Long (9/5): Overall the stay has been very pleasant and great value for money. Thank you! - I booked the Family Room for 3 nights because I wanted a room with its own non-shared bathroom. The unit is spacious and accurately reflected in the photos. I did not cook (therefore can’t comment on anything related to preparing meals in-house), but I used the fridge and the washing machine – both worked perfectly. Hot water always available 24/7, no issues at all in this regard. The building is not the newest so I wouldn’t call the unit ‘sparkling’ clean, but it was satisfactorily clean and well-maintained. Location is very convenient – Komitas Avenue is a famous road with all types of shops, restaurants, banks, etc. Komitas and the surrounding area are uphill, whereas the old town and Republic Square are downhill. A car ride (via GG or Yandex Go) to Republic Square takes ~15min and should cost ~1000-1600 AMD. I don’t know about distance to the airport because I came and left by van via Abovyan Street, which is near Republic Square. The hostess is very courteous and helpful. Wifi worked well but is not so fast; maybe it’s because the Family Room is on the ground floor, while most other rooms are upstairs. The hand shower doesn’t seem to fit into the designated shower holder (size/diameter mismatch). Thus, one needs to hold the hand shower while showering.

Tool (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly host, helped us with a smooth check in and check out. Room is spacious and warm. Bathroom okay. Location is good. Highly recommended.
Al (6/5): Affordable and comfortable but washroom needs renovation - There is air-conditioning. Check-in procedure is done remotely and host is responsive by call and WhatsApp. There is a monitor screen that you may use if you intend to connect your laptop via HDMI. Bathroom / toilet works fine and has water heating and bidet, but the look is scary and dirty. The water pump motor is literally next to the toilet bowl and you will start to worry about getting electrocuted by the electrical wirings inside.
Kobidze (7/5): Good - The staff was really nice. Keep in mind that the hotel is quite far from the center so you have to use a car or public transport. Also there is only one wc and bathroom for 5 rooms.
Aneta (8/5): Very good - It's a good stay if you like to use it to explore Yerevan and you need just place to sleep, they also allowed us to park motorbike behind gate.

Александр (1/5): Awful service. Disgusting place. - Nothing Disgusting and dirty WC and Bath. And nobody clean it from day today. Dirty rooms, smell of cigarettes , stinky bed clothes. When I checked in nobody met me, and I had to call to administrator to check in, and she wasn’t at hostel at working time. So… Administrator come with her children and they play in empty rooms while she is working and ofc she hasn’t changed it or clean. And you hear all your neighbors like they are in from of you. And one more thing : I booked room by booking.com, and had to pay by card, administrator said to pay by cash in property and cancel booking not to pay % for booking. Not recommend at all. To be honest I’d like to close this place.

Andrei (2/5): Не советую никому - Пришлось сразу оплатить при бронировании, не удобно, так как ехал туда в первый раз. заплатил за одни сутки. При заезде спросили, буду ли я продлевать, я сказал, что могу об этом сказать только на следующий день, они согласились, но на следующий день показали мне на дверь. Единственный плюс, созвонились с другим отелем и вызвали машину оттуда, которая меня перевезла.
