• Kate_McC (9/5): Great place and would happily stay again! - We had a great stay here! You need to let the host know your time of arrival and they will meet you at the door. The room was very cosy and spacious and had everything we needed! The location was also great - walkable from the train station and to the lake. The room we stayed in had incredibly thin walls and we could hear the whole conversation from our neighbours which started at 6am - we were already awake so not a huge bother, just be aware your conversations can likely be heard by your neighbours :-)

• Karen (9/5): Great location and lovely apartment! - The location is great - walkable to everything in Como, including the train station and ferries. It was nice having an apartment with a shower and kitchenette. Some coffee and tea were complimentary and included in our unit. The bed was comfortable and the floor fan was a nice bonus! Beatrice was great - very friendly and helpful. She gave us her direct number to message with any issues or questions. We were allowed to leave our bags inside the unit on our check out day and didn’t have to pay to store them elsewhere. Tip - if walking from the train station, do NOT haul your bags down the giant set of stairs outside the train station, rather take the sidewalk around the side, that serves as a long ramp to get your bags from and to the station. The check in process was not clear from our booking. I would ask for Beatrice’s number prior to arrival so you can message her directly with your arrival time. She meets you at the entrance and lets you into the unit. This is a group of standalone apartments - there is no central front desk. Beatrice is available from 3 - 7 pm daily via phone or What’s App.

Beatrice war immer sofort erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

In an excellent location for everything. - Fantastic location7 mins from San Giovanni station, 3 minutes from good bars & restaurants & 5 minutes from the lake. The room was delightfully furnished with a good sized bathroom. Beatrice was a lovely woman. She met us on our late arrival. She was very helpful throughout our stay for any questions or information see needed. No signage outside the property. We would have appreciated better pillows.

The apartment has everything you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, a comfortable medium-firm mattress, a large bed, and plenty of storage. It's quiet at night, and there's a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. The owner is friendly and always available.

• Urfer (6/5): Wenn klare checking Zeiten und die Möglichkeit der Gepäckaufgabe und Abholung funktioniere, ist das - Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber sauber und hübsch. Die Lage ist super und es war ruhig. Auch die Ausstattung war tiptop. Wir hatten Mühe das Zimmer zu finden, da niergens etwas von Alessia angeschrieben ist. Es war auch mühsam, bis wir unser Gepäck deponieren und wieder abholen konnten. Man muss unbedingt die genauen Anwesenheits-Zeiten einhalten, damit die Kunden die mit dem Zug kommen, nicht gestresst werden!!

Restaurants, cafés, shops, and major attractions were all within easy walking distance. The host was exceptional - provided many tips on how best to see lake Como, where to eat and things to do around Como. The walls are thin so can be noisy.

The bed was bery comfortable. The shower was huge! I would've enjoyed havjng separate soap for my body and separate soap for my hair instead of a "body and hair" soap. The espresso machine was very difficult to uss. We could hear evertthing from the neighboring rooms, so last night when our neighbor entered, it was quite loud

Die Vermieterin hat uns persönlich und sehr freundlich begrüßt, uns alles gezeigt und Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Appartement liegt fußläufig zum See und zu vielen Restaurants. Eine Parkmöglichkeit besteht im zentralen Parkhaus. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und besteht aus einer Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett und einem Bad. Unsere Kinder haben auf ausklappbaren Schlafsesseln geschlafen. Für eine Nacht völlig ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir das Appartement nur als Paar buchen. Fazit perfektes Appartement für Paare oder Mädelstrip, für Familien nur für Kurzaufenthalte zu empfehlen.

• Rebecca (9/5): Perfect Location in Como - Perfect Host - The owner and staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and responsive. He gave us all kinds of options when we checked it. The location in Como was perfect - easy walking distance to the lake and to/from the train station. Getting into the hotel/apartment was tricky, with a combination of keys and locks, and we definitely felt secure. There is a small elevator if you need help up the stairs. There was a great little square a short distance from the hotel where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We would definitely stay again. The room was smaller and more sparsely decorated than I expected from the photos, but it had what we needed. We pack conservatively, but if you carry large luggage, room space will be challenged. I was able to slide my small suitcase under the bedframe. Bathroom was also very small, and they provided only small disposable bottles of shampoo and bath gel. We needed to request more for our stay. We found that in many places we stayed that we were not able to adjust the room temperature below a certain level. My husband always sleeps hot under the down comforter and was often too warm. I, on the other hand, loved it.

