Guest Reviews
- Luis Breuel (9/5): Seguro, cómodo y bien ubicado.
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Bianca (6/5): Pleasant -
- Francesco_cusin (9/5): Quick trip to Roma - Great host, good location if you don't fancy living "next to the Vatican or the Colosseo" and the room was cozy.
- Jimmy1977ad (9/5): I realise that I ramble on a lot 😉 - I was in Italy for the 6 Nations game for Ireland's final match,
I did not want to be in the centre of the city, so I booked closer to the Stadio Olimpico for convenience.
Found this little gem in a quiet area with great amenities close by and easy access to public transport (literally got a bus (46) from the top of the street to the Colosseum).
Being a tourist, I did not require much from the room, other than comfort and a good night sleep, as we were out first thing every morning.
The room was generous and spacious, clean, and had its own bathroom, we had access to a kitchen, too, if we required so.
The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, and although both of our language skills were below par (thankfully, her English was way better than my non-existent Italian), we crossed all the T's and dotted the I's.
I hope I get the chance soon to return to Italy, as it is just a magnificent country and the people are brilliant too and, if I do I will happily stay here again!
Pace e amore, Jimmy 💚🇮🇹🇮🇪💚 Don't trust GOOGLE maps, their distances are straight lines!
- Apostolos (5/5): Enough space and clean, expensive, too much noise from the surrounding room not good communication -
- Sridhar (9/5): Superb -
- Ugnė (8/5): Very good -
- Jefferson (8/5): Very good -
- Cheuk (8/5): Very good - The landlord is so friendly. Even our night flight delayed, she won’t mind waiting. And the room is clean.
- Yusif (8/5): Very good -
- Mohsen (8/5): Very good -
- Lacin (7/5): Good - Cleanliness and host Location and bathroom
- Arun (8/5): Very good -
- Monica (10/5): Exceptional - The room was good, the owner is so nice and helpful. The location. It is a little far away and on weekends the bus are hard to take.
- Flora (7/5): Spacious room at a nice calm part of Rome, close to busses and trains. - Simple breakfast in a restaurant close to the property. Mattrecces are a bit hard
- Matěj (6/5): For that price its good, best breakfast ever. - BEST little bit of hot water, and not as cozy as pictured
- Thi (9/5): Superb - The room was spacious and nice decor. The landlord was very helpful and supportive during our stay
- Ionut (9/5): Superb -
- Sangeetha (10/5): A very decent location. Well located safe residential area. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast option in a ne - Cleanliness
- Andreea (8/5): Very good - The host was very nice and helpful, she offers help regarding the facilities and flexible with the checkin.
The place was clean. The description says that a breakfast is provided but the breakfast was only a croissant and a coffee offered in a caffee nearby.
The bedroom is directly next to the common toilet, the walls are thin and the noises are disturbing especially early in the morning.
- 俊樺 (10/5): Exceptional - Owner was very kind, room was clean and there were some other functions in the public space. Nothing
- Nurul (9/5): Sweet owner, wonderful stay - The owner is super nice! Our train were delayed and we reached the place at 3am and she was so nice about it. There is an elevator in the building but you still have to drag your bags up a few stairs.
The room is comfortable and air conditioned. We got some meal coupon for a cafe near by but exchanged them for snacks and drinks which is a deal for us. There is washing machine and a kitchen which is shared with other people in the apartment.
There is a bus stop 3min walk from the place and a lot of restaurants and cafes around. Dont forget to hang the do not disturb card on your door if you dont want your room to be cleaned. We forgot ours and the cleaner kinda cleaned everything. And i mean EVERYTHING, folded our clothes, repacked our bags, laundry. Felt a bit violated but still fault on our behalf lol.
- Markuss (9/5): Superb -
- Chinemelum (8/5): Very good -
- Akash (10/5): Exceptional - The landlady was the best. She was very helpful in every situation. Even though we had a tight schedule with early check out and late check in, she was fine with everything and was very helpful. It was a very comfortable trip for the 3 of us. 😄
- Eliza (6/5): Nice and cool for a hot day but a bit random for actually visiting Rome. - The aircon was a life saver, considering we stayed here on one of the hottest days of the year. The place is very clean. The location wasn’t great. By public transport about an hour out of Rome, although that’s probably our fault for not checking on maps. Checkin not super clear either had to call host to inform her that we had arrived, and could not enter without her. Host also slightly confusing, got annoyed at us for using the washing machine despite being listed as an amenity on booking.com.
- Ilenia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charlotte (7/5): nice enough - location was okay in relation to the conference I was attending.
room was nice.
owner was very friendly the bathroom smelled a little musty.
italian breakfast - so no fruit.
not a b&b - it's a converted apartment.
- Francesco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aida (10/5): I recommend for travellers, essy acces to the attractions and the owner was very helpful - its clean, comfortable and good location
- Annie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ravikant (10/5): It was a very calm and peaceful place to stay. The owner's behavior was so nice so kind..... - The things that I liked most were the owner's behavior and her kindness. She was very nice to us even though she doesn't know English but still she was trying to communicate with us and that was so nice as a person. I recommend all of those people who are planning to stay in Rome. Please go and try atleast once and stay at this place. Nothing...
- Markandu (3/5): I will not stay - Close to shops and bus stops This is in a block of flats - doesn’t look like a B & B
You get a card to have your breakfast nearby cafe where only they give one croissant and a cup of coffee, nothing else . There is no reception or no one available to help or emergency times . There is no kettle .
- Sandra (7/5): Good - the room lacking of breakfast for which I payed
- Joe (5/5): Clean, authentic & nice room! - It was clean, authentic & within the suburbs, we used the kitchen which was nice. The owner was a nice woman Being woken up at 7am by the cleaning! the bathroom was next to our room & was woken up by the toilet in the night. so overall didn’t sleep to well.
- Joao (8/5): . - .. .
