- CarolM2313 (6/5): Cute but tiny. - The tiniest room ever! If you are more than average size folks beware. Clean, refurbished and well appointed. Toaster, kettle, microwave, electric blankets etc. Fortunately we had packed overnight bags and were able to leave our suitcases in the car because there really was no room for them.

My partner and I were booked to stay 2 nights but only stayed until 3am the first night due to a family emergency. I contacted them later that morning to inform them that we no longer needed the second night. Even with the late notice. They refunded our second night. Very clean rooms with comfortable bed and the shower was great after a long day. Highly recommend

Good value for money. - Modern & cosy, renovated rooms & bathrooms set near the Centre of town with everything you might want all in walking distance. We booked direct with motel for a great price. Staff friendly, helpful with good service. Even though it’s close to CBD the motel was very quiet. It’s in a central location to all the attractions a short drive away.

Carpet could do with cleaning though, does smell quite strong, and the shower drainage needs good cleaning to get rid of smell. Maybe I just have a super strong nasal senses or it was particularly warm day that the smell surfaced, but did affect my ability to sleep. Breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Right behind McD. Parking plenty.

- Gene (8/5): Location, location, location. - A very comfortable good-sized room. The motel is in an outstanding location. A few meters from the centre of the Main Street. Whatever Young has to offer is only a minute or two away.
- Jonathan (8/5): - Easy to find and right on the edge of town with easy walking to key shops. We wondered if traffic noise would be a problem, but didn't hear a thing all night. Clean and convenient. Our room had new modern bathroom so was very nice.

- Jill (8/5): The ups and the downs. - At arrival, service was friendly. Parking was in a laneway beside all the units so only one car was next to their room. Room and bathroom were clean and welcoming. Airconditioner was really good and silent. Two bedside lamps that DIDN'T work so i went to office to get them fixed but it was closed 3/4hr before advertised closing time. Bathroom floor was VERY slippery, a shower floor mat helped in the shower area but was no help on the rest of the floor. Coffee and tea supplied bit it was AWFUL. I drink instant coffee all the time but it was the worst. The complimentary continental breakfast was very good and the coffee and tea there were good. Front desk staff at checkout were good. Overall it was a good sleep but there was a fair bit of outside noise that could be heard but it quietened down later in the night.

Driving past this motel I thought I saw a cheap and nasty hotel, but I trusted all the reviews and booked a night, to unseen. 10 out of 10 $110 for a very clean comfortable room. Yes very small but it had everything we needed . We left too early for complimentary breakfast, but there was a kettle toaster and microwave in the room Highly recommend if only staying a night

Its right in town and close to the Services Club where the meals are really good. We'd stay here again..

The motor inn looks kind of just like any motor inn, until you open the door to your room! Our room was spacious, comfortable, decorated with care and style and the bathroom in particular, was huge!! The shower was wonderful! Heating kept us warm on a cool night. Walking distance to the main street. Free breaky in the morning to fill our tummies before we hit the road. McDonald's next door for coffee was convenient too.

- Matt (10/5): - Very cheap price and expected much less. However, had a reasonable, clean and decent size room with en-suite, kettle, toaster, good pillows and a continental breakfast thrown in. This consists of a tray with cereal, 2 pieces of raisin bread butter and milk delivered at around 6pm the night before and you prepare yourself in the morning. Saves a lot of hassle and money going out for breakfast. Accom is close to everything. Host was down to earth friendly bloke. The lower price allowed us to go out for a nice meal at the Soldiers club. Next to a McDonalds if you want to waste your money on junk food. I recommend sampling the whiskey at Bluestill Distllery $35 for a bottle of Bentleys. Loved Young and the countryside.
- Mark (6/5): 1night in Young - Rooms are quite small but ok.Bed comfortable, ac good, bathroom renovated nice.But, walls are paperthin and it’s in a laneways that’s shares with Maccas driveway so don’t expect to sleep in. Good value for a cheap overnight stay, but wouldn’t be here much longer than that.

Smallish refurbished room with comfortable bed and a good shower. Bit noisy in the morning with early starters, rubbish removal and the street sweeper! Complimentary continental breakfast is included in the tariff. Good for an overnight stay.

The noise seemed to be coming from a plant room or laundry perhaps. Pipes and taps were turning on and off every minute. A very unpleasant experience.

An older hotel but with renovated rooms with modern decor, wonderful shower and a simple breakfast included. We appreciated the microwave and perfect outside sitting area just outside the door. Warm welcome from hosts. Recommended
- roskocurtin (8/5): Very comfortable - This is a great value and very comfortable little motel. The room is done up nice. I recommend this for. Stop. And the continental break was a great extra. Convenient location too. Don’t judge the boom by its cover. Great hospitality.

- suebsydney (10/5): Great place to stay - We stayed in this centrally located motel in June 2020. We slept in and missed breakfast unfortunately, but the room and bed was warm and comfortable, and the shower was enormous! I think what sets it apart is that it is decorated really well so didn't seem like your average boring looking motor inn. I loved it and we would happily stay there again. I had lost a purse over the weekend which I didn't notice until I was back in Sydney the following day, and the staff spent some time searching the room thoroughly and even checked the gardens for me around our room.

- F8518ZJjaneb (8/5): Cosy Haven When Passing Through. - The Townhouse in Young was clean, warm and comfortable. Perfect for a pitstop on the way. Room was smallish but great value for money. A little noisy at the be ginning but this soon settled and it was easy to sleep in this warm and cosy haven. (It was a very chilly night) Plenty of food options for dinner close at hand. But the one thing that sets this motel room apart from the rest is that it has the best shower in Australia. Large, sensationally clean and a fabulous, hot powerful stream of water. It was magnificent.

I had stayed in Young a week before and this was not a genuine booking. Will not use this method ever again and will go to Social Media advising others not to use Expedia.com.au