• Charles (10/5): Accessible, accommodating, and we will return to this hotel! - First and foremost, we were met at the door by the owner and she was beyond helpful. Her friendly attitude and accommodating spirit made this stay fantastic. The location is a short 7 minute walk from the train station or 8 minute walk to the ferries used to explore the lake. Additionally, the bus route runs 2 blocks over if you choose to skip the ferry lines and make the trek north on either side of the lake. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and met our expectations. This will be out go-to hotel for all future adventures to Lake Como. Only because I'm a true believer in providing imformative feedback, the bed and pillows could use an update (ie. thicker/better mattress). This is a minimal point though because I would stay here regardless, solely for its cleanliness and accessibility to the beautiful Como region.

• melany (9/5): Alessia's place was perfect for my Como stay. Would stay here again in a heart beat. - Wonderful stay! The location was perfect, central and walking distance to everything in the city center. I would maybe add some curtains to the bedroom as we were woken up every morning as soon as the sun started coming up. And maybe 4 pillows on a king size bed instead of just 2. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

Auf den ersten Blick bei der Buchung sieht man nicht, dass es diese Wohnung ist und einen Tag vorher bekommt man dann nebenbei die Info.

Imposible de identificar en el exterior, entramos a unos pasillos oscuros y sucios pasando dos rejas hasta llegar a una gastada puerta q da a las habitaciones. En la habitación, al no ser un hotel no dispone de comodidades mínimas como una mesita , sillas, etc, solo podes estar en la cama. No hay donde dejar ropa y valijas.solo un percherito.

• Sabina (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeberin - Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und sauber. Vor allem ist zu erwähnen, dass alles bis zur Ankunft sehr gut geklappt hat, die Gastgeberin hat uns super empfangen.
• Tina (6/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, das Zimmer war über einen Hinterhof zu erreichen, der einen sehr vergammelten Eindruck machte, das Zimmer selbst war aber schön und sauber. Wir hatten einen sehr starken Regenguss, so dass Wasser in unser Zimmer lief. Zum Glück nur unter die aufgeklappten Koffer, so dass unsere ganzen Anziehsachen und Schuhe trocken geblieben sind. Das Wasser muss durch eine Mauer gekommen sein. Wir haben mit Handtüchern versucht aufzuwischen, haben es mit Bilder gemeldet. Auch der Aufzug im Treppenhaus stand unter Wasser. Wir haben nichts mehr von den Vermietern gehört. Ich kann völlig verstehen, dass man in so einem Fall erstmal viel zu tun hat als Vermieter, aber es hätte sich doch mal jemand bei einem melden können.

Erittäin siistiä ja huone on remontoitu hienoin yksityiskohdin, henkilökunta on erittäin auttavainen ja vastaa nopeasti viesteihin. Kohde sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla mutta rauhallisella sisäpihalla.
• Robert (10/5): - We had a great experience with the hostess meeting us to show up the place. She was very friendly and helpful with all her suggestions. The apartment is in the heart of everything. Restaurants and bars all around. The train is a 10 minute walk and the lake is 2 minutes away. Ferries and busses to take you wherever you need to go. The place is very spacious and comfortable with a nice area outside to relax. The bathroom is very big and the bed is comfortable. I give it a 10 for cleanliness, location and hostess.

DOORS TOO NARROW. NO PLACE TO OPEN BAGGAGE. HAD TO OPEN BAGS FROM THE FLOOR. Bright lights from next door kept me awake.

Everything excelente but be careful with the shower door as it sends water to that wooden incredible floor .. if flooded completely because of the problem wirh the door of the shower Also the button of the toilet gets stuck and once we left and was draining water all day because of that problem that should urgently be fixed .

También lo cerca que estaba de la estación de trenes, paraderos de buses y terminal de ferry La cama incómoda con colchón de espuma, el espejo del baño hace perder privacidad con las ventanas de edificios cercanos (gente podía mirar) mientras se utiliza el WC. Falta una mesita para tomar desayuno y faltan tazas y copas un poco más adecuadas.
