Host provided breakfast items including yoghurt, milk, bread and large variety of cereals amongst other daily necessities. Each room was more fascinating than the last full of rock and roll history and memorabilia. Stunning views, immaculate presentation. Perfect for our little family getaway to unwind. Cannot rate this highly enough! Kid friendly, secure yard. We will be back!

As Rock fans we really enjoyed the memorabilia and the rooms dedicated to music icons. It was a comfortable house too, with far reaching views over the town and ocean. It's how I would have my own house, if my wife would let me! What's not to like?

- Narelle (10/5): The whole family felt comfortable and relaxed and agreed would love to stay again. - The house has a comfortable, spacious, family friendly vibe with an incredible collection of music themed memorabilia which adds to the interest. It has a wonderful view of the town of Penguin and the coast. Very close to the waterfront, cafes and shops. You can look out for pods of dolphins in the morning and listen out for the sound of penguins in the evening or head down to the many options to view penguins along the waterfront - we were fortunate enough to see both. The Spirit of Tasmania can also be seen heading back and forth across the horizon. We also visited the quiet (non crowded) Penguin Beach with its golden sand and beautiful warm January water.

The memorabilia adorning the wall spaces was fantastic, including the 'reading' material in the toilets, haha. There wasn't really anything to not like. - Rosemary (8/5): Views over Penguin - Views Views Views Of Penguin, the Unique house's memorabilia of rock and music icons from 60's,70's mainly . Books about musicians and singers, not that I had time to read them, Id need a couple of months!!( So Many), Pictures everywhere. I would have liked the 1st night in the main house, but a double booking meant we had a smaller part of the house, then second night in main house. Still had the views. Gerard very accommodating to the miss hap. Still would definitely recommend the house to anyone loving music..
- Liu (10/5): Exceptional -

- Carol (10/5): If we are ever in Tasmania again, will make a point to stay there. - Variety of cereal options for breakfast, toast and toppings. The view was amazing. Quiet place, close to beach, places to eat. The music memorabilia filled the house with pictures, books. Very clean, comfortable. Lawns immaculate. Plenty of room.
Gerard was easy to talk to, easy going. Sunrise was pretty. The fact we couldn't stay longer. Next time!

- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - Great location for a group of adults. There were 7 of us and we all fitted in comfortably. Not keen on the gas oven which was being tempermental.
- Chandra (7/5): Good -
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Trevor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bernice (10/5): Best of the best - We were amazed by the stunning view. The interior decoration made us feel like immersing in a music world. The kitchen was fully equipped. We were provided ingredients for a full breakfast which was not advertised. We had the privilege to enjoy the whole house with five bedrooms which could accommodate 13 people, though we were only two couples. The owner only rents to one party no matter how many people the group has. Highly recommended if you’re going to Cradle Mountain or penguin viewing at Lilico Beach. Nothing.

- Isaac (10/5): Exceptional - The place was amazing, great views and very nice location
- Gina (9/5): GREAT HOME & LOCATION - GREAT LOCATION, LOVELY BIG HOUSE WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. BREAKFAST WAS ALSO GREAT, PLENTY OF CHOICES & PROVISIONS. MAYBE NEEDS A FIXED SHADE SAIL OR ROOF OVER THE OUTDOOR TABLE AREA, AS IT CAN GET VERY WINDY & YOU CAN'T PUT THE UMBRELLA UP FOR SHADE.
- Sampath (10/5): Exceptional -
- Corinna (10/5): perfect spot for a family get together - loved this property, such a perfect spot to spend with family. the house has the best vibe and gave us lots to talk about and remember. Gerard was the perfect host and left us ample breakfast provisions. The location was also great with the most amazing views. Thanks for hosting us Gerard
- Alison (9/5): Superb -
- Murray (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend - Fabulous breakfast, supplied free of charge Maybe the fact that the owner lives on sight while you are there, which is not a problem in itself, but prior knowledge, would have been appreciated
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): the music memorabilia through the home was amazing, breakfast supplies etc all fantastic, spectacular views - everything, beautiful home, spectacular views, amazing all perfect
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colleen (9/5): Excellent value for our family of 9. Great position for exploring the surrounding areas. - Location was superb! Views out of this world. House was wonderful. Suited our family of 9 very well. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen, etc was big enough for us to all eat together. Breakfast provisions were more than ample and appreciated very much. Instructions on how to work the oven would have been welcome. Batteries in remotes need to be checked, they didn’t work in a few for the tvs, etc. Jukebox plugged in so it can be used would have been nice.
- Shanell (10/5): Definitely a place to keep for a return trip - The proximity to everything, sights, shops and just relation Nothing it was perfect
- Fiona (8/5): A place that makes you smile! - That it was spacious, great view, walk down to the esplanade & shops. The facilities were very well equipt & a good choose for breakfast & beverages. very comfy beds. This was chosen mainly as a last minute booking available that would take pets.
We were provided a late checkout too.
Highly recommend for friends as well as families. We loved the quirky music theme, however, many of the paraphernalia needed a good dust around, and instructions to use the media/audio equipment would be useful - but certainly didn’t dampen the experience.
- Kathryn (10/5): A great find! - Perfect for a group travelling together, great views, loved the outdoor area and music theme throughout the house. Grateful for the breakfast provisions!
