hugo (10/5): Séjour parfait ! - Un séjour parfait ! Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le premier matin. La gérante nous a autorité de laisser l’ensemble de nos affaires pendant que notre chambre soit prête. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et surtout très très calme. L’hôtel se trouve à quelques pas du centre ville. Il y a même la piscine fraîche pour se rafraîchir! La gérante parle très bien l’anglais et est très réactive. L’hôtel propose énormément de services ( scooters, vélos, bus…)

The Villa is super friendly, clean and safe. A great vibe. Rooms are a good size and well equiped. The balconies are super chill to sit out. Thoroughly recommended. Nothing to dislike.

Daniel (9/5): Superb - In February I spent two weeks staying here. They reached out to arrange my transport from Da Nang airport while I was still at Suvarnabhumi (BKK), and from then on the support continued. Loan, the young woman manager, was gracious and awesome and deserves my heartfelt thanks. The hotel is clean and comfortable and is situated on a quiet street just a five minute stroll from the popular riverside restaurants and attractions. A hire car with driver can be arranged by Loan for touring to places like My Son and Da Nang at good rates. Loved my visit to Hội An and staying at Ngo House Villa certainly facilitated the experience.

Nia (10/5): Exceptional - Really comfortable room, lovely and clean, towels and bins changed daily, water bottles provided daily, a first in our experience of hotels in this price bracket in Vietnam. Very helpful staff who arranged good value airport transfer and scooters and even helped us order some medication we required online for delivery to the hotel, went above and beyond to help us! Straight forward self check in late at night and allowed us to leave bags after check out. We would happily stay again! Construction works start nearby in morning at the moment. Might wake you up if you want to sleep a bit later, just to be aware.

Easy 10 minute walk to Ancient Town. Rooms were clean, modern bathroom, A/C worked well. Pool was a welcome relief in the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry service was cheap and returned in 24 hours. Cheap pushbike hire. Pool closed at 6pm! (we broke the rules and had a quiet swim and soaked our tired feet anyway).

The rooms are beautiful (I stayed in 3 of them) and super clean. The location is perfect : right in the center of the action but at the same time super quiet for a good night rest. I will definitely come back there next time I’m visiting Hoi An. There is nothing I didn’t like.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful with organising tours and transfers! The children that live there run around screaming in the evening so bring your earplugs! So helpful, able to arrange all sorts of day tours etc at a much better price than we could find elsewhere. - Room clean and comfortable, shower was incredible. Room cleaned everyday. - no where at all to sit around the pool. Fence literally goes right up to the sides of the pool. - no tea/coffee set in the room. - no lift and multiple floors, worth bearing in mind if you have any access issues.

Arthur (7/5): Nice but not great. Good value for money. - It's very central, just a few minutes walk to the busy area. But it also means you wake up to super loud karaoke early in the morning and scooters driving by. The staff was very friendly and nice. if you're on the budget I would recommend it, but if not there are better stays. The bed had depression in the middle that made sleep uncomfortable. The shower was ok but had water temperature fluctuating that was annoying.

Mackers (10/5): Good value, location, cleanliness, and friendly and informative staff. - Excellent location and value. Loan who worked there was top-notch and answered all our questions, was flexible, and gave great ideas for tour and sightseeing options. The staff did a great job with upkeep and cleanliness. I sometimes would leave my slippers or sneakers at the front door for five minutes just to grab something, but every time, they managed to tidy them up. One of the night markets is nearby, and so are great inexpensive and quality restaurants like Madam Lau. Even cheaper you can find pho and bun bo so close. Loan also had great connections for prices that beat the listed prices on Grab! Laundry was a very fair price. It's actually decently quiet too at night. and even in the daytime it was not overcrowded with tourists like a lot of downtown Hoi An. Two days of our trip it rained and the staff were very kind to let us borrow their umbrellas. Wifi worked great. Not sure really. We booked this property in part because there was a pool on-site, and we would have used it if the weather had worked out a little bit better, so this is no strike against the property. Only other thing is the the staircase upstairs was a little dark, and once or twice my travel partner and I slipped or missed a stair. This is all really minor, In all, this place is fantastic and I would stay here again.
Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome location and the host was extremely helpful, arranged transport to and from Hoi An, rented motorbike through her, very professional service with market prices. The only slight inconvenience was the shower, it takes a while to fine tune the water temperature, the faucet is very sensitive.
Crispin (10/5): Splendid homestay dead center Hoi An - Homestay was great. Clean room, proper bathroom with a separate shower cabin so your bathroom does not turn into a water theme park after showering, comfy bed to sleep in, fantastic location for walking distances and super quiet at night so you can finally get some well-deserved rest from all the tailor shop visits, obstinate boat ride and lantern sellers, and eating too much good food. Hostess Loan was the sweetest and super helpful with arranging a lot of stuff for us: affordable transportation to and from Hoi An, bikes, must-try food places, feeding us cassava peanut cakes, sightseeing etc. Nothing to dislike.
Megan (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect and the family who own the place are absolutely lovely! Unfortunately I fell sick on the last day we were here, and they did everything they possibly could to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I can't thank them enough for their kindness! They were also very helpful with bike rental and with organizing transport to/from the airport.

Louise (9/5): Superb - The staff was extremely nice and professional, the hostess helped us with everything from motorbike renting to bus tickets. She was really helpful and accomodating. The hotel is in a perfect shape, with a great location, with the extra bonus of the little swimming pool, perfect for the very hot Hoi An days. The room was really nice, with a nice terrace, everything functioning perfectly ! The location is also very good, a 5min walk to the main streets of the city center. We strongly recommend to spend your stay in this hotel ! If we had to find one thing, is that the bicycles provided by the hotel (which is a great service, so convenient in Hoi An), were not in the best of shape... Other than that, perfect !

Eunkyo (8/5): Pretty good - We arrived here around 3 am local time and stayed 2 days. Check-in service was pretty bad because they couldn't speak English well. So we had bad communications. However, the location is perfect. There are mini markets, cafe, and landmarks, etc near accommodation.
Verified traveler (2/5): Stay away - The whole stay was very bad. The street is a renovation site so it's impossible to sleep after 7am (even though the hotel staff said 8am.. which wasn't true). The towels and bed sheets were stained and dirty. The room was full with little bugs that Walked inside our bad and clothes. When we asked for new bed covers the lady at the reception said that it will be changed but she we came back at 5pm we realized it wasn't. Asking why, she just replied that she forgot and said that now it's not a good time to change it.. (5pm again..). Finally the staff changed it. And the desert - I lost a sock thanks to the laundry service and the staff didn't care at all about looking for it - said there s nothing to do about it. After editing- found dirty underwear in the closet. Belongs to the last guest probably. Breakfast was good
Joel (10/5): Great place to stay in Hoi An - Really nice stay at Ngo Villa. Warm and welcoming staff members who were very helpful even before arrived in Hoi An with transport. Rooms are really nice with a little balcony. Breakfast was also very good and served just over the road at their home stay. Again, the staff here where great from beginning to end. I would recommend this hotel for a trip to Hoi An and would deffinetly stay again.
