Prezzo troppo alto per i servizi dati. - Ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile il centro di Vevey (anche a piedi) Purtroppo varie cose: la pulizia della camera che non avviene ogni giorno, gli asciugamani non cambiati per tre giorni, l’assenza di un comodo parcheggio o comunque di una convenzione con l’hotel-comune per parcheggiare e la colazione non inclusa.

• sQuola (7/5): - Am Abend haben wir ein sehr gutes Nachtessen im Restaurant einnehmen können. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Der Aufenthalt hat uns grundsätzlich gefallen. Leider war das Frühstück erst ab 08:30 Uhr zugänglich. Als Ersatz haben wir zumindest einen Käsesandwich aber erhalten. Relativ enge Zimmer

• Jana (5/5): - Schönes Zimmer Wenn man die Adresse auf Google eingibt, landet man an einem anderen Ort. Das Frühstück war laut Buchung inbegriffen. Wir wurden dann zu einer Bäckerei geschickt, die nichts davon wusste, dass wir bei ihnen frühstücken, also mussten wir selber bezahlen. Auf meine Nachricht über Booking erhielt ich nie eine Antwort. Nach einem E-Mail wurde das Geld dann zurückerstattet. Das war etwas kompliziert.

Il y a eu un malentendu sur l'heure d'arrivée et la procédure d'accueil, mais l'hôtel a très bien réagi et nous a offert le petit déjeuner en échange. • Serena (3/5): Frustrierend und enttäuschend - Von aussen wäre es theoretisch ein hübschen altes Häuschen in der Altstadt. Wir haben während des Aufenthalts keine einzige Hotel-angestellte Person zu Gesicht bekommen. Das war geisterhaft. Das vorbestellte Frühstück gab es nicht, alles war zu. Erst auf meine telefonische Anfrage hin erfuhr ich, dass kein Personal aufgeboten werden konnte.

• Arthur (5/5): Felt more like a hostel or a bnb than a hotel - The location is nice and there is a big parking lot a few hundred meters from the hotel. Although I got a message from the property that the checkin is available at 17:00, nobody was there. I had to call several times to end with a family dad still dealing with his children. I am then greeted by a friendly man offering an orange juice to me and the other couple waiting just like me. Yet the man is wearing shorts and flipflops. The room was ok. The shower hose was severely deteriorated. The beds were half done, much like in a hostel. I got no instruction on the checkout. Tried to call, left a message, got no answer whatsoever. I left the room open with the key on it. Overall I had a roof to sleep yes, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel outside of a pure utilitarian stay when nothing else more professional is available.
• Wittenberg (8/5): Aufenthalt angenehm und entspannt, gute Anbindung, hat Spaß gemacht. - Das Hotel selbst ist ein schönes altes Hotel mit Charme. Die Angestellten waren sehr feundlich, das Frühstück gut, speziellr Wünsche werden, wenn möglich, umgehend erfüllt. Das Restaurant scheint auch gut und beliebt bei Einheimischen, für uns selbst hat es sich nicht ergeben, dort zu essen, deshalb hier keine echte Erfahrung. Die Anbindung (man kann in 12 min bequem zur Bahnstation laufen, aber es hält auch ein Bus vor der Tür), ab Bahnhof geht es alle 10 min nach Montreux, Busverbindung nach Montreux gibt es auch, dieser Bus hat sogar unweit des Hotels Endstation. Für uns alles in allem den Preis wert. Es gibt nich immer einen Ansprechpartner, die Rezeption ist erst ab 11 Uhr besetzt, dann ist man meist schon unterwegs. Die Matratzen waren bequem aber waren gezeilt rutschten auf dem Lattenrost, der eigentlich qualitativ gut war, nach aussen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

• Alexandra (7/5): Idyllic house surrounded by vineyards - Very personal, small house next to a church and the Chaplin park, idyllic! Room had a tea kettle and condements. Despite room being next to the restaurant, it closed already at 11pm and was very quiet (with earplugs at least!). Lovely personell! Wide restaurant assortment. 6min to the Vevey train station with bus. Fan available but can imagine it being hot in the summer... If you dont use earplugs the church might wake you up early! Pillows a bit too soft.

• Vanessa (6/5): Peut mieux faire - L'emplacement, la terrasse. D'arriver à l'hôtel et d'être 2 à avoir le même n° de chambre. Les joints de la salle de bain(moisi), la literie ressort qui couinent et a certainement assez vécu(matelas), l'acoustique (on entend tout les pas, les WC, les ventilations des autres clients). Le ptit dej (prix vu ici 12.-) et devoir payer 15.- pour du très très basique.

Non abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo perchè arrivati dopo cena ma era molto invitante. La domenica mattina non si serve la colazione ma a pochissimi minuti a piedi ci è stata consigliata dal gentilissimo ragazzo della reception una bakery con ottimi croissant e caffetteria
