. WiFi connection is not sufficient.

Darren (10/5): - An excellent apartment - comfy bed, hot shower and a balcony with a wonderful view of jaz beach and beyond. Hosts were excellent and took me to a shop on the first evening and gave me bus details. Its at the top of a hill so ideal if you have a car
Fatih (10/5): - Manzarası olağanüstüydü. Budva ve Kotor arasında kaldığı için konumu çok iyiydi. Evin hemen altında bulunan Jaz plajında sabahları denize girmek çok keyifliydi. Marinovic bize çok yardımcı oldu. Tüm sorularımıza titizlikle ve ilgili bir şekilde kısa sürede döndü. Kaldığımız yer temizdi ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak her şey vardı. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Tekrar gelirsek burada kalacağız.

Zsolt (9/5): - Nyugodt, csendes helyen van. Nagyon szép a kilátás a tengerre. Az apartmant körbe veszi nagyon sok, szép növény. Van saját parkolója, ami Budva környékén nagy kincs. Jól felszerelt apartman. Fel kell készülni, hogy meredek utcákon kell felmenni az autóval. Kényelmetlen rugós ágyak. Az erkély ajtókra jó lenne szúnyoghálót felrakni, az éjszakai szellőztetés során berepülnek, berepültek a különböző bogarak (sáska, darázs).

The apartment is very comfortable and affordable and right next to a beautiful beach. If you want to visit the town often transport links are non-existent so would recommend hiring a car, but if you want a lovely spot by one of the best beaches this is that

Julian (10/5): Nice view of the bay. - The apartment was clean and had wonderful views of the bay. Individual air conditioning in each room that worked well. The balcony also had a nice sun canopy that shaded you from the midday sun. Nice welcoming from the host and very helpful. The location was nice and quiet but a long way from anywhere. You had to drive or get a taxi to a restaurant or beach.
Lujain (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the location of the appartment, it was very clean and the host Mr. Marinovic was super nice and great company. He helped us to go to the city and where should we go, he aslo helped us in renting a car to be able to move around easily. In short it was great and huge pleasure to stay there and most certainly will come back in the same place and will definitely recommend to anyone going to Budva.

Amazing little balcony over looking - Amazing spot with an incredible view of the beach and surrounding landscape. Facilities were great and it was a nice quiet area for us in an evening. Klaudia (10/5): It was great time and holiday. - The apartment is located in beautiful and quiet area. The view from terrace is amazing. The owners are very nice and helpful people.
Apollonia (7/5): Okay place - The view and the cleanliness. Very basic /old amenities, some odd cables are hanging out of the wall dont look very safe. The boiler didnt work on the first day and we were not told that there was a shared bathroom just next door luckily we found it which was a lifesaver after a 12 hour journey to the property. The boiler was fixed by the end of the daybut we continued using the other bathroom the next day for which the owner told us off in a very insulting/rude way. Also, we had 1.5 roll of toiletpaper for the whole week.

No kettle , toaster or iron. No local supermarket within walking distance. No tourist information in the apartment. Beautiful Jaz beach is within walking distance down the hill o to t Dow L. L.
