• Francis (10/5): An oasis in Danang - Beautiful people running this place. They could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern with a good sized bathroom. Bed was large and very comfortable. The pool was unexpectedly large and a lovely, calm space. Loved the complimentary afternoon tea. The outdoor plants are beautiful but make sure you use a mosquito repellent. A perfect location for exploring Danang and just a 10 minute walk from the beach. The outside balcony was stained with decayed vegetation and would have benefited from a routine clean. Likewise, the table was unclean and therefore not pleasant to sit at.

• Hyerim (6/5): - 귀엽고 아기자기하고 푸릇푸릇한 호텔입니다. 조식이 종류가 다양하고 맛있습니다. 오후에 수영장을 이용하면 간식도 제공이 되고, 풀장은 작았지만 충분히 깨끗했습니다. 한국인분들도 많아요. 일부러 번잡스럽지 않고 작은 공간에 편안하게 묵고 싶어 골랐던 호텔인데, 주변이 모두 철거 및 새로 공사가 진행중인 지역이라는 걸 참고하셔야 합니다. 새벽 6시부터 파이프 두들기는 소리에 잠에 깼고 평일 주말 상관 없이 해가 떠있는 동안은 소음 때문에 쉴 수가 없었습니다. 호텔 잘못은 아니지만, 불편하지 않다고 말할 순 없었습니다. 내부는 깨끗하지만, 화장실 줄눈이나 모서리의 곰팡이나 청소 상태는 눈에 띌 만한 정도였습니다. 청결 상태에 예민하신 분들이라면 참고하세요.

• Sandra (9/5): Perfekt och barnen älskade poolen! - Underbar uppvärmd pool. Personalen var jättegulliga. Vi hade rum med egen ingång till poolen. Dock låg den mitt emot receptionen så det kändes som om man inte fick så mycket privacy. Alla balkonger och de andra poolrummen såg dock fantastiska ut! Det luktade lite skumt på toaletten. Men det är en doft som återkommer på många platser här i Vietnam. Kanske är det rökelse eller något medel som används mot mögel. Badrummet behöver verkligen fräschas upp för att göra hela upplevelsen perfekt.

• Krzysztof (9/5): Przyjemny nieduży hotel niedaleko plaży, blisko sklepów i restauracji - Nieduży hotel ok. 500m od plaży, położony w małej, spokojnej uliczce. Pokoje duże, z aneksem kuchennym. Łazienka duża, jest sporo miejsca do przechowywania swoich kosmetyków, ale mało miejsca do rozwieszenia ręczników. Śniadania są serwowane z karty. Oprócz zamówionych dań, otrzymuje się jeszcze owoc i jakieś pieczywo (np. słodką bułkę). Picie również z karty, nie ma czarnej herbaty. Śniadania dość smaczne, choć szkoda, że nie ma chociaż szczątkowego bufetu np. z pieczywem i owocami. Dodatkowo, w godzinach popołudniowych serwowane jest coś w rodzaju podwieczorku, przykładowo sok z arbuza, kawałki owoców (np. mango i arbuz), plus bułki na słodko lub słono. Basen wewnętrzny, zacieniony. Mało leżaków, ale często nie są zajęte. Ręczniki na basen pobiera się w recepcji. W hotelu można zamówić pranie czy poprosić o zamówienie samochodu z kierowcą. Na wyposażeniu są rowery do dyspozycji gości. W hotelu jest zakaz wieszania ubrań na balkonie. Nie byłoby problemu, gdyby w pokoju lub łazience było dość miejsca, żeby rozwiesić do wyschnięcia ręczniki czy stroje kąpielowe. Ale tego miejsca brak i w efekcie trzeba mokre rzeczy wieszać np. na krzesłach w pokoju. Pod prysznicem już przydałoby się chociaż lekkie odświeżenie - w rogach kabiny zaczyna pojawiać się grzyb.

