The location is wonderful, within walking distance of both the center and the beach.The owner Maria is very hospitable. The thing that was really annoying was that there were a lot of mosquitoes even during the day.

• Costi (9/5): Placut. - Villa Maria e destul de aproape de plaje,circa 5 minute de mers pe jos,in zonă sunt si magazine,restaurante,statiunea e relativ mică,deci totul e in apropiere,preturi mai mici decât in statiunea vecina Hanioti,care e si ceva mai dezvoltată.Plaja si apa fac toti banii,plaja e cam ingustă insă ai de unde alege,zone cu șezlonguri precum si zone cu cearceafuri. Acustica camerei lasă de dorit,sunt usi vechi din lemn si din cauza asta se aude dintr-o cameră in alta inclusiv ce vorbesti.Baia super simplă,la duși nu există nici un suport de sapunuri ,lenjeria nu se schimbă deloc,bucataria dotata modest,o plita electrică ,frigider incapator si ceva veselă.

• Evangelia (10/5): - Πολύ ευρύχωρα και καθαρά δωμάτια σε κεντρική τοποθεσία. Η παραλία είναι προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια, όπως και τα μαγαζιά του χωριού. Στα θετικά επίσης ότι υπάρχει και πάρκινγκ στην αυλή του συγκροτήματος. Η οικοδεσποινα φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Όλα ήταν άψογα!

• Daniele (10/5): - Posizione ottima e struttura accogliente, non di lusso ma con tutto il necessario e molto pulita. La struttura ha un parcheggio interno che è indispensabile considerata la zona. Host fantastica, ho fatto due pagamenti per errore ed il giorno dopo è venuta a ridarmi i soldi del secondo pagamento senza alcun problema. A voler trovare qualcosa che non va, Il parcheggio strutturato male: c’è spazio per una macchina per appartamento ma occorre mettersi d’accordo con gli altri ospiti per non rischiare di rimanere bloccati. Nulla di insuperabile.

• Megi (9/5): Great place to stay in Polychrono, would come again - Great place! Very clean, big enough for four people, and with two balconies, along with a communal garden. The host was very responsive, and the location was perfect. We didn't have hot water at times, but the host responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue :)

• Simona (9/5): Very nice stay at low price - The location is close to the beach(max. 5 min walk); - The appartments are spacious(can easily accomodate 4 adults); - The host is super kind and welcoming; The water pressure went down in the afternoon, but it might be related to the water infrastructure and not the accomodation itself;
• Alina (10/5): Very nice stay - close to the beach, parking available - Everything was perfect. We've been visiting Polihrono since 2016, so we were aware of the location and overall facilities. This time we went with our family, so we booked Villa Maria as it had the patio, the barbecue, close to the beach as well. The apartment had everything we needed - fridge, plenty of space to cook and eat, AC. Maria was very nice, always available if needed. Last, but not least, the location had free parking inside the patio, and this is very hard to find. -

The neighborhood is calm, villa is next to the center and to all the shops. Speaking of relaxation, the accommodations at Villa Maria were simply outstanding. My room was tastefully decorated, exuding a coastal charm that perfectly complemented the surroundings. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the comfortable bed and plush linens to the thoughtfully curated amenities. I particularly loved the private balcony/terrace where I can have sun during the mornings and nice shadow during hot day. Cant wait to come next year there!
