- Kerstin (2/5): Pescara gerne wieder aber nie wieder City view pescara - Das einzig positive war die Aussicht vom Balkon. Ohne italienische Sprachkenntnisse kommt man garnicht in das Hotel. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Auf dem Aussengelände sieht es aus wie auf einer Sperrmüll Sammelstelle. Alles in allem eines Hotels unwürdig. Maximal Monteurszimmer. Die Zimmertür quietscht beim Öffnen, das hört man bis zum Strand. Der Zimmerschlüssel passt in jede Tür. Nach 7 Tagen war das Internet komplett ausgefallen. Von morgens bis abends kläffende Hunde,defekte Geräte in der Küche und überall Kameras. Stasi lässt grüßen. Beim Öffnen der Zimmertür bewegte sich auch die Terassentür. Ganz schlimme Zustände in diesem ‚Hotel ‚

- Bethany (5/5): The room was comfortable but it needs some tender love and care. - Thank you for our stay! We really enjoyed the balcony in our room, the size of our room, the beds were comfy, it was secure and safe, and the cleaning lady was very accommodating. We were very happy with the option to have private parking. There weren't any snacks or breakfast options in the 24hr relaxation room. The appliances weren't working downstairs (microwave, kettle, coffee machine etc.). Some of the facilities in our room didn't work efficiently. There was only one operating gas burner on the stove, there was a lack of cutlery in the kitchen ( only 2 knives), no tea towel, no bath mat in the bathroom, the bathroom door stuck when opening and closing.

- Jakub (10/5): Wizyta w Pescarze. 🇮🇹🇪🇺 - Obiekt mieści się około kilometra od centrum miasta i około półtora kilometra od pięknej dużej plaży. Pokoje są duże przestronne i czyste. Kontakt z właścicielami jest bardzo dobry. Jedynym takim dziwnym, jeśli można to tak nazwać punktem jest zameldowanie. Chwilę się mi zeszło zanim zrozumiałem wszelkie instrukcje, ale może to kwestia zmęczenia podróżą.

- Niels Ole (6/5): Pescara - Porten havde svært at at køre, da vi skulle ud tog det 10 min før porten ville åbne, det duer ikke. I kalder det Bed and Breakfast, men det passede ikke, I skulle kalde det mulighed for at lave morgenmad.

- Gianluca (2/5): - La gentilezza dello staff Di passaggio per una notte cerco e prenoto un posto per dormire con le seguenti caratteristiche essenziali, per le quali data l alta stagione sono stato disposto a deviare e non di poco il nostro percorso: - letti singoli separati - parcheggio privato - bagno privato Siamo arrivati in struttura tardi attorno alle 23 e questo abbiamo trovato senza possibilità di trovare una soluzione: - letto matrimoniale (anche dopo aver ricevuto conferma scritta che avremmo avuto letti separati) - parcheggio della struttura pieno e inaccessibile che ci ha costretti a parcheggiare in divieto di sosta lungo la strada rischiando multa o peggio danni all auto a noleggio data l assenza di strisce per parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. - bagno privato si, ma separato ed esterno alla stanza. Questo evidentemente è un problema di booking che non mette questa possibilità per descrivere un alloggio. Personalmente trovo imbarazzante
- Sophie (8/5): - Felisia est très gentille. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, elle est venue rapidement solutionner. C'est propre, mobilier un peu daté mais fonctionnel. L'emplacement est proche du centre. 2km de la gare. Vue mer depuis balcon. Pas d'ascenseur mais 3 étages pour nous pas genant. Stationnement à l'interieur d'1 petite cour, portail automatique sécurisé. Prix raisonnable compte tenu de la période. Pas d'accueil physique mais what's up et telephone ok. Je n'avais pas compris que la cuisine était en bas et commune et la salle de bain séparée mais nous étions seuls au 3eme donc salle de bain pour nous et il n'y a que 2 chambres a ce palier et c'est 1 petit immeuble peu de chambres donc c'est plutot intime. Chiens qui aboient et attention en sortant l'auto de la cour rue très passante.

- Kaj (4/5): Huono sijainti jyrkässä mäessä - Erittäin huono kokemus. Kuvaus ei vastaa lainkaan tätä B&B. Aamiainen on saatavana kilometrien päässä majapaikasta. Mitään henkilökuntaa ei ole kirjautuessa tai poistuessa lähimaillakaan. Sänky vanha ja jousitus vinkui. Wc ja suihku käytävän toisella puolella. Varauksen jälkeen ei tullut mitään sisäänpääsyyn liittyviä ohjeita. Erikseen piti soittaa ja pyytää koodeta porttiin ja ulko-oveen. Nekin tulivat whattsupilla todella hitaasti. Kadulla portin ulkopuolella oli n. 20cm tila odottaa portin aukausemista. Autoja vilisti ohi kovaa vauhtia. Ei sovi moottoripyörällä liikkuville portin takia. Kaatumisvaara ilmeinen.

- Davide (10/5): - La struttura, per quanto datata, è tenuta in maniera pulita ed ordinata. Posto auto interno, camera munita di frigo (vuoto, ma magari basta chiedere l'addobbo), aria condizionata, TV a parete e bollitore per tisane. Personale mai visto, check in a distanza, apertura cancello tramite codice, tutto il resto telefonicamente o via WhatsApp. Comunque ben adeguato a chi come noi, aveva la necessità di fermarsi una notte durante il lungo viaggio dal Piemonte al Salento. Poi, come ogni cosa, dipende dalle esigenze. Per noi assolutamente ok. Il cancello affaccia su una salita ed è un po' stretto, il che rende un attimo difficoltose le manovre, ma in una volta, ci si prende la mano. Infatti non ho lasciato pezzi di auto in giro. La colazione credo vada concordata. Noi alla fine ci siamo rivolti alla pasticceria convenzionata, in quanto abbiamo trovato la cucina, contenente, la cucina. Punto.

