The room unfortunately smelled like a smoker was there and the windows of the single room open up onto the floor where they do laundry. Did not feel like there was much privacy nor did I really feel comfortable to open the windows and have the fan on (to air out the smell) since they were working so hard all the way into 2am.

Le ménage a été fait tous les jours avec serviettes et bouteilles d'eau. Location de vélo à petit prix. Extérieur en travaux de rénovation, ça va être joli ! Pour les oreilles sensibles, rue bruyante à partir de 6h30.

Luke (10/5): Great place to stay near historic Hoi An - Very close to the centre of Hoi An but still far enough that you don’t get all the noise from the night market. Loan was also great at being in contact throughout and before my stay and so ensured it went smoothly.

Loan the host was awesome - gave us lots of info about what to do around Hoi an and helped us with anything we needed. Great location as well able to walk to everything. Nothing! Definitely stay here.

Daily cleaning and bottled water, good firm mattress and excellent quality bed linen and towels. Traditional old building with modern toilets and showers. Wonderful caring staff, great pool, everything as advertised but better!

Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff are very nice and there are local options for breakfast (noodles). The omelets are just scrambled eggs. It is tucked away on a quiet side street just two blocks from the night market. The room was clean but smelled very badly of mildew. I told them that and they put a ginger concoction in my room, which was a nice effort but only masked the smell. The curtain was not screwed in properly (holes were too big) and it fell off, significantly reducing privacy.