The only thing I didn't like, was all the trouble I had contacting Tam House before our arrival. Someone was sending me messages early hours of the morning, wanting me to fill out paperwork and give my credit card details, which I thought was strange, as booking.com already had them. • Michelle (10/5): Beautiful hotel in a quiet street - Possibly the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in. The lush greenery around the pool was simply stunning and the photos just don't do it justice. Very friendly staff, quiet location, free afternoon tea with juice and pastries, ample breakfast of eggs or Asian food . The room was luxuriously comfortable and beds like clouds. Free well serviced bikes to explore too. We loved it. Thank you Tam House Villa staff. It was all perfect
• 宣妤 (1/5): Bad - During our three-day stay at this accommodation, we were appalled to discover a rusty nail next to the bed on the second morning. What infuriated us even more was that a friend accompanying us accidentally got scratched by it, resulting in bleeding. We immediately reported this serious safety issue to the front desk, only to receive a dismissive response with a mere assurance that they would handle it. The staff not only failed to acknowledge the severity of the situation but also attempted to placate us with a complimentary airport transfer service, which was already included in our three-day stay package! This indifferent attitude and handling of the situation left us deeply shocked and disappointed. It's utterly unacceptable to encounter such gross negligence in customer safety and service. Upon returning to Taiwan, our injured friend suffered severe swelling around the wound caused by the nail and had to promptly receive a tetanus shot. This experience has not only enraged us but also left us feeling outraged and helpless. We strongly urge this establishment to prioritize customer safety and service quality, and we cannot tolerate such carelessness and disregard for the health and safety of guests.
• Verified traveler (4/5): 붤뤠를 솨랑하신돠면 츄쳔듀려용 - 우선 숙소는 수영장이 아주아주 예쁘고 인스타 감성마냥 예쁩니다. 그런데 습해요. 자연 친화적이라 문이 제대로 닫기지도 않고 방도 완벽 밀폐가 아닌 틈이 있어요. 기억에 남는게 벌레뿐이네요. 변기에서 수영하는 지네, 마이크로개미(아침식사하는데 재빠르게 식탁 위를 돌아다닙니다, 작아서 잡히지도 않네요)등등 기억에 남는 친구들이 많네요 아 그리고 밤에는 못돌아다닐정도로 길이 좁고 무섭습니다

• Hsuan (8/5): - The staff was wonderful, helpful, and really showed they care about the customers. The shower water is hot and powerful which was a big plus. The breakfast was awesome too. The downsides were that we couldn't find where we can turn off the light for the dining room also there's no design in preventing shower water overflow to the toilet.

(10/5): - 5인 가족 2박으로 디럭스룸 2개로 숙박했어요 시설대비 가격이 비싸다는 후기가 있는데, 저는 만족했어요~ 위치가 좋아서 근처 맛집 설렁설렁 걸어다녔어요ㅋ 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 수영장에서 노는데 간식도 챙겨주셔요^^; 또 수영장 깊이가 비스듬하게 낮은곳(0.5m)에서 깊은곳(1.6m)이있어서 초4, 초6, 중3 아이들 틈만나면 수영해서 놀았어요ㅎ 그리고 물이 따듯해서그런지 호이안 벨마리나도 묵었는데, 거기보다 좋다고하네요ㅋ 조식도 뷔페식으로 나오는것보다 원하는 메뉴 1인 1개씩 골라서 나오는거라 모두 잘먹었어요ㅎ 혹시 욕실 따듯한물 안나오면 당황하지마시고 사진의 스위치 올리세요^^

• Verified traveler (10/5): Relaxing place - 房間大，很舒適，有早餐及下午茶供應，可提供floating tea. 住poolside room夜晚關了門仍有蚊子。 洗手盤裝不到水，所以洗衣服建議問職員拿一個盤子。 職員們很友善，check out當天我們下午回來拿行李，職員為我們準備了tea set,感謝！！ 下次來峴港會再來的！

• Paul (10/5): - We stayed in 2 pool view rooms side by side and it was a really unique experience to have the rooms opening into the pool. Our teenagers loved it. We were even served a floating afternoon tea. The downside of these rooms is less privacy as others are swimming right past your room! It wasn't an issue during our stay though. Kitchen facilities were useful. Room was modern and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options for Western guests were quite limited if you don't/ can't eat eggs. But our request for a simple baguette with jam was accommodated easily. We used Grab a lot to get around which worked well. You can walk to the beach and there are cafes, spas and mini marts etc all easily accessible in walking distance.
• JAE KEUN (10/5): TAM is one of the TOP - I stayed in the TAM house with my family. Not only me but also my family want to stay the TAM if we have a chance to visit Danang. It is so beautiful, kind staff and warm.

The property - Welcoming and comfortable, modern with taste, small scale, great courtyard pool, friendly and attentive staff, we had a family room, 4 people, the room size was generous with a nice small balcony overlooking the pool, lovely plants and flowers throughout In need of a bit of repair and maintenance, breakfast menu to be decided the evening before, selection probably more suited to asian guests