They have enough space, they could really make it a bit bigger. And I didn't like the fact that you don't get to see the owner, it's all done by phone, mail...

We had very noisy fellow overnighters unfortunately. Came in about 2:30am and made a heck of a racket. Also the only place we stayed at of about a dozen this trip that did not have double glazing windows to block out the outside noise.

Clean sheets and towels 5. External (not ensuite) yet private bathroom 6. Private balcony with gorgeous vistas of the sea and sunrise from the balcony of Room 301 The option of adding breakfast to the stay if we preferred. Wifi doesn’t extend up to the 3rd (highest) floor - perhaps a Wifi repeater could help extend the signal and reach across the house.

- Philip (6/5): Disappointing - The room was pleasant and clean. Nice view from the balcony although the se was a fair distance away. The "double bed" was two beds and mattresses put together. The "ensuite" was a large bathroom on the other side of the corridor - for our "exclusive use". the kitchen was clearly the family room with toys etc. The fridges were padlocked and the overall ambience was not welcoming. We tried to speak to the owner who lived in the building but he failed to answer the bell or a knock on the door. The property was not readily accessible by public transport, it was a 20-23 minute walk from the station and there were limited footpaths on the way.

Unfortunately you can hear everything through the walls - talking, snoring, etc and there were dogs next door that barked quite early in the morning incessantly. Soltanto dopo aver sistemato tutto e aver notato che aveva dato solo le chiavi di una stanza, essendo in due ho richiesto espressamente anche le chiavi della seconda stanza, essendo stata pagata, e volendola utilizzare per disporre le valigie. Dopo aver chiesto se ne avevamo proprio bisogno ci è stato consentito l' accesso. La colazione da EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE. Vermi nei biscotti e cornetti di pessima qualità. Abbiamo dovuto fare colazione fuori.

The neighbourhood would be more relax if the traffic would respect the 30 kilometer speed limit. Extensive Italian Breakfast (lot of sweet things)For this B&B you need to be in good condtion because you have to clime at least 2 stairs to reach your room(no elevator) Parking place and free wifi available. Walking down hillto the beach wiil take 15 to 20 minutes. Going back ? Take bus4 or 4/ from the trainstation. Cost only € 1,50. The B&B hasa more classic interior decoration but its cosy. Nice place for a short stay 2- 5 days.

- John (7/5): No lift which made it tricky for third floor. Rooms nice and cool with air con. Able to walk to beach. - On site parking. Clean facilities. Great views from the balcony. Not too difficult to walk to the beach. Variety of delicious food for breakfast. Daughter enjoyed toys in common room too. We were on the 3rd floor, no elevator and lots of luggage. Internet didn’t work on the 3rd floor.

- Flavio (8/5): - Proprietaria molto accogliente; noi abbiamo soggiornato in due camere separate che avevano un bagno in comune. Deduco che sia possibile solo prenotarle insieme, in caso contrario due stanze di estranei di trovano a condividere il bagno. Il bagno, pulito e grande, ha bisogno di una ringiovanita.

- Ryan (10/5): Amazing. - The host were great & breakfast was really good. Catered for my partner who is gluten free and gave lots of tips and advice, great English and the bed was so comfy! Great view from the room and very responsive on message to any questions! Nothing!

- Peter (9/5): Superb - Classic decor with headboards and chandeliers. Helpful friendly hosts Felicia and Mario. Good breakfast. Large balcony. Self check-in. Quite a few stairs.
- Belinda (7/5): May choose to stay in hotel rather than B&B for next business trip. - Clean Room and good breakfast. The check in time can be earlier and check out time later. Better equipped with a lift. Difficult for us to climb the stairs with heavy luggages.
- Stuart (9/5): A delightful little place! - There might be more pleasant and helpful couples running B&Bs or small hotels, but I don't think I have ever met any. These two are willing to go miles out of their way to make a guest feel welcome. The building itself is homely, the area is quiet (apart from the odd dog barking, but that was not a problem during the night), and breakfast a delight. And the (surely unique?) selfie machine in the kitchen/dining room is a great way to get guests talking to each other before the coffee kicks in! Our dog was also made to feel extra welcome there, which is always appreciated, of course. 1. It would be quite difficult to find the place without satnav, although Google's map program found it easily enough, so no complaints really. 2. Parking is not the easiest, but the car is as safe in their car park as it could possibly be, hidden away behind a large locked gate (which is good if you have a car packed to the roof with luggage). But all of this is nitpicking. It's a great little place. Of course it's not perfect (so not 10 out of 10), but where is? City View would score a lot more than 90 out of 100 on our scale. We'd challenge anyone to find a nicer couple running such an establishment,
- Rachel (10/5): Home from home and would definitely return and reccomend. - Room was absolutely amazing as were our hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Made to feel at home immediately. The cleanliness was fantastic throughout our room and bathroom. Brilliant place to stay and would recommend it 100%. There was nothing to dislike.

- Bernhard (8/5): Very cosy, modern room with good facilities. Nice terrace. - Very nice modern room, very clean. Nice terrace with lounge chairs for a lazy day. Not very close to the beach, but we used rental scooters to get around. The free bicycles were all broken, so we couldn't use those. The breakfast was a little skinny, typical Italian I guess ;)
